I like to think Baby Jinx used Silco’s talks about Piltover’s oppression against him, when he tried to enforce normal rules any parent would have for a child.
Silco: Jinx, it’s bed time.
Baby Jinx: Well, well, well. Look who’s become the oppressive tyrant now, setting his own unjust time restrictions upon the innocent; just like a certain 6pm curfew set in place by the council after the Ferros Mine Riots, 67 years ago
Silco: It’s not unjust-
Baby Jinx: Says you! Who gave you the authority to decide what is and isn’t just?
Silco: Jinx, I’m just trying to enforce-
Baby Jinx: AH-HA! So, you admit that you’re no different than the enforcers. Am I going to be beaten and arrested for staying a minute over YOUR made up, mandatory bed time?
Silco: Fine. Stay up as long as you want, see if I care.
*5 minutes later Silco carries a completely passed out Jinx to bed, because she’s literally 11 years-old and it’s 3 am*

A Welcome Home (Dad! Silco x Mom!Reader x Baby!Jinx)
Rating: G
Tags: domestic fluff, baby jinx, cuddling, soft silco, Silco is hopelessly in love, jinx is daddy’s girl
A/N: oh god it’s been….what months? I finally had a moment of wanting to write and I’m so glad it’s another dad Silco fic. So here’s this❤️
Tumblr media
Silco entered the shared floor that you both called home. The familiarity of the space calmed him, shoulders easing their tension, the hard lines of his face softening. Silco finally feels like himself, the persona he puts on: left behind the door.
Hearing your giggles mixed with some new babbles causes his heart to flutter, and he instantly walks towards the sounds.
If there was anything that could melt Silco’s heart: it was the view in front of him. Jinx was in her (as you claim) favorite shark PJ’s, her little whisps of blue hair matching the fabric, and you: pink cheeked and giggling. Jinx’s sapphire eyes look to you as she babbles loudly with a small smile on her face.
Silco joins you by crouching next to you on the carpeted flooring, and Jinx’s eyes meet his. Silco’s lips involuntarily lift upwards as she gazes at him.
Jinx has him wrapped around her finger, the things he would do to keep her happy and safe.
Jinx begins to babble while looking at him, and he huffs out a laugh. His hand reaches for her tiny one, and she grasps it with a tight grip, his thumb now being held prisoner. “C’mon Sil, don’t be rude, she asked a question!” You playfully jab at him, and a ghost of teeth shows through his smile.
“I apologize, little one, what was your question?” Jinx babbles once again, and you act as her translator.
“She’s asking how your day was.” Silco gives another chuckle and kisses both of your foreheads,
“Details such as those are unimportant, I do see, however, that our child has found a voice.” Silco’s inquiry is met with some more gurgling and you giggle once more.
“We’re feeling social today.” Silco hums in amusement as the babe in your arms coos. “She says that we missed you, we didn’t get to say good morning to you.” Silco offers out his arms and you gently rest the baby in his embrace. Silco carefully cradles her to his chest, and he kisses her crown once more.
“I sincerely apologize my little dove, Daddy had rather important issues to attend to. I am sure I can make it up to my girls tonight.” You smile as he presses a kiss to your lips, earning a soft hun from him. You rest your head on his shoulder and bring an arm around his back.
“I missed you so much,” it’s practically a whisper, and his forehead meets yours. The child now silent in his arms.
“I truly am sorry for leaving before you had awoken. If it weren’t as important, I would have stayed.” You feel a kiss pressed to your forehead once again, and his cheek rests on your crown.
“It’s okay, I just don’t like waking up alone.” Your arm tightens around his back as Silco’s heart drops, guilt eating at his stomach.
“I understand my dearest, it will not be a habit.” You nod and look to Jinx, who was asleep in Silco’s arms.
“She’s coming out of her little shell, but I think she’ll forever be a Daddy’s girl.” Silco huffs out a deep laugh and turns to you fully, eyes overflowing with love. You watch as he freezes, almost like he’s caught in pink headlights.
“What?” You laugh at his ridiculous expression, and he softly smiles.
“Nothing….you’re so beautiful.” You roll your eyes and he tilts his head.
“Silco I’m a mess, I haven’t gotten out of my sleep clothes and didn’t do my hair.” You look back to him, and he still has the same amount of adoration in his eyes.
“You’re still perfect to me.” Your heart stops at this man’s soft words. You lean into him once more, and he look down at a softly snoring Jinx. “Shall I put her in the crib for you?” You nod and watch as he rises to his feet, a few clicks coming from his knees. He slowly walks into the bedroom to lie her down gently.
Leaving the door open a crack, he returns to you and helps you stand. Your hands rest in his as he directs you to the sofa, he lies on his back, pulling you down to his chest and you sigh. You both share this moment of loving silence, savoring the contact between you both with no interruptions. You shift in his arms to press yourself against him more, and he peppers a kiss to your hair.
“Just rest, my love.”

Perfect
Dad!Silco×Mom!Reader×Baby!Jinx
Pure tooth rotting fluff. SFW. Reader lactates and was pregnant with Jinx so pretty heteronormative? Tried not to use pronouns for reader and will do my best to be gender neutral in the future.
Tumblr media
This is my first lil fic/drabble/imagine literally ever so pls pls pls be nice:)) ♡
Silco had always found you breathtaking in any light, from any angle. To his shame, that was the first thing he noticed about you. You were painfully attractive to him, as if you had sunk your dresden claws into his chest and dug out his beating heart as soon as the two of you had locked eyes. He had not expected your wit and intellect, your charm and perseverance to crush that heart to a quivering pulp. Even less did he expect your intense kindness and bewildering mutual adoration for him to mend it all together, until his heart was back in his chest, beating away happily, polished and shining with a finish it had never possessed before.
All this being said, there was something particularly devastating about the way you looked now, holding the precious infant the two of you shared to your breast. She suckled happily, lazily gazing up at you on the verge of sleep. You were in the corner, sitting in an armchair angled towards the large window behind his desk, just right of where he sat now, notes and paperwork completely forgotten. The soft green light emanating from that circular pane drenched you in an almost ethereal glow as you stared through the window before you, absentmindedly watching the bustling streets below and occasionally looking down to caress the cheek of your little one.
The sight made Silco want to cry.
You and that sweet little girl, whose powder blue hair remained a mystery to the both of you, were the reason he was still fighting. Still scratching and clawing and biting his way towards the free nation of Zaun. He would give anything and everything for the two of you to feel the sun on your faces, to see the streams of sunlight currently reserved for the blood soaked tops of Piltover finally light up your eyes.
Your hair curled gently around the nape of your neck as you shifted to peer down at baby Jinx, who with a full belly and a conscious so clear it could only be a child's, had drifted off to sleep in your loving arms.
He did not want to keep you shut away in the dark. Silco's love and their only child deserved to shine with the brilliance he knew the two of you had. Zaun was well on it's way to coming into it's own, but he knew the sins of his past lurked at every corner. The free city he had given his very soul to build would not remain loyal, would not remember him kindly. Silco had long ago accepted that he was the villain of this story, that the sacrifices he had made in order to see his people liberated in this lifetime were not all his to make.
He just hoped he would never be asked to choose between you and Zaun.
The nation would never survive his abandonment.
You must've felt his gaze on you as you adjusted your top to cover yourself. Your mouth curved into a gentle smile, as full of love as it was of mirth.
"Silco, my love. You know its impolite to stare."
Silco let out a breathy chuckle, rising slowly from his desk and rounding it to stand behind your chair. He leaned forward, wrapping his arms around your front and tucking his chin into your neck. He looked down at Jinx sound asleep in your embrace as you leaned your cheek into his.
"I love you."
Yours had not been an easy pregnancy, at least not by the third trimester. Jinx, light of his life that she was, had been a bit of a hellion inside you, kicking and squirming to her little heart's content. Although neither of you could exactly blame her for this, she had you in an almost constant state of discomfort on the best of days. On the worst, you could hardly hold yourself upright, cradling your swollen belly and trying hard not to groan at the pain.
There was a day when Silco walked into his office to find you bracing yourself on the windowpane, head curled down with your lip between your teeth, tears streaming silently down your face. You had less than a month to go at that point, and Silco had rushed to you with fear jolting through his veins like ice. Asking you what was wrong, rambling about sending for Singed, turning you to him and cupping your face in his hand while smoothing your hair with the other.
"She just won't stop kicking." You had whimpered quietly, "she's hitting my ribs and it's just really uncomfortable, I'm sorry."
Silco could've laughed had you not been in pain. Leave it to you to apologize for your own misery.
"You needn't apologize, sweetness." He cooed, "let me see if I can help."
Swiftly, he pulled your back flush to his chest, tucking his chin into the crook of your neck. You wrapped your hands around his forearms as he rubbed your stomach a few times before sliding them down to the underside of your bump. He interlaced his fingers to cradle the bottom of your belly. He could feel Jinx wriggling around and made a note to give her grief for it when she was older.
"Lean into me." He had whispered.
You immediately did, ever pliant to his will and trusting of his intentions. He lifted gently as to take some of the weight off of your aching muscles. You sighed with relief as the strain of your daughter's body was lifted slightly off of your legs. After a moment, you gasped and Silco could feel the tension melt out of your shoulders. Jinx had settled, no longer drumming against your ribcage with her tiny feet.
"Better?"
You had turned to kiss his cheek and your hand went back into his hair. Silco's heart bloomed.
"Completely."
Five months later and there you sat, curled up in the chair he had bought for you, looking at him like he had hung the moon. You hummed at his confession and tucked Jinx a bit tighter into her blanket. She was perfect. You were perfect.
"Oh Silco, I'm sure I love you more."

First time actually posting my art anywhere. But I am way too proud of this to keep it to myself. Posted all 4 versions because I think they each have a unique character. I think the partial silhouette is my favorite though. Also- a very important note: the shark's name is Strawberry, courtesy of a friend of mine. She is a female bull shark!

Let’s Be Alone Together - Chapter One
Ao3 link
"This tiny girl, alone in the rain, just like he had been so long ago.
And he understands.
He knows the pain behind each sob, knows the fear that makes her grip him tighter. The feeling of abandonment, the betrayal, the hurt and the terror. He knows, like that woman did for him. Knows what another broken soul being shattered into a million pieces looks like.
And now it’s his turn.”
Eventual Silco/Orginal Female Character
Wordcount - 2,009
Heavy Angst, Graphic Descripton of Injury, Cannon Divergent.
The shop was tiny, not much more than a door with a window squished between two larger establishments. But inside could be the answer Silco hoped for, a cure.
It was late even for the undercity, few walked the streets or lingered in the shadows. Fair above, the sky wept with rain and left a wet sheen on every surface. He tried not to catch his reflection in any of the puddles as he walked by.
Checking the sign above the door to make sure this was indeed The Cauldron, Silco hesitated. It could all be hearsay, that the woman inside could cure anything, but after being turned away by what little doctors and healers the sunken city had to offer, this was his last hope.
He just prayed that at least some of the rumors were true.
When he stepped inside, little bells hung above the door announced his entrance, and the stormy night outside melted away into the soft glow of candles. Shelves with jars upon jars lined the walls, dried herbs and planets hung from the ceiling and filled the little room with the scent of dried flowers. It was cramped. It was cluttered. It was every bit the place one would expect the so-called Lane Witch to work.
The woman herself was seated at a desk pushed into the far corner of the shop, back turned to him. A network of glass tubes and flasks carried bubbling liquids around, steaming and shimmering in varying shades of red. At first, Silco thought she didn’t hear him enter, too focused on the strange apparatus in front of her. But she cleared her throat and snapped on two spandex gloves before turning to face him.
Whatever words either of them meant to say died in both their throats. She was so much younger than he expected, probably his age. When Silco heard of a witch that made healing potions, he didn’t picture a pretty young woman. She must not have expected him either, or rather the state he was in, as he watched her brown eyes flicker from his face to every other injury he’d tried to bandage.
Finally, she cleared her throat and said, “Well, you look like shit.”
His eye narrowed at her. Though her tone didn’t sound insulting, just surprised.
“How much?” Silco asked.
She stood up, eyes still analyzing him from head to toe. “I don’t put a price on what I can’t see.” She gestured to the left side of his face. “I’m guessing it’s that?”
He nodded, watching and she grabbed a bag from under the table. SHe pointed at a cot tucked away next to a bookshelf.
“Why don’t you take a seat and I can-”
“Is it true what they say?” He interrupted. “That you can heal…unusual things?”
Now her eyes narrowed at him. “How unusual are we talking?”
“The kind that might be reported.”
Silco could tell by the way she tensed that she understood what he was asking. Every other doctor and healer had said the same thing. Looks like something arcane. It could be a million other things, but in a city where Enforcers locked up and killed magic borns on the streets, it was enough to be worried about.
She swallowed, took a deep breath and nodded. “Yeah well, they don’t call me the Lane Witch for nothing.”
As she locked the door and closed the blinds, Silco sat himself down on the old cot, waiting as she pulled up a chair and sat across from him. He didn’t miss the way she nervously settled herself before speaking.
“Alright, let’s take a look.”
Taking the bandages off layer by layer, Silco watched the woman’s face turn from worried to shocked. Cool air touched the rest of his face as she pulled the last of it away and once again, they stared at each other in tense silence.
She looked absolutely appalled and he couldn’t blame her. It was a horrified sight to look at. Whatever had infected his eye had spread like an inky bleed across his face, rotting away and blacking the skin. A physical mark of the betrayal he’d suffered nearly a week ago.
“...How?” She finally asked in a whisper. “How did this happen to you?”
He told her, but only the barest of details. The last thing he needed was for her to be some old friend of Vander’s, for her to tell him Silco was still alive. Yet he found that even telling the story with so few words it brought that night back into burning clarity. The hands around his throat, the water chasing all the air out of his lungs, the look on his once brother’s face as he pushed him under-
“Hey,” A hand on his knee startled him, but the soft expression on the woman’s face brought him back to the present. “Hey, what’s your name?”
“Silco,” he said.
“I’m Sage,” she smiled at him. “I don’t know if I can fix all of this Silco, but I can fix some of it, okay?”
He nodded, and realized this was the first time someone had smiled at him since that night.
The next hour was spent with him on his back with Sage leaning over him as she worked. His vision in the infected eye was still there, just cloudy and dark around the edges. Silco could see her cut away the dead flesh, stitch up the cuts, but the pain brought kept taking him back. Back to the night he lost everything.
No, the night Vander took everything.
It had been easy not to think about all of it. To simply claw at surviving like he always had, to spend every waking moment only focused on not bleeding out, not starving and not being an easy target for muggers and finding a cure but now, now he could only lie there and remember.
And it hurt, gods did it hurt. More than the burn of alcohol as Sage cleaned the wound, more than feeling blood pool into his eye as she cut off what was left of his eyelid. His entire life had been turned upside down, every safe place he knew was dangerous, anyone he once trusted he couldn’t go to for help. He was alone and afraid and the one person he thought he could always rely on in this world had tried to drown him.
Silco hoped Sage didn’t notice the tears leaking out of his good eye. And if she did that she'd assume it was from physical pain and nothing else.
Yet when they did make eye contact, he found no judgment from her. Not even pity. Something else shined from behind those hazel eyes and he couldn’t place it. Couldn’t decide if it was a good or bad thing.
When she finally sat back, Sage looked as tired as he felt.
“Alright, sit up for me.” She said, and he obeyed.
Face to face with her, Silco watched as she removed her gloves that were slick with his blood. She asked him to follow her finger with his eyes and asked questions about how well he could see out of the damaged one. Asked him to describe exactly what it felt like when the river waters ate away at his skin, what the pain he was in now felt like. He answered them all and she seemed content with his answers.
“I’m going to have you see another doctor I know, he’s more skilled at dealing with genetic mutations than I am.” She said, “Have you heard of a man called Singed?”
“Yes,” he said. “But I’ve heard he’s, well-”
“Crazy?” Sage huffed a tired laugh and shrugged. “Kinda, but he’ll know how to help.”
“So this isn’t something arcanic?”
The woman shook her head, making her dark hair sway. “No, thankfully not.”
Silco breathed a sigh of relief. At least this wasn’t as bad as it could be. But the thought of continuing his journey in finding a cure was disappointing. “How much do I owe you?”
“Nothing.”
“What?” He stared in disbelief as she got up and put away her tools and supplies. “You can’t expect me to believe that.”
“Actually, I do.” Sage put her hands on her hips and gave him a deadpan stare. “I don’t charge people who are clearly at rock bottom.”
Silco would’ve argued with her, though she was right. But that didn’t stop him from feeling annoyed and embarrassed.
“Tell you what, how about you owe me a favor?”
“What kind of favor?”
She shrugged, “I don’t know, you can decide that. But for now, you can stay here until morning and then I’ll take you to Singed. He doesn’t like unannounced visits, it’ll be better if I go with you.”
“I-” he was about to say he had a place to stay, but in truth he didn’t. And from the look on her face, Sage knew it too. “...Thank you.”
“No problem.”
She flashed him another soft smile, offered him water and bid him goodnight, leaving for the backroom. Alone in the shop, Silco laid back down on the cot, watching the candles slowly burn down to the wick as the adrenaline in his blood slowly drained away.
He didn’t remember falling asleep, just waking up.
Terror sezied every muscle, panic burning in his chest as he gasped for breath. Visions of deep water and Vander’s snarling face followed him into the waking world, memories mixing with the dream. Silco realized he hadn’t dreamt since that night. Barely had slept at all. And now he felt hands on his shoulders and could hear Vander shouting his name.
Silco sat bolt upright, grabbing at the arms holding him, but it wasn’t Vander looking back at him in the dark. It was that woman, it was Sage.
“Easy, you’re okay.” Her voice is calm and soothing, hands gentler than he realized. “It’s okay.”
He realizes he’s trembling as he slowly loosens his fingers one at a time from her arms, bringing his hands down to rest on his legs. It’s too much. Suddenly, all the pain and the heartbreak is too much.
“He took everything.” Silco hears himself saying in a whisper, “He took everything from me, all of it.”
He can’t bring himself to look at her, but he sees her hands hesitate before reaching out. Sees the small shudder that runs through her when her hands wrap around his. They’re warm, gentle, like her voice when she says, “I’m so sorry.”
When he looks up, her eyes are watering like his own. He feels her hands shaking in his. And he knows, knows the look in her eyes he couldn’t place before. It draws out the sob he’d been holding in, making him grip her hands back.
Silco doesn’t know how, but she understands.
“It’ll be okay.” She says, voice breaking as her tears fall with his. “You’ll show them. You’ll show them all how wrong they were.”
And it’s those words from so long ago, those words that had driven him to keep surviving, to keep fighting for what was his, that Silco utters to this child now.
This tiny girl, alone in the rain, just like he had been so long ago.
And he understands.
He knows the pain behind each sob, knows the fear that makes her grip him tighter. The feeling of abandonment, the betrayal, the hurt and the terror. He knows, like that woman did for him. Knows what another broken soul being shattered into a million pieces looks like.
And now it’s his turn.
He picks her up, letting her tuck her head into his neck despite the bruising he knows will be there. When he turns, he sees one of his men carrying the other girl. She’s unconscious, but that’s probably for the better.
“Come.” He says to the girl in his arms, managing a smile when she looks up at him with tearful blue eyes. “Let’s get you out of this rain.”

You know what I genuinely find sweet (I mean for Silco and Jinx) -
Silco is clearly a man who has monologues, grand dramatic speeches, life lessons and philosophies at the tip of his tongue, ready to go at a moment’s notice.
But who was his audience before Jinx?
Singed? Deckard? The Tattoo Goon?
I’m mean sure, I guess. But I feel like it’s not the same or not what Silco really wanted; Silco genuinely wanted someone to teach and impart his painfully earned ‘wisdom’ onto.
I just imagine Silco giving a big life philosophy monologue with his back facing Baby Jinx and then when he turns around, her big blue eyes are staring up at him as she’s listening very intently, absorbing everything he’s saying; and Silco just feels a pang in his heart.
And thinks: Oh, oh this is nice.

Jinx’s Self Awareness
One thing that I love about Jinx, is how self aware she is about her being damaged. How she has stopped being the sweet baby sister Vi used to know her as. How she knows that the reason she and Ekko are now enemies not just because she chose Silco over their friendship, but how she willing killed and tortured countless of people, something he nor Vi wouldn’t believe Powder would EVER do.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“I thought, maybe you could love me like you used to. Even though I am.. different.”
And it’s like she is ashamed of this fact. Deep down she hates that she has become the very person Vi has come to fear and Ekko to despise. And she wants to go back to the “better days” , when before she believed she fucked things up for everyone. But she can’t help being Jinx because this is how she grew up as after all these years. How the person who truly understood her trauma expects her to be. And to be who they loved her as is too painful for her and the guilt would swallow her entirely.

Little Advisor (Dad!Silco x Mother!Reader, Baby!Jinx)
Rating: G
Tags: Jinx is Silco’s bio kid, mentions of pregnancy, vague breastfeeding, fluff
A/N: All the baby jinx stuff is getting to me 😭😭😭 also I know as a little tyke she was a little shit but I love her ❤️ Silco secretly baby talks and if you’re Sevika or another employee you BETTER keep your mouth shut!!!!
Tumblr media
Electric blue tufts decorate the crown of her delicate head, her soft, tiny hands grasp at his calloused thumb. One of his arms supports her to his chest, the other hovering above her small form.
Her deep sapphire eyes are enchanting, keeping him focused on her. Her eyes would meet his, look at his hand, the ceiling, the window. She was perceptive, taking in all her surroundings.
She is precious, a gift from the gods, a blessing that Silco is thankful for every day: and he had you to thank for such a gift.
Jinx was a difficult pregnancy, she was very energetic in the womb. She made you an insomniac, very hormonal, and crave very interesting foods. Late nights at Jericho’s, being on the balcony to help lull you to sleep, trips to the markets for specific requests; but Silco wouldn’t have had it any other way.
As Silco reminisces with his little bundle in his arm, he coos at her.
The all powerful Eye of Zaun, Chembaron, Kingpin, and Crime lord was baby talking.
“And how do you reckon we deal with the current border searches, hm?”
Jinx gives breathy babble and he chuckles. “As much as I agree with that sentiment, we cannot act on such rash decisions. We need a plan that would scare them: not cause an ambush.”
Jinx gives a few babbles and he nods. “Perhaps you have a point, a meeting with the sherif may prove to be beneficial.”
He gets a gummy smile from Jinx and he melts. “Is my little girl happy to help daddy make plans for Zaun, hm?” A little laugh escapes her and he smiles, resting her on his shoulder. “You have very bright ideas, little one, I should promote you to be my advisor.”
“You better be paying our daughter well for that job, sir.” He’s startled at your sudden appearance in his office, but relaxes at your playful smirk.
“You should have heard her first idea, an explosion on Piltover’s side of the bridge.”
“Hm, an example setter, I wonder where she got that from.” Silco laughs at your dry sarcasm and you round the desk. “Let me have her, I have to feed her.” Silco nods and you sit down on the sofa.
Once she’s latched under your shirt, you look up at him. “Anything new besides the strict border searches?”
“No, I will be scheduling a meeting with Marcus to get that settled.” You nod feel wetness on your stomach. Looking down you see a mischievous Jinx spitting on you.
You laugh as she smiles, “Jinx! Stop that, don’t make me bottle feed you.” She latches once more and you roll your eyes as Silco’s silent laughter. “She’s too much like you, and I carried her for nine months.”
“I will forever be grateful for you bringing our child into the world.” You smile as Jinx finishes feeding, you fix your clothes and burp her. “Shall we put her down for a nap?” You nod and he goes to dim the room, turning the lights off and closing the curtain to his large office window.
“She falls asleep faster when you sing to her.” Silco gives a warm quirk of his lips and takes Jinx back in his arms, humming an Undercity lullaby. Jinx let’s out a large huff of air and you both laugh.
“There it is, the big sigh.” You silently giggle at Silco’s words, watching him rock Jinx. After a few moments, she is deep in sleep. You both walk to your shared room, and he places her in her cradle. “Goodnight, my little darling.” He presses a soft kiss on her head and you both silently lie down under the covers.
“Thank you,” you whisper. He pulls you to him and kisses you deeply.
“No, thank you for giving me such a wonderful child and a lovely wife.” You blush and curl up to him, pressing your face into his chest.
