To conclude this wonderful day, and using up my final post, here’s a sappy post dedicated to the Bakuten!! fandom.

I was so nervous to join when I first got here. I was afraid I’d be an outsider, you know? Just someone who watches from the sidelines, active but not really a part of it. (Do you see why I kin futaba?)

It was intimidating at first. To see a group who was already so close, to see a group who had already formed a bond so tight nothing could shatter it. I didn’t think I’d fit in.

But after only a few days, I felt so, so welcomed. Everyone was so kind, and everyone was so funny.

I’ve never felt like more of a part of something than I have with the bakuten fandom. I know we all joke about it, but we really are a found family.

I’ve made so many friends. I’ve had so much fun.

I joined on May 3rd. While I had been keeping up with the show since it started airing, I was only really active in the not-so-existent instagram fandom.

Out of sheer impulse, I created a tumblr account.

The first thing I was introduced to was mothman misato (thank you Eden, and I mean that genuinely, because that was the funniest thing I had seen in a while).

And ever since that day, I’ve been happier than I’ve been in a long time. This last year was incredibly hard on me for a multitude of reasons, but the love and caring energy this fandom gives off has made me feel so, so happy.

I can’t thank you all enough. This has really been the best time of my life.

And I’m glad to know this won’t end anytime soon.

I’m looking forward to seeing what we do in the future
