More often than not the use of other names for deities and demons are regional, almost like using a different pronunciation. The name that I am using for their introduction and title is the one used in the Ars Goeita.
Legions Commanded: 36
If we do the math, that's anywhere between 108,000 and 216,000 individual devils.
Favored Summoning Elements
Iron
Water
Sandalwood
Blue Candles
Jasmine Incense
These are all items that can be used for summonings, offerings, or other rituals. This is more than likely not all of the things you can use, use common sense and don’t stress yourself out over not being able to afford something.
Gifts:
Bestowing diabolical wisdom
Offering confidence within oneself
Guiding the spirits of the dead
Clairvoyance
Once again, probably not the whole list, but this is what we know for sure.
Ipos is known for his honesty, as well as the shepherding of departed souls. This devil’s blessings are related to infernal knowledge and the attainment of supernatural abilities, especially clairvoyance. The occultist looking for metaphysical gifts as well as insight into the afterlife will find Ipos invaluable.
Seeing as Ipos’s primary “job” of sorts is to ferry the souls of the recently departed to Hell, there is a level of understanding and compassion that is needed by the shepherd, as he does not only transport the damned, but disciples as well. Ipos is incredibly easy to call upon and everyone finds themselves better for it.
now to take care of some stragglers... For reference I' a'm aiming to cover all the random encounters in all the prologue dungeons, and then I'll take a break. If I continue past that or not... well see...
Oops I went and posted this with the trivia and no poll at first...
AIPEROS aka AYPEROS is another funky one that really got the short end of the stick with localization, winding up as AIPELOSS in the English version of WA1. Another classic demon of the Ars Goetia and Pseudomonarchia Daemonum. Some depictions show him as a cross between a lion and a goose, which seems to be the root of the WA1 design.
Initially misromanized as ALFASE, the name is in fact that of the demon MALPHAS, which it was corrected to in Code F. Like AIPEROS a name shared in both Ars Goetia and Pseudomonarchia Daemonum. Typically depicted as a raven that can turn into a man, hence sharing AIPEROS's vaguely humanoid bird model.
STIRGE is a neat pull from Dungeons & Dragons, a classic monster original to the RPG, but one fairly often forgotten in the modern era. The design itself though has less in common with the D&D design and more in common with the facehugger from Ridley Scott's ALIEN.
ASSASSIN BUG, while actually Assassin Bugs are a thing, I'm assuming from context that this monster is supposed to be the D&D Assassin Bug. Like the ALIEN Facehugger, the D&D Assassin Bug was known to lay eggs in live prey for the babies to gestate inside, and eventually eat their way out of.
GOHM I have no idea what this monster is supposed to be. I mean, some kind of cockroach or cicada man, obviously, but the name seems random. (There's a monster with the same name in a single episode of the old Dengeki Sentai Changeman tokusatsu series? There's a character with the name who is also a beetle in Zatch Bell? But I can't find any sensible link between any of those. It feels like because the Zatchbell Gohm is also a bug that there must be some shared root reference between the two, but it eludes me.)
GALEION same deal as GOHM. No clue what's in this one other than being another roach man. Seems to be the Japanese phonetics for Galleon, like the the type of ship? That gives me nothing...
IS THIS ABOUT THE NEPHILIUM SERIES SEXUALITIES I DONT CARE IT IS NOW THIS IS MY LIST-

can you believe that its taken me this long to actually talk about my ocs? the only reason I have the courage to talk about them in the first place is thanks to other shippers talking about theirs lol. so uh. yeah. gonna put this under a cut so it doesn’t get too long. gonna keep bios simple so I don’t overwhelm myself and also because I don’t know basic details like age and height lol
picrew used
Ayperos
-A demon summoned into this world after forming a contract with a human. After said contract ended he decided to just chill in the human world for a while.
-Incredibly fascinated and entertained by human culture. Is 100% into memes and other trends.
-Somehow a weird balance between annoying and creepy.
Camus
guess who he’s named after
-The leader of a team of “magical girls (boys?)” that have made it their goal to protect humanity from monsters, demons, etc.
-He’s a bit clueless when it comes to interacting with others, as he’s been taught from a young age to only focus on training.
-Although he comes off as cold and uncaring, he’s extremely dedicated to his beliefs and takes pride in his duty to protect others.
Phillip
-A soldier in the French military it’s important to note that this lad’s canon takes place in the 18th century. which is also why i’m not going to go into details about his exact rank. because research isn’t very fun.
-Extremely ambitious and refuses to let anything stand in the way of his goals.
-Phillip is charismatic and sociable, and knows how to use his words to get what he wants.
Hyperion
-The “Token Bishounen” in a group of magical girls (different than the team Camus is in). Tuxedo Mask wishes he were him.
-While he is committed to his role in protecting the world (typical magical girl stuff, you know how it is), Hyperion spends his free time reading up on conspiracy theories and unsolved events. Spends hours binge-watching youtube videos on these things. Please stop him.
-Even though he tries to keep up his ~cool~ look, he’s actually a bit of a dork that enjoys messing with his friends.
haha yeah so thats it for now. I don’t feel like writing anymore rn so i’ll post The Gals some other time. Distancing the characters from their respective “canon” was a bit of a challenge but it was nice to just focus on the characters for once and not think about the big picture. yall are free to ask about anything! i’m always down to talk more about the nightmares i’ve dedicated most of my time to help me
NAME : Unavailable
NICKNAME : Jolls/y
FACECLAIM : Memes I find relatable
PRONOUNS : She / her / they / them / he / him (it’s all good to me)
HEIGHT : 5′5
BIRTHDAY : Unavailable; tho I am a Sagittarius
AESTHETIC : I’ll try and narrow that down here to just: 80s, 90s, Gothic/punk, Dark Academia, well dressed suits and ties, but also laces and dresses, large hats, statement jewelry, art in every room to match the books, the statues, but still wildly varying with color palettes. Architectural design. Taxidermy. Piercings. Tattoos.
LAST SONG YOU LISTENED TO : Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes (Gabriel & Dresden Chill Mix)
FAVORITE MUSE (S) YOU’VE WRITTEN : In no particular order, I enjoy(ed) them all for wildly different reasons. But if I had to pick just a few of my absolute favorites, it would be my spin-off OC from my demon muse Ayperos (whose a human, long story about how that was made). Charles Chrishunds (Vassalord) Mano Yu (Vampire Library) Count D (Pet shop of Horrors) Josef Lycolas Bartridge (Vatican Miracle Examiner) Hiraga Josef Kou (Vatican Miracle Examiner), Mathias Cronqvist (Castlevania: Lament of Innocents) and this OC of mine here, whose idea had been sparked by a close friend of mine. They all are the ones I’d say I’ve had the most fun with.
* GETTING TO KNOW THE ACCOUNT :
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO TAKE ON THIS MUSE : By suggestion since there were things in my creative exploration that I felt lacked. While Hiraga is a dear, sweet muse and a wonderfully written character all his own, there were still some aspects of the softer, gentler things I wanted to write that his character differs on. So, after writing Terrence for some years as a standalone story arch, I finally penned him as a muse where I truly got to know his character in a clear, bright light (tho that in of itself is still something I am learning).
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ASPECTS OF YOUR CURRENT MUSE : Despite his own perceived short comings and the very real issues his anxiety panic disorder places, he is an abundantly giving man. He has a hope that surpasses his own miserable beliefs, an idealist heart with a nihilist mind. He hopes for so much, and turns that hope into action, though at times he feels awfully drained for it and overwhelmed, it ultimately does not stop him. He stumbles a lot with interactions and relationships, especially the closer someone gets to him (in his main verse) but makes up for it with his patients, or at least tries to. He is non confrontational and will not strike back, though he knows self defense. He is focused and directed, tho if he were too honest, he’d confess to hopelessness. His social bonds and community is a part of his greatest strength and worse weakness.
WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION WHEN IT COMES TO WRITING : Yeah cheesy for some, but it is in fact my friends. I’ve gone sometimes well into the several months period of no writing at all, and still they stuck by me, working with me on it. They inspire me greatly and give me so much motivation and ideas that sometimes I have some trouble channeling them all into something solid and productive. So I end up making a catalog of ideas and methods and stories to work with them, and collaborate on. Asides from them, it would be my books. My music. I listen to a wide range but mostly my gothic metal, my dark instrumentals, my foreign tongues. But ofc that is easily subject to change. I have many many bookmarks and I use them for numbering portions of books to later study and mull over, and see where about I can apply it, if at all. If nothing else I take the concept and put it into my art.
FAVORITE TYPES OF THREADS : All kinds. I love the character building ones, that explore where and how two muses came together at all. I enjoy the ones that make me crack my psychology books, my philosophy books, and really work with the other mun to piece together and world build. I find it absolutely fascinating to learn how they will interact with one another, be it action, such as fighting a foe in the AU for Terry, or some muse trying to convince Main Verse Terry that the supernatural exists, or how he would handle having his own ideals challenged (such as his taught homophobia) when he does meet supernaturals, especially of light or holy standing. But also I love me some silly threads, some sweet and cozy threads; just give me all sorts pls ♥
BIGGEST STRUGGLE IN REGARDS TO YOUR CURRENT MUSE : He just won’t talk about himself. Not in the Main verse. He is terrified of being close to anyone too intimately, so writing his AU is basically just writing what he could possibly be if he just learned to open up. Which isn’t to say he does not open up, he does so in ways of telling a lot while telling little, and vice versa.

💀: Which of your muses would probably fight each other if they met?
Oh, a lot of them ngl LMAOJosef would certainly fight my Faustian demon, Ayperos, simply because Ayperos is a master of manipulation and torment, and would play every button requisite to get Josef to snap. And since Josef is only a fledgling yet, not having fully reached apotheosis (since I’m still figuring out how he will), he is susceptible to his old wrath. Anne, my other muse, would also fight Ayperos. It’s worse for her simply because she’s human. I mean really, a lot of my muses would fight Ayperos LOL for one reason or another. He’s not a good dude. I have to be in certain moods to write him, otherwise...
🐜: Which of your muses is the most clever/intelligent/educated one?
That’s human? That would be my Hiraga. He canonically has an IC that cannot be accurately measured, excels in a multitude of fields (which makes researching for accuracy’s sake a lot of fun!!!) and knows 5 languages. My second most educated would be Anne, followed by Ryouta (Hiraga’s 12 y/o brother!) followed by Mano.
Now supernaturals? I would say my Erebus, the God/personification of Darkness from Greek Mythology. He’s by far my highest muse.
Here I put forth the High Demonic Legion which reigns over the infinite Spirits that reside in the realms of Hell and which is used within the Workings and Rites of The Grand Opus Of Hell, each Spirit is given with three main areas of power over which they have influence.
A full listing of the areas of power influenced by the Demons, descriptions of their guises and specific Conjurations and Invocation for them shall be given throughout this Grimoire within particular Texts focused on each Demon in turn.
