A necessary disclaimer:

ik I don’t have crazy amounts of followers so don’t take this the wrong way; I’m very aware I’m not famous lmaoo

I just felt that this was a necessary post considering the content I decide to blog/reblog. I carry soft girl aesthetics on my blog that contains staple style influences and music blueprints like Lana Del Rey, Victoria Secret, Ariana Grande, Taylor swift & Starbucks etc. However I wanted to say that I don’t want this, under any circumstances, to get misconstrued as me supporting what they stand for. The brands and people that I have just listed have all been either in support of Israel, complicit with genocide or have chosen to stay “neutral” which in other terms means keeping the lights on by not picking a side so they don’t lose out on deals. These “brands” NEED to be boycotted ASAP. This behaviour is incredibly disgusting. Just because I like pink aesthetics and girly vibes doesn’t mean I actually actively condone these people or go out of my way to make them money and neither should you. Once again I hope that no one who views my page uses my reblogs (which are simply to keep a theme) as an excuse to support these people and their beliefs.

Please be don’t be a sheep and stay on the right side of history.

one of the little boys in the video is five years old. FIVE. he lost his home, he has nothing to drink or eat. he lives in constant fear and he doesn’t even understand why.

he doesn’t know why these atrocities are happening to them, why they had to leave their home. he could lose his family at any given time or even worse he could die too. he’s talking about experiencing panic attacks, which he doesn’t understand either.

at the age of five, this child is having panic attacks, because of the constant fear and terror he has to live in. he should be going to school, playing with his friends and dreaming about his life and future. but that was violently taken away from him, by a settler colonialist ethnostate.

what Israel is doing has to stop, it’s a violation of international law and a crime against humanity. this is the culmination of decades long oppression and ethnic cleansing. this is not a conflict or a war. this is a genocide.

we have to stop this, we cannot sit by and watch the western powers fund and enable a genocide of innocent people. never again should apply to every other group of people on this planet.

speak up for Palestine, use your voice, when they can’t use theirs, sign petitions, go to protests and share information. contact your local representatives and demand a ceasefire. show that you care, because the world is watching, history is watching. let’s stand on the side of compassion and humanity.

It has been 72 days since the occupiers are commiting war crimes and massacring civilians in plain daylight.

In fact, in 15 December 2023, the IDF shot three unarmed civilian, and when they took their bodies, they identified they had killed their own Israeli. The very "hostages" they claimed to be trying to save. The hostages: Yotam Haim, Samar Talalka and Alon Shamriz are shot dead.

Unsurprising considering they shot anyone, from young infants, children, elderly, and journalists and many more on sight. Indiscriminately bombing an entire civilian infrastructure, hospitals, schools, and refugee camps. Not even their own "hostages" would be safe.

This isn't a war. It's genocide.

Since launching its Gaza campaign on October 7, Israeli forces have targeted mostly civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, refugee camps, and ambulances. An Israeli missile targeted the entrance of Al Shifa Hospital, which houses over 5,000 patients. Dozens of people were killed and wounded in the attack. Millions of innocent lives are taken.

Palestine has been going through such trials that only sahabas were able to bear. Palestinians and every living being that belongs to that holy land, their souls are filled with soo much of resilience. Allah knows their strength. Allah knows their level of imaan. Several countries' governments have accused the Israeli government of genocide and asked the International Criminal Court to prosecute Israeli officials, but that court effectively answers to the U.S. government and has refused for years to prosecute crimes by Israel or anyone else outside of Africa.

But the International Court of Justice has ruled against Israel in the past, and if any party to the Genocide Convention invokes it, the court will be obliged to rule on the matter.

If the ICJ determines that genocide is happening, then the ICC will not need to make that determination but only consider who is responsible.

This has been done before. Bosnia and Herzegovina invoked the Genocide Convention against Serbia, and the ICJ ruled against Serbia.

The crime of genocide is happening. The intentional destruction of a people, in whole or in part, is genocide. The law is meant to be used to prevent it, not just review it after the fact.
