Have been wondering what Ed was getting while Stede was being walked into the jungle by Chauncey, because he had already gotten the dinghy and later arrived at the dock carrying a sack. Obviously supplies makes sense, but I just realised it was also their clothes/personal effects that Ed went back for, and it made me sad.
He went back for his cravat, and his red handkerchief, and his leather jacket, and his knee brace, and all of Stede’s clothes that he knew would be missed terribly if they left them behind.

xiao's camera roll would be probably a bunch of photos of lumine taken in very random situations when she wasn't looking and he keeps them just so he can remember her happiness and the tenderness of the quiet moments they've spent together in love and cherish it for eternity.
i bet he has a picture of a leaf that's fallen on top of her head during one of their autumn walks - he probably keeps that leaf as well and now its golden hue reminds him of her. there's another picture of lumine searching for some sea shells on the beach; she's crouching, her head down and hands digging in the sand. he kind of regrets not taking video of that moment - the way lumine was pouting about how mean the sea is to her today was oddly adorable. and then, when she turned around to look up at him with that fond gleam in her eyes and a soft smile tugging at the corner of her lips and–
oh.
frozen in the place, he's unable to move. even if he doesn't have any recordings of that moment, though, it will be always engraved in his memory and that's all that matters.
plus, once again, xiao has a lot of other photos of lumine.
a few selfies with her - a blurry picture of her hand in his, fingers locked. a cute candid of lumine playing with a cat. her puffed out cheek. a photo of xiao patting her head. two hearts she carved into the snow. her eye smile. lipstick stains she left on the curve of his jaw.

And Essek was crying over Molly even *before* the body was resurrected. "It's just not fair" etc
yeSS that moment is just!! so good! And says so much about his character arc--
I've said this before, but what really gets me is that you can pinpoint the exact moment when Essek's heart starts to ache for Molly. The moment Essek "gets up in a huff"? When he storms off because he just can't fight back the tears any longer? It's right after he sees Caleb say his heartbroken goodbye to Mollymauk--finally returns that forehead kiss.
It's seeing that all too familiar sign of Caleb's love that makes Essek really feel for Mollymauk, makes him break down and shed tears for this person he's never even met. But he knew that Caleb loved him--that all of the Mighty Nein did--and just that was enough.
Before the resurrection ritual began, Essek isn't just skeptical. He's scared. "Are you sure this is even wise to attempt?" The rest of them are alive, and he just can't comprehend why Caleb would dare risk that for someone bound to Lucien's fate. And yet, after seeing the Nein express their love for this stranger again and again, seeing Caleb look actually defeated for the very first time? It shakes something in him.
There's something to Essek asking, "Caleb Widogast, have you ever accepted defeat?" The way Caleb admits so hopelessly, "Maybe today. For the first time." That makes me wonder if...Essek didn't briefly consider alternative ways to bring Mollymauk back. For a moment, I wonder if his thoughts even flitted back to that time travel circle in Aeor. I think losing Mollymauk for good would have made that possibility all the more tempting for Caleb.
Essek insisting it's just not fair? Looking at Caleb and asking him if he was truly giving up--if that's something he's even capable of? It just...makes me wonder. If the Divine Intervention never saved Tealeaf, if Essek had to just watch Caleb mourn and grieve and admit defeat? I think he was really considering for a moment if there were other means of reaching Molly's soul. If there was still some way to reunite Caleb and the rest of the Nein with this person they so dearly loved.
Also, if I recall correctly--when the Nein were working out the logistics of some teleportation spells in the reunion, Kingsley kept suggesting they give Essek a call. It would be just so fun to see them interact is what I'm saying--

The next one on my list is Robin Arellano!!!
He likes rock n roll, milkshakes, and watching scary movies!
In this au, Robin definitely is trying to block out everything that happened to him. Any mention of the grabber and he’s changing the subject, and is uncomfortable.
He tries very hard to not be affected by it, to not think about how he couldn’t kill the bastard who did that to him, but in the end it does effect him. It effects him a lot.
Robin can’t stand the scars on his forearms, they’re always going to remind him of what he “failed” to do in his mind, something he knows isn’t his fault but can’t help but blame himself for. He doesn’t wear his bandannas anymore after having to see his cut up and bloodied one from his own kidnapping be put in an evidence bag.
He tries everything to forget what happened to him, to try and be stronger, and better in case there’s another grabber out there.
Robin blames himself a lot for what happened, he doesn’t know how or why it is but he just knows it is his fault that Finn was kidnapped, it was his fault that he couldn’t kill the grabber, it was his fault that he was kidnapped because he should’ve known better, and it was his fault for getting murdered…
He tries to keep it inside and tries to look unaffected and happy like he used to be but like all the others, Robin is a traumatized child who didn’t know any better and that is something that infuriates him.

One of the things I really love about Pat's character is the way that in both the episodes that centre him (1x3 - Happy Death Day and 4x7 - It's Behind You) focus on the way that Pat is honoured and loved through Daley and the rest of his family. We see a lot of instances throughout the show of that being a father is a core part of Pat's personality, and by putting an emphasis on the ways that Pat lives on through his family the show further highlights this. Daley seems to show this the most, which is not that surprising given Carol was cheating on Pat for most of the marriage. The fact that they all visit Button House on Pat's death day and the way Daley mimics his dad in the home video is genuinely so heartwrenchingly beautiful, and I love it so much. It is so fitting for the character, and a really beautiful way to explore Pat's past!

Plwease consider Belos having his “oh fuck I’m the bad guy” moment and IMMEDIATELY THE GG ghosts/hallucinations start dunking on him
It's funny you say this cause he does in fact have a break down after finally having it click in his brain. And you know what happens when old man Phil experiences intense emotions!
BIG GOOP MONSTER COMES OUT
Goes a bit crazy, a bit cooky, the rage goes over into sorrow and my dude just kinda passes out due to exhaustion after his temper tantrum.
And then he dreams, but this time it's a LOT more worse than usual.
So yea , you're pretty spot on with that idea lol
