My most recent email with Tumblr Support:

Me: I somehow reached the end of my dash? I use paginated view and, at a certain point, was unable to go "back" any farther. There simply was no option for it. I've attached a screencap of this.

Support: When pagination is enabled (endless scrolling is disabled), we recommend toggling on the 'Best Stuff First' feature for it to work as intended. Please make the necessary changes and let me know if it helps.

I have to turn on "best stuff first" for paginated view to work as intended? Um, no, that will not be working "as intended" for me. I have that off for a reason, and I have paginated view on for a reason, and this is one more nail in the coffin as far as "me staying on Tumblr" is concerned.

okay thats better, wtf. apparently the 'best stuff first' dashboard option is actually the 'heres the exact same feed for days and every time you try to refresh you are just going to see a hint of what could be and oh now its gone lol heres the same post youve been looking at every day for a week' option

If you’ve been noticing that your feed doesn’t seem to be changing, don’t freak out: it’s a feature on the “Dashboard” settings called “Best Stuff First” that is on by default. 

Just toggle it to go back to the normal tumblr experience.

OK, fair warning to the few people I actually managed to convince to try the game??

Rain world does NOT play like hollow knight, and you'll get your butt kicked if you approach it like that.

It's really hard. Like, really hard. Instead of the game literally giving you abilities in the form of power-ups and damage buffs, the only abilities you gain is from what you learn and your own ingenuity. You're a rat from beginning to end. If you just beef your way through it, it's gonna suck and you're gonna be confused and frustrated all the time. But if you pay attention, take it slow, and learn how the ai works and how everything interacts with each other, you can consistently get through and dominate situations you thought were impossible to do so when you first began. Now get out there, kill some lizards, and bully some old computers!

I absolutely love how of the (two) Hazbin Hotel role swap AUs that featured Alastor as either supporting or starting the redemption project I’ve seen and liked, they both put him in glasses and gave him a pony tail. That is what I call peak character design right there.

It's always weird to see fandom interpretations of dick and damians 2009 era dynamic where dick was trying hard to step up as a parental figure when... he was literally not. Like dick didn't want to be damians dad*, damian didn't want dick to be his dad. Dicks main concerns were crushing expectations of legacy and stopping crime. He gave damian detective training and combat training, but he wasn't really trying to be a dad figure he read a lot more to me as someone who was like. If things aren't broken don't fix them. And like importantly. Dick did viewed damian as an obligation at first. He did generally not have a super high opinion of him or treat him like a regular kid. Thinking of specifically MULTIPLE INSTANCES in which damian may be in some type of danger (captured, or alone with a supervillain ,or injured) and dick is like "I'm not worried about HIM" or is just generally emotionally in something else.

Damian is often left on his own devices during the day which happens to work bc he has insane work ethic and self discipline.

*this isn't to say that one can't imagine they eventually get this dynamic, but I'm talking about canonically during Bruce is dead era
