Have you thought about...

the things that you need lately?

You gotta have food and water, those are obvious. Clothes on your back, a roof over your head. Sure, those are talked about plenty.

But what about the other things that you need just as much, if not more, for your overall wellbeing?

Do you have a place to call home? Not just 4 walls and a roof, but a room that's all your own. a place where you can make some of the rules and do what you want, when you want. A place to go when you want to be alone?

Do you have someone to talk to? Not just any random "friend" or acquaintance but someone who gets your dark humor who understands the things you don't say, as well as the ones you do. someone who appreciates your sarcastic wit. who knows when to leave you alone and when to push past your cold shoulders.

Don't forget that while your job is meant to pay the bills it should also be a place you can live with. tasks that you don't absolutely detest doing, working towards a goal you actually care about. someplace you can comfortably be yourself

When was the last time you lost yourself in that hobby/activity that makes time melt away. hours and hours getting away from you. not a care in the world but what you're doin. you know what I mean?
