Sans Day?

Been thinking more and more of making another fandom event day. This time it would be for Sans (yeah I know he’s Mr. Popular but hear me out) and it would be SPECIFICALLY about letting him take a goddamn nap. Letting him rest. For one day only Sans is angst intolerant (as in, if you draw Sans being pissy or crying and tag it with whatever I name the day, you’ll get curse of shit your pants). He’s having a good time and is relaxing. Perhaps he is sunbathing in the park. Maybe he’s all bundled up with a hot cocoa by the fire. Maybe he’s dozing in a flamingo pool floatie going around a lazy river.

Currently I have no plans to have it launch in July simply because I know people are busy with art fight so I’m thinking some time in August. Comment on this post if you think this is a good idea.

there is something comforting and poetic about reading fanfiction written by someone with a username from a different fandom, especially one they don't even write for anymore. someone with a supernatural name writing mandalorian fanfiction. someone with an adventure zone balance username writing trigun fanfiction, etc, etc. the ghost of your love for something in the past inspired you to write, and you may not write for it anymore, but just a tiny bit of that love carries into what you write for now. it's why i never changed my URL on here from the cringe shit i chose when i was a teenager. the me who was so full of love for something i identified with it enough to make it my username never left, it just changed. i don't want to forget her. i want to carry the me of the past with me into the things i love now. not everyone wants or needs to wear that on their sleeve, as their public username, but its nice to know im not alone. do not cringe, but kill the one inside you who cringes, and all that.

Okay guys so on the car ride home idk why but I started thinking about the movie Inside out and like here me out okay so like the whole big thing of the movie is focused on Riley and her emotions and her (and everyone’s) emotions are portrayed by humanoid character right? Well they are each supposed to represent an emotion and obviously they do and the mainly have a personality centered around their designated emotion BUT they also demonstrate other emotions that aren’t what they represent like they all experience panic and worry when *MOVIE SPOILERS HERE* joy and sadness are out of headquarters and they are left to run it and joy shows sadness when Bing Bong disappears *SPOILERS ENDED* so my question is does each individual emotion inside someone’s head in turn have their own little emotions in their own heads? An if that’s the case do those sets of emotions also have their own sets and so on and so forth? If so where does it end? Does it all just go on forever with each set of emotions having their own set and so on and so forth (and I mean everyone’s emotions not just Riley cause we see that in that universe all living creatures have emotions in a control panel in their head

Sometimes I wish Stranger Things was on a smaller scale. No more “saving the entire world from Russians,” but instead “our town is controlled by corrupt scientists and even more corrupt authority figures and we have to save it.” I miss the small town mystery feel from season 1. It felt so personal; a group of best friends just want to find their missing member. A mother grieves her lost child. There’s a coverup and they try to solve the case.
