Announcement: Collage will be starting again here soon. However, I am working ahead to at least have some things lined up for you guys, so I'm not just gone or missing because I still want to create and be active.

Moving on this short story is about the cat I mentioned AK Jason having in my previous head-canons. I really wanted to write how they met, and I did. I hope you enjoy. -Authors note. I cannot draw animals to save my life, but I wanted you guys to see Finnly anyway. Plus this is unedited sorry for any mistakes or odd parts.-

First greetings

The misty rain fell to the ground with no sound. No doubt it would get worse here pretty soon. The rain would become a full on storm. Naturally, rain is good company for a gloomy night in Gotham. Jason pulled his red hood up further over his blue gray ball cap. He had nothing to do tonight. He was feeling lazy anyways and had almost little to no motivation to do anything vigilante related. Not tonight.

As he walked at a steady pace he pulled out his phone to check the time. 3:46 pm. With a sigh he shoved the phone back into his pocket. “What a pain.” He said pulling out a cigarette lighting it. The cigarette illuminated part of his face. The day he didn’t want to do anything of course he couldn’t sleep. No rest for the weary. Just up ahead he swore he heard a tiny voice. Adjusting the volume on his hearing aid he listened a little more and of course there it was. Walking closer the voice became clearer. “Mama said I can’t keep you. I wish I could. I’ll miss you. I hope you grow up to be a happy cat.” Looking around the corner there was a small blonde girl talking to a box. The girl with tears in her eyes puts the box on top of the dumpster. “I promise I still love you.” She said before turning in Jason's direction. Jason moved quickly to rest flat against the uncomfortable brick wall as the little girl ran off crying.

Once the girl was out of sight he rounded the corner into the musty alley way. A soft mewling sound came from the box. Upon his further inspection he discovered there was a kitten. Of course he knew what it was beforehand but this just confirmed it. A small thing. Petite. Its fur was ultimately black with white fur framing its eyes and white patches elsewhere. Its blue eyes looked up at him. Another soft mewl coming from it. After a moment of staring Jason began to walk away. The once soft sounds became desperate causing Jason to come to a halt. In that moment the mist rain turned into a terrifying downpour. The kitten's cries became even more desperate calling out to him. A painful tightness grew in Jason’s chest. With a growl of frustration he walked back over to the box looking in.

The kitten raised up pawing at the edge of the box still crying out to him. Picking it up he brought the small thing to his eyes level. “Just to be clear. I don’t like you. You are an inconvenience if anything. The only reason I’m taking you in is because…” the kitten watched Jason wide eyed making the tightness worsen a little. However, it wasn’t exactly painful. He couldn’t describe it really. Jason set the kitten in the box making it cry. “Oh shut up. I’m not leaving you. Relax.” He said slightly annoyed. Jason turned his red hoodie backwards making the hood part in the front. Picking up the kitten he placed it in the hood. Taking Jason by surprise the kitten immediately settled down nuzzling in and getting comfy. “What I said earlier. About you being an inconvenience. I didn’t really mean that. I just-“Jason sighed. “I have issues. Lots and lots of issues. I promise I won’t hurt you though. Promise.” He cooed as he started to journey home.

Immortal Danny meets his Families Reincarnations after years

So, Immortal Danny had to suffer through the deaths of his friends and family. For some reason, they never became Ghosts in the Zone, but he has kept looking for them in the Zone for centuries.

Then, one day, Clockwork come to him and explains that his Friends have all been Reincarnated. Due to them having died peaceful deaths, there weren't enough emotions to be turned into Ghosts, instead their souls were Reincarnated due to the amount of Ectoplasm in their bodies.

Danny goes to the Universe where they were Reincarnated, and finds that they all ended up reincarnating in a similar time-frame and location, and all ended up meeting eachother again.

His family and friends Reincarnated as the Bat Family

Bruce is actually the reincarnation of Jack Fenton, and while he is still a much better driver than before, Alfred prefers life thank you very much. He uses his Tech Know-How to build all his Bat-Gear. Hall also freakishly strong, and he isn't a Meta, so he has always been a little confused about that. His lingering guilt at being a bad dad in his past life leads him to be as great a dad as he can in this one.

Maddie Fenton is now Selena Kyle, using her natural athletic expertise and genius level technical know-how to steal artifacts from museums better than her canon counterpart ever could. She has always felt a connection to Batman for some reason, and flirted constantly.

Jazz became Barbra Gordan, and she is just as much a psychologist in this life as the last, but she uses it for Crime solving instead. I'm just going to say that she was officially adopted without Comissioner Gordans knowledge. He is not happy when he finds out that his daughter is legally shared by him and bruce.

Sam became Cassandra Cain, who for some reason has new Plant Powers reminiscent of Poison Ivy. Her soul is still technically that of the "Daughter of Undergrowth", so she gets her plant powers even in death. She now considers Poison Ivy her new sister for some reason. She is also still a Vegan.

Tucker is now Duke Thomas, who is confused as to why he seemingly has Egyptian Magic alongside his own Meta Abilities all of a sudden. He also has a talent for Coding and Hacking that could rival every other member of their family.

Tim used to be Wes, who befriended Danny after a while in his old life. He uses his smarts to figure out Batman is Bruce Wayne, and becomes the second Robin.

Dick was Dash, who mellowed out and became a good friend to Danny a while after the end of the series. In his new life, he is much kinder to everybody around him, as a remnant of his guilt for being so mean in his past life. It's alsowwhy he became a Cop.

Jason is undecided. Maybe he is still a friend to Danny, but he met him when he died and Danny found him while wandering. He considered him a little brother before he was resurrected and lost his memories. Or maybe he was another of Danny's friends, idk.

Alfred used to be Mr Lancer, and he has always had a weird talent for dealing with chaotic and freakishly strong teenagers. He also has a Love for helping children down on their luck.

Steph could have been Star, who rekindled her friendship with Danny after a few years as well. I honestly just like the idea of Danny's bullies becoming his friends after getting their life together.

I don't know about many of the others

This could then go 2 ways

Option 1:

When Danny discovers that his Family has all Reincarnated, he decides to Reincarnate as well to be with them again. With the help of Clockwork, he becomes Damian Al Ghul, born only a little time after his other family and friends.

He makes it so that he will slowly regain his memories and powers over his lifetime until he hits the age of 14, the age he was when he died.

The other Batfamily Members are confused, because Damian all of a sudden called a Family Meeting, and began telling them a story about how they were all the reincarnations of the mortal friends and family of the Ghost King. And that he is the Ghost King as well.

And it makes sense for some reason, they have all had vivid dreams of past lives, or skills and abilities that they don't remember picking up.

They slowly accept his story and the story continues from there.

Option 2:

Danny just goes directly to them after figuring it out, and the Batclan is suddenly visited by the God King of the Afterlife shouting about how he finally found his family.

Danny is just happy to be there, while the others are looking at bruce like "Oh my god, his Adoption Addiction has gotten so strong that the souls of the dead are being adopted by him"

And Danny is meeting his new brother Damian.

Or, Bonus Option

Danny goes to meet with them, then Damian walks in and pulls him aside. Tells him to ask for Clockwork to Reincarnate him, and pushes him through a portal.

A combination where Danny meets them, and then after he meets them goes back in time and Reincarnates himself as Damian.

Welcome to the pain of being a long time comic reader, my friend.

I've said a few times that I gave up on Marvel with Civil War, but what made me give up on mainstream comics as a whole was twofold. One, I hated the New 52 reboot. It ripped everything up everything I liked about DC and replaced it with cheap knockoffs and diversity hires. But after Rebirth, I started to soften a bit on DC. I read a few of the Scott Snyder Batman comics and didn't hate them. But the thing that really intrigued me was Peter Tomasi's Super Sons. I discovered it late into the run through image sets and meta a mutual from my old, non-politcs blog posted and it looked like a lot of fun. I heard the book was ending and I decided to wait until it was done to start reading it properly, so I could have a nice contained story to read and maybe use as a jumping on point to dip my toes back into DC full time. Maybe I'd even finally get into Superman, which I've tried a few times over the years, but he'd never really caught on with me the way Batman did.

Then I heard what Bendis did to Jon Kent, and I realized there was no point in ever getting invested in any of the Big Two ever again. Anything you like will inevitably be changed, and changed in a big, negative way. Editorial mandates and writers with a grudge against a character will always find a way to mess up anything that manages to somehow be good. Mainstream comics is a fully compromised art form. The days of Denny O'Neil, Chuck Dixon, Greg Rucka, Chris Claremont and the like were well and truly dead. The days of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby seem like a fever dream, because how could comics ever actually be that good?

Honestly, the best thing that could happen to our favorite characters is entering the public domain. The horrible takes will multiply, but there will at least be a non-zero chance of seeing a long running story with those characters done right for the first time in years, if not decades.

Until then, if that ever happens, we either reread the books we used to love and ignore the rest, or we try to find new voices outside of mainstream comics. For the latter, I can't recommend Eric July's Rippaverse enough. They even have Chuck Dixon writing for them now, and his first book, Alphacore, was great.

Humpty Dumpty

Real Name: Humphry Dumpler

A resident of Arkham Asylum that obsessivly takes things apart & put them back together again, althogh mosstly not very well, which is not a problem until it bcomes things like trains, the Clocktower or people. He also always talks in a way that referances clasical rhymes, an example of this can be seen in Issue 3 of 'Arkham Asylum: Living Hell' when he is talking to Dr. Arkham, he says 'Ooh. Snips and Snails and Puppy dog tails. Is this all for me Dr. Arkham?'

He is also insanely unlucky with a series of tradgies following him through out his life before he ended up in Arkham, him missing a train finally caused him to snap, after which he took apart the train he missed and put it back together again, causing it to crash.

He was finaly caught by Batgirl (Barbra Gordan) due to him forgetting to return the books to the libary. After which it is revealed that he killed his abusive Grandmother because he thought there was something wrong with her, for her to treat him that way, and tried to put her back together again.

Reader has settled happily with Oswald, but also having a past with the one and only Jeremiah Valeska. Now she needs to officially end things with Jeremiah before going out her husband.

(Y/n POV)

I rode in my limo to pick up my one and only. The doors open as I saw the press sorrond him

"Mr. Cobblepot, What's the first thing you'll do as a free man?"

"I shall lay flowers on the grave of my beloved mother with my beautiful loving wife by my side" my husband said

"what is Jim Gordans role in your recocilnation? do you seek revenge?

"the best revenge against Jim Gordon will be a life serving the city I love, by the people I love" he smiled then stopped when he notice something across the street.

I looked over and saw two men looking at him. He asked one of the press something and I looked back over at the two men.

Oswald got in the car with one of the press0 members. They sat across from me on the back side.

"hello Mr. Cobblepot" I said

"Hello, Mrs. Cobblepot. You looking quite beautiful as always." I blushed,, he smiled then he folded his hat. He wore the suit I sent him, A glass spectcal over his blue eye. He looked terrific in my eyes. He looked kinda hot. Enspecally when he yelled at the Press guy to switch coats and take his jacket. The man then left the car as I laughed.

"oh pengy, I fall in love with you everyday." I smiled

"I love you too, my little birdy" He smiled

"driver, to our next destination. I have an erron to run but after that I'm all yours" I smirked as the car began

,"you better" I laughed as he leaned towards me and smashed his lips onto mine but I quickly pulled away

"don't tease" he groweld kissing me again making me giggle.

When we got to the location I broke away from Oswald as he pout

"stay out of trouble while im gone" I said as I booped his nose

"no promises" He smiled as I laughed then kissed him goodbye

"turn around i won't ask again" Barbra said pointing the gun at the women

I hid behide the wall of the old bar well as I saw the once love of my life, 

"surprise" he said behide her. She went hit him but he doge her and pushed her into Ecco who had a knife to her throat.

"easy it's just a surprise party, for you Barbra Keen, in line Queen of Gotham, Buissness Tyson, how exciting. But their was another you. I seem to recall. Wasen't their? Then again thier was another me too. Oh so hard to hold on to what's real. It's enough to drive you mad." he laughed

All of sudden, Barbra daughter ran before I could stop her over throwing a glass where Barbra hit to the flower and turned the knife to Ecco making her stab herself. But Jeremiah shot Barbra in the leg. as the little girl hit him

"cute.. She has your eyes, for now." He picked up the little girl who was still kicking away. He notice Ecco covering her wond

"oh I..I think she nicked me daddy... I.. oh boy" she sighed

"oh dear me, my sweet nongogal, my ecco. Their will be none like you" he smiled

"really?" she smiled. I loaded my gun and shot her. she smiled as she bled out through her mouth and fell onto the floor."

"but she was never you" he said and turned to look at me

"let them go, Jeremiah" I pointed the gun at him

"oh my dearest treasure, look at you, such a big girl" he said hitting the gun against Barbra

"How I missed you, What do you say we play a little game, like old times? Hmm?"

"Barbra, James Gordon will be at your apartment at this second and I want you to deliver a message. okay. okay? okay."

"and what about me?" I asked playing fake hurt

"like always, by my side. My partner in crime, my lover, my dearest treasure. My wife" he laughed

"Hate to break it to you but not anymore, puddin" I said and he laughed

"oh come on, y/n/n. Don't be fussy. Come back to your Daddy, Where you belong, In my arms." He held out his arms but I stood my ground. He began to slowly walk towards me.

"so did we ever did have our baby?" he asked

"no" I said sternly

"No? oh" he said dissapointed

"I lost him... his name was Xander Mark Valaska, after my father.. and his father" Jeremiah stood their

"he was beautiful... Even had your eyes and smile before he passed" I said almost in tears

"Hmm well half to try again later" he shrugged "enough sappy stuff, come on we have work to do" he said emotionless

"hello comssioner, were waiting, the party waiting. But its well pass the princess bed time. It's funny being back here. I can still feel my flesh sizzleing like it melted away. you think so?"

I was tied up to the fence while the little girl hung down on a rope helfd by Jeremiah above the acids,

"Barbra. Miss Mayor, everythings going to be fine" Jim said

"Oh whatever Jim" i rolled my eyes

"personally i think things are far away from fine they can possibly be, Barbra lee. What do I know, I just spent the last ten years in the funny farm." he giggled

"What do you want Jeremiah."

"is thier a Jeremiah here?" 

"so what do I call you" I pulled out my blade and began sawing the rope

"uh.. I don't know call me jack- no that sound right. Joseph, John, Jay, I don't know. I just feel something new here, crawling from the oozing to be something beautiful."

"how long have you been pretending to be brain damage?"

"how long have you been pretending to joke? I know your not pretending- That's far enough James. uh tututu

"you still haven't told me. why? why keep pretending?"

"I was waiting for him to come home. were bond together he and I. One thing I knew for certin, the one thing I knew was true. And I couldn't just abound us.  do you know how it feels to have the one. the only thing you love. ripped away from you. It feels like this" he let go of the rope.

"no!" Jim caught it in time but then Jeremiah stabbed him as he laughed

"doesn't it funny it was. but i'll admit it was fun planning the fun codmissoner." suddenly metal boomerang swung over hitting him

"who's thier? what do you want? show yourself! show yourself!" Jeremiah looked up in shocked. 

"you.." he began laughing till another boomerang hit him in the hand. He laughed eximaning. I got my ropes undone and punched Jere in the face. Gordon pulled her up the girl up

"it's okay" he told her

"get her out of here!" I said as Jeremiah began to come back. He began laughing once more as he sat up

"Go!" I yelled and they did. 

"I did it, I created the Dark Kni-" I kicked him in the gut

"oooh my dearest treasure, easy on daddy their, you wouldn't want to hurt me now would you?" he laughed

"I'm done playing your games. I want to end this once and for all" I said pointing the gun at him.  He just smiled as I held the gun. The once of my love, the father of my lost child, my ex-husband, and my childhood best friend.

"you wouldn't dare, you don't have the guts, why do I even bother" he grumbled taking the gun then pointing it at me

"I know slick fella with a cheap suit and cheaper grin telling me what to do! Ever Again! we had mad love once upon a time, But NOW that's OVER MR J" I said. he stepped back in shocked and I kneed im in the gut, climbing over his shoulder and gebbing a pole to turn him. then hopped down behinde him then kicked him in to the acids

"I am the Queen of Gotham, and I don't need no man" I groweld through my teeth. I saw something drop their the edge infrount of me

"good to see ya" I smiled. We looked at the acid then he disseaper and I ran away 

Oswalds POV

Ed was shoved in the car next to me

"Edward Nygma, it is very good to see you

"Oswald, I thought you were behide this 

"i'm not but I thought you might need some help and what else are friends for" he laughed "you look well"

"you too, a little thicker in the middle" he laughed "Damn it's good to see you Oswald"

Suddenly something fell on the car and the driver crashed it. We walked out the car I couldn't believe my eyes

Y/n POV

I ran down the street where cops piled up. Then I saw hung from a light post was my dearest husband and the riddler. They bickered and disress noises as I began to chuckle

"Miss Mayor, Do you want them to come down" Foxy said as I laughed. they both looked at me

"In a little while, I'm enjoying this" I laughed

"a little to much don't you think?" Ed yelled

"keep it up and you'll be up thier for the night" I laughed

"little birdy please!" Oswld begged

"Ozzy, your fine up their and I'll be here when you come down. Maybe.." I laughed

"Do Not Tease!" he threw a little tantrum making me laugh even more

"alright alright, get em down" I said 

As soon as they were down, Oswald stood up and kissed me

"thank you, baby birdy" he said holding me tight till we heard someone clear their throat. We turned our attention to Ed

"I just wanted to say thanks and It's good to see you both" He smiled. Oswald smiled and hugged him in a friendly way then he turned to me.

"it's good to see you too Ed" I smiled and hugged him

"and hey if you need a chief in staff-"

"we'll see" I laughed

"well goodnight" he said and walked away. Our other limo pulled up and Oswald wrapped his arm around my waist as we began walking

"I guess this is our happy ending" I sighed

"my love, this is only the begining" we smiled as he kissed me pationatly
