So, we have a small and very gorgeous #appletree in our #backgarden … my Dad wanted it planted so he could see it growing outside his bedroom window ... It is a #ChampionApple variety ... a hybrid cultivar of domesticated apple developed c. 1960 in the Czech Republic from crossing a Golden Delicious and a Cox Orange Pippin! 🍎 Anyway, this year the tree has produced a bumper crop! 💯 So many #apples!! 🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏 I've been gorging myself on them but my family aren't really very interested in them ... I know that they can be stored in various ways and I will do that for many of them but I thought I'd put all of the best ones out the front of the house to see if people would take them ... Sharing is caring and all that ... Community love! 🥰 And people really loved it ... I wasn't watching all of the time but I caught a few people when I glanced out the window taking one or two with big smiles on their faces, or sometimes nervously, glancing from side to side. 🫣 Sometimes I saw people hesitate, wanting to take one, but not being brave enough. 🙈 A group of usually quite boisterous kids walked passed and they all excitedly took one each, smiling broadly ... I heard one of them saying, "we should only take one each so that others can have one too!" ... So cute!! 💚 Anyway, it was a lovely feeling ... Sharing the #applelove. What would you say comes more naturally to you? Writing or drawing?

Id have to say drawing honestly,

but it is pretty even! ive been drawing and writing for as long as i can remember! but i think what has always been my first love is storytelling, and i can do that with either medium <3

#i remember i wrote this one story as a kid #about a girl who got turned into a tree by an evil magician #and then stayed as a tree for hundreds of years #and then ended up having a tree house built on her #and this other kid came and they hung out together #and the kid didnt know she was a person #he was just really lonely lol #but she could do little things like move her branchs and stuff #and blah blah blah she protects him from bullys #and then he moves away #and she uses magic #(which she has now) #to teleport the whole tree to his new backgarden #and i think thats as far as i got #and the whole time i spelt father as farther #because i had terrible spelling #the end #asks #anon asks #jelly talks

I feel like not enough people are talking about the tiny Ent cameo in the first episode. We might see Ents in the show. specifically baby Ents. Entings. A sight that Middle-Earth has long forgotten by the time of the Ring War. And the Entwives!

We know Nori and the Istar (cough Gandalf cough cough) are entering Eryn Galen so I hope we also see Oropher and a young Prince Thranduil but mayhaps we can take a little detour into Fangorn? I want to see happy tree people, I want to see how happy the Ents were. In the Two Towers they’re all so defeated, keeping to themselves because ‘nobody is on their side’, constantly searching for their other halves, for their beloved wives.

And given the hell that is going to be coming in the later seasons, it’s not a stretch to imagine we’ll see Sauron burning the Entwives’ garden.
