Eternals Resurrection Headcanon

Okay so Arishem keeps a record of all their memories and can just recreate another version of them anytime he pleases.

Now imagine Ajak, Gilgamesh & Ikaris are brought back (really hope it happens in Eternals 2).

Everyone is really happy.

Gilgamesh bear hugs a hysterically sobbing Thena who keeps mumbling: “I really thought I lost you.”

And then there's Ikaris. Like this guy was so torn between his duty (purpose of creation) and love that it truly fuxked him up and he attempted suicide by flying right into the sun.

Now imagine being brought back right after 2-3 weeks!? How embarrassing and awkward would that be!? 🤭

And everyone is just being polite and accepting of his countless apologies. Gilgamesh who had died before learning about his betrayal to the team, gives him a good lecture. Kingo gives him a hug and pat cause he's really happy to have him back. Him and Sersi are still trying to figure out where they stand after everything that transpired between them.

Then one night during a family dinner, its Druig who randomly just goes: “Hey remember that time you tried to laser-kill me, got stopped by the others and then threw yourself into the sun?” 😏

And thats it! Ikaris slams a hand onto the table (even more funny if its another table at Phastos's home 😆)
