meditating every day
icing your face
12k+ steps/day
establishing a healthy workout routine
consistently being fit
journaling every night
feeling academically motivated
surrounding yourself with only positive energies
putting yourself first
eating healthy and whole foods whenever you can
maintaining a good balance
establishing an in-depth and effective skincare routine (am/pm!)
looking at these changes as a long term beneficial lifestyle change, not just some trend you're following for fun

Bettering yourself doesn’t have to be aesthetic. As long as your happier and healthier that’s all that matters.

Who do you want to be?
Hi, I thought that if you have a clearer image of what you want it would be easier to achive it, remind to add the steps on -how to achieve it- because sitting with your phone wishing you were smart takes you nowhere. So here it goes:
Speaks at least 4 languages (9 is the bigger goal, but I like to take smaller steps so I dont fell overwhelmed) ♡How to: do your doulingo lessons everyday / watch movies and videos in your target language / try to read stuff, easier books, magasines whatever / write !!! / talking to yourself in your target language is weird but it helps
Knows about literature, classic, modern, whats trending right now, everything ♡How to: make a reading list mixing all of these topics / take online couses that discuss literature / participate in books/reading comunities
Knows about art (I can interpret works of art and make links to other existing works in a couple minuts) ♡How to: take online courses / go to museums / participate in art comunities
Lives sustainably ♡ How to: again smaller steps / try to only buy 2hand clothes / repurpose and refashion the clothes you already have / don't buy anything from known unethical sources
Lives as a digital nomad/travels A LOT/gets to live in a lot of different countries experiencing different cultures♡How to: invest in your career (short courses a second degree)/ save money/ maybe accept a job you dont love for a while but it will give you experience for future opportunities
Has a masters and a doctorate degree ♡How to: save money / keep learning as many languages as possible / get you dual citizenship / do your research on universities and scholarships / invest in one of those specialisation courses
Has a defined style ♡How to: pinterest boards / question yourself why do you like the things you like / create a color palete (that fits your skin/hair tone and fits your personality) that covers all seasons of the year / see what shapes fits you best / go through your wardrobe and filter it / tailor your clothes so they will fit you properly / sum up your style in 3ish words/ most of all dress in a way that makes you confortable and happy

Oh yeah?
So you want to get to know me? Can you handle intense? No volume. What about depth? Can you keep from drowning? What about weight? Can you handle the weight of my life? Now let’s add my ptsd. My emotions that comes withvl me opening up to someone once again when no one ever cared before? Should I waste my energy? Are you that patient? Can you handle that kind of energy? What about the uneasy…

He didn't ask to be here
Was motherhood a selfish choice?
He never asked to be born,
born into this world
that is full of everything I hate.
Maybe he will find the joy,
find the good that is left here.
If there is any left to be found.
But
Maybe he is the joy,
maybe he is the good.
I believe he is better than I
better than his father
better than this society
in which he will be forced to conform.
I'm afraid of what this world will do to him
My job is to provide and protect,
but how do I protect him from the world
who wants to send him to a school
where the children are used as target practice
as the police stand back
and watch
and wait
and arrest
the mothers
running into the gun shots
to save
their child.
Because a mother's job is to protect
how do I protect him from society

One massive, legitimate way to improve as a writer or artist or in any creative endeavor really, is to become absolutely obsessed with something and to allow yourself to be weird about it. Genuinely mean this btw.
