ok so I imagine beheeyem gets a lot of flak in the poke world due to its abilities to change memories, but I wanna hear someone, heck maybe perhaps the beheeyem themselves in a pmd setting, say that a lot of psychic types can do that too with hypnosis, with malamar being the biggest offender, and just leave it alone to do their own thing, like stargazing, taking a walk, or taking a dubwool to some place (dw they're just hanging out and beheeyem's just showing the dubwool cool spots it found anywhere in the world)

Alternatively, deoxys gives great hugs with bendy noodle DNA arms that look very alarming from an outsider perspective.

Ooh I really like this idea! Space is notoriously pretty empty and Deoxys tend to move around a lot without stopping. I think that now they’re staying somewhere more permanently, they’re finally recognizing how many different senses and textures there are!

Camerupt is one of their favorites because she’s so warm and soft and heavy, which is entirely opposite from what they’re used to in space.

They can accidentally make members of the team uncomfortable sometimes though, they don’t understand that maybe not everyone is dying for a hug from a strange, super powered alien completely unprompted. Especially considering that Deoxys was incredibly violent up until it realized how many new things they could learn and experience with Maxie and Team Comet.

I feel like, if Pokemon wasn't an anime for children, that Spinel has the potential to be one of our creepiest Pokeani antagonists ever, and the only thing really stopping him atm is either not knowing of the significance of the connection between the pendant and Liko, or not viewing it as important, compared to Amethio anyway.

But if he does learn of the importance of their connection, it's very dangerous information for him to have. We already see that he's not above using his Beheeyem to brainwash and alter the memories of people, that's what he does to Liko here. (Like, comparatively, Faba tries to erase Lillie's memories again in SM, but he's prevented from doing so, both by TR having some standards and Ash and co. intervening.)

Really what's stopping him from pulling something akin to Tsukishima and altering her memories, like "No, Liko, it's ok. I'm your friend and have saved you from these evil RVT people who only want to try to take your pendant. Come with me and I can keep you safe."
