I was rereading Luck In The Shadows and Stalking Darkness by Lyn Flewelling, so drawing Alec, Seregil and the rest of them was my relaxing comfort activity before going to bed for the last days now and then. Even though most of the main cast is male for these books, there are sooo many interesting and diverse female side characters, named and unnamed.

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but this is the first I’m hearing of this Blue Moon/Red Moon/Yellow Moon stuff. Does Beka call us that in the game? I’ve read Book One dozens of times but I swear I can’t remember anything about a moon 😅

Beka calls you that when you first meet her in an alley close to the inn. To be honest, I forgot about the nickname, so I don't think she calls you that again for the rest of Book One — she likes the name Richie. 😋

But I'm using it in Book Two! Beka will say it a couple of times, especially if you are a Blue Moon.

Beka's nickname is tied to how you convince her to tell you more information when you first meet her — Red Moon for when you threaten her, Gold Moon if you offer her coin, and Blue Moon if you reason with her.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but apart from Red and Gold Moon (which I associate with blood and well, gold) is Blue Moon because someone was nice/polite to her and that only happens "once in a blue moon"?

I adore this. It's funny because, if you're attentive, you can tell Beka reacts differently to a "Blue Moon" Romanus. She's flustered and falters for a moment because the last thing she expected was for someone to… treat her like a human. Rationalize with her.

She expects the threat and is pleased with the gold, but it's your kindness Beka remembers the most.

So that fits perfectly! Every once in a blue moon, someone is decent to her. Only once in her life was someone kind to her. Beka likes 'Richie" in all types, but she does have a softer spot for her Blue Moon.

Naprawdę okropnie mi szkoda jak widze gdy matka stoi przed lustrem i trzyma sie za fałde na brzuchu z rozstępów po ciązy, ale naprawde doceniłabym gdyby nie przelewała swoich frustracji na mnie!! wiem że ciąza zniszczyła jej ciało, ale ja sie na ten swiat nie pchałam. Literalnie wczoraj podeszła do mnie gdy miałam binge w kuchni, kiedy wpierdalałam wszystko w zasięgu wzroku i zapytała sie jak ma pozbyć sie fałd z brzucha??
