You know what piece of fanon irks me? The idea that Dick resents Jason and Tim for being Robin or that Damian is the only Robin that Dick gave his approval to.

This is the first issue we see Nightwing and Jason Todd's Robin together it's 18 months after Bruce fired Dick (because he got hurt and cus Bruce though he was gonna leave the nest anyways it's a thing). Dick gave Jason his approval, he was mad at BRUCE for lack of communication and being Bruce but it never carried over to Jason.

And in A Lonely Place of Dying Dick

Takes Tim to the suit basically goes "I can't be Robin. ME, I, DICK GRAYSON can no longer be Robin. Robin is a teen about *put a hand at Tim height* this tall, black hair, good at acrobatics, not afraid to tell Batman off, and a good detective, maybe he even found out Batman and Robins identities. That is Robin, but I am Nightwing not Robin. Yep. A Robin needs to be all those things. Now I'm off to save Batman!" then later looks on fondly as Tim pleads his case to Batman, backs him up, and thinks that Bruce needs to think with his heart not head and take on a new Robin. It's not explicitly written out in the text but all of this is Dick giving Tim permission to be Robin.

TL:DR: DICK GAVE ALL THE ROBINS HIS APPROVAL NOT JUST DAMIAN!

I was today years old when I discovered about Jarro, the Starro in a Jar.

A literal alien starfish belonging to a predator warmonger dangerous species, whose parent was a reformed supervillain.

A kid, who considers Batman his dad and aspires to become the bestest Robin ever.

Who has telepathy, can change size and mind control people with spores (to keep them safe from a supervillain).

Does any of these sound familiar? (⁠ ͡⁠°⁠ ͜⁠ʖ⁠ ͡⁠°⁠)

So, what would happen if Danny and Jarro meet?

Would they bond over being different from everyone around them?

Over trying to fit in, even if they're Apex predators among lambs?

Over being feared because of what they are, not who they are?

Over having terrifying powers that could potentially end the most powerful being on Earth (see Dan and that time when Jarro mind-controlled the whole JL so that they wouldn't face a big bad villain that could kill them)?

Over being left alone/behind when everyone else would/could die (because of old age or enemies)?

There are so many possibilities!

Danny refuses to let Bruce Wayne adopt him exactly until he learns about the baby alien starfish who would then be his brother. Vlad is of course, pissed that someone else has adopted Danny. Not that Danny cares, and honestly Bruce is a little relieved that Danny is fine not being a vigilante and taking a break.

So you know the current trend of doing a short performance of whatever art they got taught as a child instead of some martial arts to “Let’s Get Loud” by Jennifer Lopez?

I can absolutely see the BatKids and the rest of the younger generation of the heroes doing this. I can see them doing a lot of TikTok/YT Shorts trends.

Dick and Stephanie leading the charge. Cass and Jason are both dramatic, artsy and trolls, they love it.

Tim gets forcibly dragged into it and eventually finds joy in the photography aspect.

Duke is vibing with his chaos siblings.

Damien refuses not to be the best at anything.

Jarro does his best but as a starfish alien it’s hard to do the moves designed for a human body. He does enjoy sending them back and forth with his family though.

The kids have two channels (in costume and out): one that’s PG13 and one for the legal adults to post stuff that’s on the sexier side. (You can’t tell me these dramatic shits wouldn’t have a thirst trap-ish channel that they do not let their underage siblings be on.)

They drag Bruce into it as a way of family bonding expecting him to fail… he doesn’t. Man has game. Please see the long list of exes in and out of costume.
