真是踏破鐵鞋無覓處,得來全不費工夫,發現了超級厲害的折扣網站 Beteavone,先是英文介面就很厲害了,網站裡真的是有以色列餐廳折價券的網站耶!而且折扣還滿厲害的,最多有一半,例如說用80NIS買某間餐廳的150NIS的消費金!這對要去以色列玩的人真的是很好的優惠,不用再說以色列餐廳很貴吃不起了!
網站上就寫…. 「如果希伯來文對你來說跟中文一樣難,那還是用英文點餐吧!」 (大概沒想到中文是我們母語吧,哼哼)

Hummus
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
225 gr. Chickpeas
50 ml. Water
Juice of ½ Lemon/ 3 tsp. Lemon juice
5 tbsp. Olive oil
3 cloves of Garlic
½ tsp. Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Paprika powder
Cayenne pepper
Thyme
3-5 tbsp. Tahini
Hardware
Pan
Measuring cup
Teaspoon
Tablespoon
Cutting board
Knife
Garlic press
Hand blender + jar

If you're using dried Chickpeas: let them soak for 1-2 days and then boil them for approx. 3 hours.
If you're using canned chickpeas, heat them up until they're soft.
~ Preparation
Add the water, lemon juice and olive oil to the blender jar
Press the garlic into the jar and add a bit of all the herbs
Add a few spoonfuls of chickpeas and blend the whole until it's smooth, then add more and blend again. Repeat this process until all chickpeas are mixed in.
Scoop the mix into the bowl
Add 3-5 spoons full of tahini, depending on how strong it tastes
Add more of any herb to your taste. Use the regular pepper for spiciness at the first taste, and the cayenne pepper for spiciness in the aftertaste
If the hummus is a bit dry, add more olive oil
The hummus is at its best when you can taste all ingredients in one bite
Great served warm, best served the next day.

Ally’s “Everyday Nut Mylk” – Almond/Cashew
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup roasted cashews (preferably dry roasted with no added salt) or you can use the same amount of raw cashews
2-4 medjool dates
4 cups filtered water
vanilla extract to taste
Soak the almonds overnight and the cashews for about 2-3 hours. Rinse them off when done soaking. You can use the discarded soak water to hydrate your plants! Blend everything until smooth. You can drink the mylk as is or you can strain it through a nut mylk bag. The separated pulp can be used fresh or frozen and then defrosted for use in baking recipes for cookies, cakes, crackers, bread, macaroons, etc. The most important step: have FUN! Play around with different nuts and different nut combinations to find your favorite flavor. My preferred ratio is 1 cup dry nuts : 4 cups water : 2 dates. Ideas for things to add: cinnamon, matcha powder or turmeric for a hot or cold latte, rose water, maca for a malted flavor and a great caffeine-free energy source!
Hazelnut Creamer
½-¾ cup raw hazelnuts
1 cup water
1-2 medjool dates

Macadamia Alfredo Sauce
¾-1 cup raw macadamia nuts
1 cup water
¼ cup nutritional yeast
garlic powder to taste
pinch of salt and pepper
Soak the macadamia nuts for 2-3 hours. Rinse them off when done soaking. You can use the discarded soak water to hydrate your plants! Blend everything until smooth. Ideas for things to add: fresh herbs like basil or parsley, soaked raw cashews, probiotics or lemon!

Israel’s official food at least like falafel! You can find this delicious pastry in every bakery and every Supermarket in Israel.It is impossible to describe the amazing smell that דspreads the entire street from the moment the burekas leave the oven. Amazing recipe for guests, buffet, dinners and dinner or breakfast. True,  diet is not, but hey! 2-3 burekas on Friday for family dinner is not that bad! There is a very wide variety of burekas such as cheese burekas, spinach burekas, potato burekas, pizza burekas, burekas with eggplant, burekas with feta cheese and goat cheese. In fact, you can fill the dough with almost anything possible that comes to mind. Basically, you can make the dough on your own, or as I like using organic and gluten-free pastry. In this post I will share with you 4 famous vegetarian recipes for 4 types of burekas.
The first recipe is bourekas filled with eggplant:
List of Ingredients (7 servings)
2 chopped onions 5 crushed garlic cloves 4 grated tomatoes 3 peeled and grated eggplants Oil for frying 1 pack puff pastry Preparation (1:10 hours) · Fry the chopped onions in olive oil until lightly browned. Add the grated eggplants (after squeezing them from the liquid), continue stirring while stirring. \ N1 Add the chopped tomatoes. Salt, pepper and add red paprika. Cook until the liquid is dried. Roll out quality puff pastry. Cut squares, Place a teaspoon of filling on each square and fold into a small rectangle. Spread sesame seeds and bake according to the instructions on the dough pack. Eating hot, a real treat.

The second recipe for burekas is spinach  and Bulgarian cheese.
Ingredients (3 servings): 1 pack (600 grams) Filo dough (leaves) thawed overnight in the refrigerator For filling: 2 tablespoons olive oil 400 g fresh spinach leaves (raw weight without stems) coarsely chopped 3/4 cube (180 grams) Traditional Bulgarian 16% 150 grams of crunchy grated cheese Fresh ground nutmeg Ground black pepper For coating: 1 beaten egg with a tablespoon of water Naked
Preparation: 1 Prepare the filling: Heat a large skillet over medium flame. Add olive oil and spinach and Mars for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the spinach softens slightly (it continues to soften even after the flame is turned off). This time it’s not organic pastry dough but dough that we make alone out of wheat and olive oil. Burekas filled with zucchini and eggplant in tahini sauce. Side dishes – Mediterranean cabbage and carrots salad, zucchini salad and fried onion, hard boiled egg and pickles with salt.

A kilo of fine white flour (for 50 small burekas), 300 grams of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and water. Put all ingredients in a bowl and with gloves,knead until the dough becomes high quality and not sticky!very important! You can get start after right away! Roll the dough in a  size of plum and then flatten the dough in the form of a half moon. fry an onion in a pan, and after adding  eggplant and zucchini peeled, fry until they become really soft. Add salt and water a little dill and turmeric.I love turmeric.Israelis use lots of turmeric in their food.its really really healthy!Spoon of the filling on the dough in a moon shape and close the dough carefully.  Spread egg white on top of the dough and sprinkle with sesame or sunflower seeds on top. Into the oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes until the Burekas are golden and brown.
For the Side dishes – Mediterranean cabbage and carrots salad, zucchini salad and fried onion-
Chop white cabbage and carrot- peel it and chop it. A quality olive oil, add some chopped dill, lemon, sea salt, and pepper. Mix everything- A refreshing and very healthy salad! For eggplant and zucchini salad, fry on a pan the eggplant and zucchini peeled together with onions until everything become soft and golden. You can add a little bit mozzarella. For tahini sauce – raw tahini 100 percent (I get it in Germany in Turkish shops or organic supermarkets, about a cup of tahini, a grated garlic clove, a tablespoon of lemon, a glass of water (do not worry about the tahini too liquid, after a night in the fridge its become a bit hard),  Sweet paprika , turmeric spoon, everything to the mixer and the tahini is ready!
Do not forget to boil the eggs and the pickled cucumbers!
