Fish bittybones :)
I'm going to assume you're talking about like mermaid skelebitties so here's one based off a half-moon betta I used to have back in college :)

As a pet owner, YOU are responsible for doing research BEFORE you get a pet. YOU are responsible for providing appropriate supplies/enclosure/toys for your pet. YOU are responsible for making changes in care if the information you previpusly acted upon turns out to be incorrect. Your pet relies on YOU. Being a beginner is a reason for some mistakes, but NOT an excuse for intentional neglect and a refusal to grow.
Circumstances change, I'm not trying to deny that. Maybe you have to temporarily downsize your fish to an undersized tank because their original one broke in an accident, maybe your dog chewed through their leash so you have to skip the walk today until you can get out and buy a new one, maybe your living situation changes and you can't free-roam your bunny anymore. Life happens and sometimes it sucks, but FAR too many people GO INTO pet ownership without preparing adequately, and the animal suffers because of it.
Having pets is a wonderful, joyous experience that many people can benefit from and enjoy, but if you find joy in an animal's suffering, you do NOT deserve to own that animal.
