what really frustrates me that Vivzepop had these characters (the hazbin hotel cast) for YEARS and never really bothered to actually explain their backgrounds besides little info facts

we know Alastor is a radio host who also a cannibal serial killer but what was his life before that

we know angel and his siblings was in the mafia and angel did drugs but what was the reason for him to be a drag queen besides being a closet gay men

we know husk likes to gamble and was a alcoholic…and that’s really it unless there’s more to his character

we know niftty was a housewife that was obsessed with boys and that’s all we got

we know vaggie was a prostitute that got killed by a guy

AND PEOPLE WAIT FOUR YEARS TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THESE CHARACTERS AND GOT NOTHING 😭😭😭

So I’m neurodivergent we know this yes yes Rai you’ve mentioned it at least 4 times this week. Okay good. I am NUTS about specifics. Like. Like this nuts

So I must say, not knowing jackshit about these characters backstories is driving me CRAZY.

I cannot believe I have to be like “I hope we learn more about the main cast after 4 years” because I don’t even know if Vivzie is going to touch on it in S2 and thats the only season we have guaranteed so like oh well!

For Alastor I am genuinely shocked we don’t know that much about him but then again they did allude to doing more with him in Season 2 so for that I guess we shall wait and see. For Angel I literally have no idea. My only headcanon I have about his living time is when he was 6 he hated vermicelli because it means “little worms” and he thought that was gross. For the drag thing. We haven’t even seen this guy in drag in the actual show yet and I am frankly pissed but idk where they’d fit that in with what we got so like okay I guess but as for his reasoning I think he either just liked it or yeah its just cause he was a closeted gay man. Husk I again have no clue. We know he was an overlord and then made a contract but that is literally it. I like Husk as a character he seems like a very sweet guy sometimes, but again, Idk anything about him. Nifty is just. Kinda there? Not that every character needs a tragic backstory but like im curious why is she like that. I didn’t even know that shit about Vaggie until I got this ask but that makes me wonder/worry if we’re going to see something in relation to that in the same way we did episode 4. HOPEFULLY not. At least we got the Vaggie angel lore but thats basically it?

I hope for so much in S2 but mostly just give us some fucking context dude. Not even the avid watchers know whats going on and I’m just some dude pirating shit so I sure as hell don’t either 😭

As promised here are my “in depth” thoughts about Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King movie!

Warning Spoilers below!

I thought the movie was pretty fun and exciting! The different team ups between characters were amazing, and they showed off characters and squads (ie; Mantis’s and Lions) who didn’t really get their “times to shine” much in the anime and they introduced really interesting characters with the Wizard Kings!

My favorite team up (besides the BBs ofc) had to be Fue, Nozel, Yami, and Yuno. Not only because 3/4 are my faves (I’ll admit Nozel is growing on me 👀) but because it was so interesting to see, I mean, we’ve seen Nozel and Fue team up before, but we haven’t really seen them team up with either Yami or Yuno. At least not that I can remember. Also we never got to see Yami and Yuno team up with each other either, so that was really fun and exciting to see 😁!

I also LOVED Mereo’s fight against FunnyBunny in the desert, like, it was so awesome to see! I’m glad we got to see just how much Mereo’s squad and brothers mean to her as well and how they give her strength to keep fighting, it really warmed my heart 😭! Also FunnyBunny has my favorite magic out of the Wizard Kings besides Conrad, it just looks so cool 😱’

The BB’s fight was sooo great too! Like the Ice mage’s Chapel and spells were really interesting to me 👀, and I loved the different team ups between the Bulls (like Magna and Gordon, Zora, Nero, and Luck) and how it shows just how great they all worked as a team! NOELLE WAS SO AMAZING THO!! Like we got to see her kick some serious butt against that old guy and just show off how cool her Valkyrie armor is 😁👏!

And I gotta shout out Grey because she showed off her transmutation magic and was absolutely great 🥺, I also loved the “blink and you’ll miss it” moment with her and Gauche 🥰!

I also love the contrast between Asta and Conrad, like, they’re so similar but so different. Asta could have easily become like Conrad if he let all the hate and discrimination that the Nobles and Royals threw at him get to him, but also what happened to Conrad’s family and friends contributed to that mindset too 😅.

WE GOT NACHT and LIEBE CAMEO’s!!! AAAAAHHHHH I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I SAW THEM LIKE 😭😭💕💕💕!! ALSO WE GOT TO SEE LEOPOLD BEING COOL AND FIGHT AGAINST ONE OF THE WIZARD KINGS!

And finally…I NEED MORE LORE ON THE WIZARD KINGS LIKE??? I NEED IT, WHAT WERE THOSE SMALL GLIMPSES OF THE PAST? WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM, WHY WERE THEY ALL STRIPPED OF THEIR RANK?? DID THE ICE MAGE KNOW NOELLE SOMEHOW?? I NEED TO KNOW PLEASE I BEG OF YOU 😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏!!!!

My only gripes would be that we didn’t get to see much of Julius and that sometimes I got dizzy and i actually had to close my eyes at one point 😅. But that’s really my only gripes.

Now onto my mother 👀!

Firstly; She thinks Conrad is a cheaty cheaty cheater who does nothing but cheat 😆! She finds Jester annoying af, she said FunnyBunny was Black Clover’s Erza Scarlet, and…she didn’t have any opinions on the Ice Mage other than she felt he was related to Noelle in some way 😅!

She felt the movie was very disappointing, and I think her main problem was with the storyline and character development.

She said it was her least favorite and, in her opinion, the least interesting. She felt that she couldn’t really connect with the bad guys and that the good guys didn’t really “earn” their win since they didn’t get any power upgrades or anything, which is understandable. I think if the movie had been broken up into episodes and more was able to be shown that she would have liked it more 🤔.

She did have parts of it she liked tho! Mainly with Mereo (she is my moms favorite BC female character) 😆.

She loved when Mereo was first shown and said quote: “Yeah She doesn’t play around, she will not hesitate to kick your ass” 😆! She also loved when Mereo grabbed Sekke by the head before he could run away “He deserved it!” was her reasoning as to why she liked it.

And finally she found it HILARIOUS when Grey turned the Ice into Water and Magna began surfing and just randomly said “Alright here we go!”.

I don’t know why she found it so funny, and in turn so did I, but I think it was because of how his VA said it 😆!

Anywho, that's just our opinion. I liked it. Mom didn’t. It happens 😅!

Rambling Abt my bsd ocs :3

Dimitri doesn't have a reason to be a terrorist. Like he had a pretty normal life. He literally does it for fun and fame. But he's always sorta been like that (a sadomasochistic freak /aff) he ran away around 16 on his own accord, but had a fairly normal life before that.

^he fucking LOVES using his ability, just for the fuck of it. Like. He'll put himself in Wonderland just bc he's bored. Or he'll pull shit out of Wonderland 💀 like. He's let the Cheshire cat out in Sigma's casino before (Sigma was livid over it)

Akira and Chuuya are locked in fr 😭 IF ONE OF THEM GOES THEY'RE BOTH GOING LIKE...shes one of the only people that's stayed by his side since they met. Neither of them are going anywhere.

Yūrei refuses to interact w anyone until she goes downstairs n gets coffee from the cafe below the Ada building, but she usually gets coffee for anyone else who regularly drinks it (Kunikida, Fukuzawa, Ranpo, and Yosano. I refuse to believe Dazai drinks coffee, and Atsushi switches up his drinks. Ranpo puts more creamer and sugar than coffee 😭😭)

^ like she’ll just ignore them until she gets back upstairs (unless it’s actually something of major importance) but everyone’s accustomed to it at this point n they honestly think it’s kinda funny. She doesn’t have any close (related) family besides her mother (they don’t have the best relationship) so she typically stays in the room provided by the Ada

Akira really doesn’t have any personal grudges against anyone in the Ada besides Dazai, so she typically avoids conflict outside of work. She won’t outright try to fight Dazai unless it’s for work, but they’re not on good terms either.

Dimitri joined the Rats in the house of the dead/ Angels of Decay when he ran away (so around 16)

Akira joined the Port Mafia when Chuuya did, even though she was only 12 (wasn't an executive till later on lmao 😭)

^ "why did she join so young?" She didn't know how to control her ability when she was younger, n she ended up (accidentally) killing her mother. She ended up in the Sheep's territory and (though reluctant at first) they took her in :3 (Chuuya n the others helped her w her ability <3)

"that's so cringe" shut the fuck up I made her lore like two years ago n I'm not changing it.

Yūrei joined the ada at 13, so she's only been there for about a year (she's 14)

Akira calls Atsushi "kid" even though she's only a year older.

Dimitri can actually be really sweet when he wants to be, he just likes to be a pain in the ass <3

Name Meaning (related to her magic, personality and possibly her family history): West Wind, in most civilizations, was considered a favourable wind. In Greek mythology, Zephyrus was one of the 4 Wind gods, the god who personifies the West Wind, the most gentle and warm wind out and the messenger of spring.

Surname Meaning/s (possibly related to her family history and her past): 1. vel: divine spear (in Hinduism) + delle: noble/nobility; 2. vel: wisdom and knowledge (symbol in Hinduism) + delle: valley (people dwelling in a place beside the water, which makes sense considering the name of her first name); 3: vel: concealed + delle: hollow/indentation/bump

Theory Part

Species Theory: Due to the amount of information available right now, I'm going to accept she is human, though I suspect there is more to Vel Delle family than meets the eye.

Magic Type Theory:

To accurately determine the type of magic or even the magic books Zephyrine possesses, based only on the lore masterlist, would mean taking a shot in the dark. We don't know anything about her paternal or maternal family history nor do we have any knowledge if her parents' even have used/use magic.

To conclude, It would be natural to think that she doesn't use magic as of now, even Learnt Magic.

BUT the 1 single sentence on the game description would be enough for us to change our perspective:

A cool breeze passing by whenever the Secretary waves at you?

Taking her name meaning West Wind and the sentence above as evidence, wouldn't it be safe to assume she is using Wind Magic?

What we would need to know, would be, to which category does Wind Magic belong, but as I said, if we want to be accurate, more information will be needed.

taking a shot in the dark for her magic type/s: either generational or given with her dabbling in learnt magic

good evening areus i have another mythology related question for you but this time it comes from someone who now, confidently, ACTUALLY knows mythology: should i read lore olympus. i think i remember you being familiar with it, and i know literally nothing about it besides the obvious (that it's a retelling about Hades. okay. so it's a very loose retelling. the gods are all given different personalities, nothing too far from what they are in mythology since each myth has like 90 different version but yknow its different. mainly apollo he is an ass

okay so since you're aroace I will say the plot is heavily about the romance between hades and persephone and lust vs love. there is also a lot about rape and women's roles in the world and abusive relationships.

but honestly like the art is pretty, some of the older art is ehh especially with. the proportions. but it gets a lot better as you go on, I am very far behind I haven't read it in like several months but I remember it being pretty good so I say go for it. the characters are nuanced and I like the worldbuilding

also to explain the plot. the underworld and olympus are like modern worlds but the human world is still ancient greece

basic rundown is that persephone is finally allowed to leave the mortal realm and her over protective mother to go to university in the underworld and live with artemis.

hades sees her and basically has the hots for her but he ends up pissing off aphrodite who forces the two together to try and upset persephone.

opposite effect happens and persephone starts to explore her sexuality and then uh apollo. happens. its not a love triangle. now hades and persephone are trying to figure out a relationship.

hermes is the best character btw

KH 2 Playthrough pt2:

UGH nvm it’s not the scene. I have to fight Xigbar😔.

Oh my gosh do I HATE fighting Xigbar. Just disappearing and stuff and like fricking shooting me. Gosh his finish move almost killed me, but thankfully I have the “At least 1 HP is left after a combo,” thing on bc if not I would’ve died.

I died once and I’m so glad I beat him the second time-

THE SCENE!! IM AT THE SCENE😭😭.

Riku just leaving and Sora stopping him to say thanks….I bet it really hurt him-

AND THEN KAIRI REVEALING TO SORA THAT IT’S RIKU IN FRONT OF HIM!!

And then he falls to his knees and cries while holding Riku’s hand😭😭😭. Y’all I love this and I can’t wait to see Riku turn back into himself and be able to fight with him hnnng-

Leveling up and stuff and I just remembered the “Final Form” exits for our drive gauge, and I finally got it because I don’t think I ever got it but I’m excited now :))). Gotta level this one up and master up too. I need those jumps so I can get all of my beloved puzzle pieces and beat the game-

I mainly got it by going to Olympus and doing the Cerberus cup (even if I already beat it)

Leveled up my master form too and hehe I’m excited to beat the game again >:))).

UGHH!! The card guy made me mad but I beat him on the first try >:)). But ALSO! I talked to Riku and he said,

“Humph. Not bad, Sora. You’ve grown stronger. You don’t need my weapon, Soul Eater, or the power of the dark yet.”

Jokes on him bc Sora already has some dark power within him

Fighting Siax now and whenever he starts his little dusk attack, Riku grabs Kairi and covers her with him and they get pushed back. I bet they’re worried for Sora, but I found that moment between them so sweet🥺.

The flashback of Riku looking at Roxas collapsed on the ground in TWTNW is showing after I beat Saix. I see Riku walk up to him and he has the keyblade up in his hand, position to be thrown down onto Roxas. Idk if it was truly meant to hit him, but we see Riku hesitate and throw it to the ground beside him. Ik its probably nothing but my mind was like

“Riku never truly wanted to hurt Roxas, but he wanted Sora to wake up, so he had to hurt him and use the darkness. But when it came to actually hurting him in this way, he couldn’t bring himself to do it. A part of Sora was in there and he couldn’t imagine hurting him anymore, and he didn’t want to hurt anyone any more.”

And then when it’s clear that he truly is Sora’s nobody, Riku gives into the dark just to wake sORA UP AAAAAH-

“I have accepted it.”

DiZ shows up and Riku puts his hood on to avoid his gaze😭. He didn’t want anyone to look at him while he was this way-

“DiZ, he told me he could feel Sora.” (Riku)

“Oh, he told you how he “felt”, did he?” (DiZ)

“Ridiculous. A nobody cannot feel anything. If he had met Sora, things might have been different.”

AND THEN THE FLASHBACK ENDS AND RIKU’S LIKE, “Maybe I didn’t need to fight him after all. I think he left the organization because…he really wanted to meet you.”

Y’all I’m emotional over everything related to Roxas and Sora😭.

NOOO.

“I wish I could meet him, too.” (Sora)

HNNNG SORAAAA!!! The poor boy is going through so many emotions.

“The path is open. Demand is waiting up ahead. He’s the leader of Organizatjon XIII. Try not to slow me down, Sora.”

You know he’s been WAITING to say that little dig, even if he truly would do anything to help Sora-

Like tag a lightsaber hit to the side to stop it from killing Sora😭.

“All my research amounted to nothing, compared with that one boy’s heart.” (DiZ about Sora)

YES OUR ONE BOY IS VERY SPECIAL AND AMAZING😭💙.

DiZ admitting his ignorance is so good hnnng. I’m lost on the lore, but I love it when people admit they’re wrong and I love him roasting Xemnas.

ALSO! When the thing explodes, Riku dashes to everyone else and holds them back to protect them. Especially Sora. Sora runs to try to go to DiZ to help him or do something, but Riku stops him and GOSH I LOVE RIKU!!!

“And just who were you trying to fool? Huh? Huhhh?” (Sora to Riku)

“Myself.” (Riku)

Y’all I’m losing it😭😭😭. And the way Sora looks so sad immediately after that.

“C’mon, man! Why did you try to do so much on your own? You got friends…like us!” And everyone smiles to him and it’s all so sweet because Sora is reminding Riku of his friends and how he is cared for-

And then Riku replies, “Have you forgotten? I’ll tell you why. ‘Cause I’m not a total sap like you.”

He just had to make a joke and slightly ruin the sweet moment😂.

Sora seeing the heartless problem and immediately going, “What do we do, Riku?”

He has someone else to rely on now, and doesn’t have to only think by himself and he’s getting someone else’s opinion and plan….I love our boy😭.

you literally have the most well organized blog and masterlists that I've ever seen,you have an amazing style, the angst is heart wretching, and the lemons are blush inducing. So I wanted to ask for a link on yt or something that you may suggest in helping me; a relative newbie here on the app to spruce up my blog if it's no bother 😅

Also I stepped on a mine last week and read the last chap of FTA (thinking it's a one shot ❤️‍🩹) and tho it is a small tragedy I want to say the I am most impressed by the aot lore you possess cuz its been almost a year since i read a work that captured Levi's character through and through like that it was soooo spot on 🙌

Also I wanted to ask if you ever implemented elements from your major in some of your works, or if it helps you shape characters and their decisions.

YES actually i just woke up when i saw this djfjsjd

i’m so proud of my organization (the leo in me djfnsbdbdb) especially my masterlists. my levi masterlist used to be so cluttered djfjsjd. tbh starting out i kinda?? looked at other writers’ blogs and tried to emulate how they organized everything (without copying of course). i looked at a bunch and basically chose my favorite colors/spacing/aesthetics. it’s a lot of work but kinda therapeutic in a way. i used pinterest a lot too, for the pictures. the downside is, i’ve put tons of hours into organizing my blog and making it look pretty. i’m hesitant to change anything😭 honestly that’s all there was to it for me besides learning as i went along! there’s rly no wrong answer. get creative! (and thank you for reading🙏)

OH HAHA djfjsjd it’s okay, they should be able to be read as standalones anyway. n yeah… my aot lore is on point bc maybe i’ve dedicated too much brainpower to understanding it and learning everything. IDK it’s like my specialist of special special interests.

ooo this is a good question. understanding psychology has definitely helped me as far as why my characters take the actions they take and what they feel in response to other characters / actions. it also helps me write mental illness. and i feel like i def excel at characterization but i’m ppp bad at plot😀i think i have a vested interest in levi’s psychology in general, he’s so complex and highly relatable to me and❤️❤️❤️❤️
