P.S.: you can take the time to make them all perfect and ribbed, but it’s really not necessary. I often just roll and cut quickly. It does the job and takes a fraction of the time. 👍

If you have problems with overeating, it's best to practice discipline around food and hunger and eat foods that keep you full longer.
If you have problems with undereating, it's best to find ways to stimulate your appetite and eat calorie- and nutritionally-dense foods.
If you have problems with choosing nutrient-devoid foods and the resultant malnutrition, it's best to incorporate more nutrients into your diet, whether through 'invisible' vegetables or vitamin supplements.
If every person's bodies, hunger cues, and cravings were infallible, I wouldn't be stuck at the same height as a child thanks to growth stunting from malnutrition due to autism-related sensory issues nearly killing my hunger signals.
'Intuitive eating' relies on having that intuition in the first place—and many disabled people don't.
Overeating is unhealthy. Undereating is unhealthy. Eating poorly is unhealthy. Please live well, everyone.
