the law of assumption is all about forming assumptions and beliefs that serve u so that u can live the life of ur dreams. but like, how do u form assumptions and beliefs? its super simple ✨

the basis of changing a belief is changing ur assumptions around an already existing one. when we r born and even still now, our minds are literally so malleable. no one is born with a set of beliefs, these beliefs r impressed unto us by so many different factors such as family, surroundings and environment, society etc.
because there are no SET beliefs and beliefs are formed, that also gives us the power to form our own beliefs. what makes a belief a belief though is consistent reinforcement.
(IDENTIFY + MODIFY + REINFORCE = NEW BELIEF)
when u consistently reinforce and solidify ur belief it gets expressed in ur reality. ur belief that the sky is blue is a belief that you've had since FOREVER and thats why its expressed. ur belief that ur always broke is one that u consistently reinforce and thats why u experience it.
IDENTIFY ;
identify what beliefs u already have about something. then classify the belief as something favorable or unfavorable to u. for example if u wanna be rich and ur belief around money is that its super hard to make then you'd classify that as unfavorable.
MODIFY ;
now comes modification. lets go back to the example that we used above. the way we'd change the original belief (its super hard to make money -> INSERT NEW TRUTH) for inserting the new truth i recommend just using a simple affirmation.
REINFORCE ;
last but not last to learn anything and strengthen any belief repetition is key so u should persist in ur new belief. remember, its ur choice to choose a new belief so stand firm on ur decision.
(reinforcement = standing firm and repetition)

🎀30 Day Glow Up Challenge 🎀 - day six
♡ Mindset : I got my period today so I wanted to treat myself with a little bit more care. I said my affirmations while I did my morning skincare routine. I am feeling great mentally and I’ve realized how much more positive self talk I do mentally without even realizing it.
♡ Health : I had a really good lunch today I was craving chipotle so I made chipotle at home it was sooo good. I drank enough water the only thing I didn’t do was get in 3K steps I usually like to relax on my period and not really go out but I know walking on days like this are actually better than staying inside. I did workout at home though which felt so gooddd my sisters joined me in my workout it was fun I love working out with my sisters.
♡ Self Care : I started my period today so I took time to really pamper myself. I started my day with peppermint tea. I took a really nice shower I used a shower steamer for the first time it was lemon scented I loved itttt. I applied a face mask and took time with my skin care. I ended my night watching a vlog on YouTube and drinking hibiscus tea.
♡ Experience : I haven’t written poetry in so long but I took time this morning to create some poem drafts based on ideas I’ve had in my head. It was so much fun and made me feel so creative. I started working on some YouTube content I’m so excited to start filming and posting againnnn so look out for that content babesss<3333

Practicing Tact and Open mindedness:
One of the important skills to develop so that you can effectively navigate both life and social situations is TACT and OPEN MINDEDNESS.
To practice this first you should be aware of your own sensitivities, emotions, principles,etc and then explore arenas that contradict it. The "my way or highway" approach is an essential cause it helps you to be stable in your roots but at the same time you have to branch out yourself in different directions.
When consulted with facts it's foolish to be stuck on the old narrative. People who have the stability to ground themselves in their ideals but are adaptable enough to change things according to the situation go a long way and are able to navigate life ten times better.
The mere fact that you are alive is because your genes were able to mutate and adopt in the surroundings. Survival of the fittest.
Not only this when you are receptive towards others opinions you open a gateway to constant learning and are able to charm people. People love to talk and when you listen you get information that might just help you grab a job, impress your crush or make your life a tad bit easier.
Practicing tact also helps you in balancing out the extremes and opens the path to contemplate everything from different scenarios and then arrive at a decision.
It not just adds grace but also enhances your character.
Trust me nothing attracts people like a moth to the flames like being non judgemental and tactful.
Try it out. The amount of eye opening information you might receive will be shocking.

this concept is from solar subs THE CREATORS CODE. shes also on youtube (she makes subliminals) her work is rly amazing and i highly recommend reading it to anyone who is new to manifesting.
i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think it’ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.

the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourself 
what am i thinking right now? 
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;  
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that you’re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that you’re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isn’t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and you’ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.
