Now that it’s light and quite sunny outside, and the body starts demanding vitamins, we began actively eating all the frozen berries that are kept in the freezer since summer.
Pancakes are made of an egg, a banana, oat flour and grated apple and pumpkin. Perfectly suitable for our daughter as well as us.

Life hack: need to order vegan from a deli? Order a smoothie with fruit blended with orange juice (this is raspberry, blueberry, and strawberry), plus a plain bagel (I got toasted!) and an avocado on the side to make avocado toast. 🍓 🥑 🥯
