Proof that Tony Stark is bisexual in the MCU

It is known that 616 Tony is bisexual. If you didn’t know – here’s the page from “Tony Stark: Iron Man (2018) #4”.

But is MCU Tony also bisexual? Let’s find out.

0:43:10 - seems that Tony watched Rogers' movements at the end of his fight with Loki and liked what he saw.

1:18:50 – Tony and Strange are gazing into each other’s eyes and holding hands.

Endgame:

0:09:25 – Rogers’ face btw. Is he jealous here?

1:16:30 - Tony is staring at the America’s ass.

1:17:30 – Tony flicks Scott's butt.

1:20:00 – Tony is 100% okay with having a man inside him. Literally.

So what do we have?

He is comfortable touching men and being touched, even if he barely knows them. Even if it’s very gay.

He openly jokes about “gay” things.

He gazes into the eyes of both Steves, and Steves gaze back. Like, pretty often. Even Nat noticed this little habit.

He looks at men. Body, hair, ass. And he doesn’t hide it. That’s not so straight, I’d say.

Conclusion: Tony is bi. He is not latent, not really hidden one, just already in an established relationship with a woman and is faithful to her. He seems to be attracted to some guys though (we can see this towards Rogers and Strange).

Marvel shows it to us, and that’s actually the best we could get here. Because, unfortunately, the real international movie business is not yet ready for Iron Man to have a boyfriend. At least we can say he is canonically bisexual.

Superfam sexuality headcanons (I need to stop procrastinating):

Clark: Token straight of both the league but also his own family. Does support them all though + has intense bi wife energy

Lois: Bisexual. Had a crush on both catwoman and wonder woman for the longest time before getting together with Clark. Would have still 100% suggested a threesome with Diana if she knew it wouldn't make Clark uncomfortable.

Jon: Bisexual. That's just canon.

Kon: Bisexual. Thats not canon but should be.

Kara: Lesbian, although it took her a while to realize that she wasn't into men.

Natasha: Lesbian (canon), would have also been poly is DC editorial wasn't a bunch of cowards.

Vier tage off-grid

Im Juni erfahre ich über Werbung bei Facebook von “Scott’s Pods”, einem Glampingunternehmen im Südwesten Schottlands. Man kann dort “off grid cabins” mieten. Ich buche sofort vier Nächte im Dezember, und erfahre bei der Gelegenheit, dass ich der erste Kunde bin. Diese Empfehlungsalgorithmen von Facebook funktionieren manchmal besser als man so ahnt. 

Seit 2020 wohne ich häufiger mit dem Hund in Glampinghütten, aber “off grid” hat sich noch keine genannt. In diesem Fall bedeutet es: Strom aus einem Quadratmeter Solarzellen, der für LED-Lichter und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten reicht. Kochen mit einer Gasflasche. Ein Holzofen zum Heizen. Trinkwasser in Flaschen. Regenwasser in Kanistern zum Waschen. Ein Kompostklo. Ich bin im Dezember der einzige Gast, und, soweit ich das überblicke, ist dort nie besonders viel los. Ich bin seit Eröffnung im Juni der erste, der länger als zwei Nächte bleibt. Vielleicht ist die Anzahl der Leute, die “off grid” leben möchten, doch geringer als man glaubt. Oder die meisten Leute würden gern irgendwann wieder einmal duschen.

Außerdem werben meine Vermieter mit der Abwesenheit von Internet. Es gibt kein Wifi, und äußerst mangelhaften Handyempfang. Draußen flackert das Netz an manchen Ecken herum und man kann kurz den Wetterbericht anschauen. Aber drinnen kommt fast gar nichts an. Ich schreibe eine Nachricht an Kathrin, lege das Handy zehn Minuten oben auf das Regal, und dann ist sie angekommen. Es fühlt sich an wie Telegrafieren. Ich habe das Chromebook dabei, aber da es nur Apps enthält, die das Internet brauchen, ist es ein nutzloses Stück Plastik und bleibt im Rucksack. 

Digitaler Entzug fällt mir sehr leicht. Es gibt also kein Internet, sagt mein Gehirn, also muss ich was anderes tun. Wir schlafen sehr viel, mein Gehirn und ich. Wir laufen sehr viel rum, mein Hund und ich. Und ich lese Bücher, auf dem Handy, aber vor allem Papierbücher, die in der Hütte herumliegen. Nach anderthalb Tagen habe ich einen Krimi durch, der immerhin vierhundert Seiten lang ist. Nach drei Tagen einen zweiten. Zu Testzwecken lese ich danach ein völliges anderes Genre, was mit Liebe und Kindern und Tod und Erwachsensein, und auch das geht einfach so weg, wie eine Tüte Gummibären. Ich habe seit sicher zehn Jahren keine Bücher mehr auf Papier gelesen, und seit ebensovielen Jahren nicht mehr zwei Bücher in drei Tagen. Die Bücher sind okay, aber nicht mal besonders gut. Es fühlt sich so an, als würden Routinen, die seit langem im Hinterkopf abgelegt waren, wieder aktiv werden. “Einfach alles weglesen, so wie damals.”

Ich will keinesfalls behaupten, dass Bücherlesen, so am Stück, irgendwie besser ist als den ganzen Tag online sein. Aber es ist jedenfalls anders. Es fühlt sich anders an. Es erfordert eine andere Art Konzentration, andere motorische Fähigkeiten (umblättern!), und es führt zu anderen Gedanken. In meinem Fall denke ich vier Tage lang praktisch gar nicht über Astronomie oder Teleskope oder Universität nach, oder über die ganzen anderen Dinge, die ansonsten meinen Alltag kontrollieren. Stattdessen habe ich beim nächtlichen Hundespaziergang im sehr dunklen Wald alle möglichen Gedanken über grausame Verbrechen. War dann aber doch nur ein Hase. Oder ein Fuchs. Wie gesagt, nicht besser oder schlechter, aber eindeutig anders.

Bis vor einigen Jahren zog ich mich jeden Winter für ein paar Nächte in die Berge zurück, alleine im Zelt, und zwar in eine Gegend ohne Handymasten. Statt im Internet zu sein, lag ich lange Nächte im Zelt, hörte dem Wind zu, und las Bücher  auf dem Handy, so ähnlich wie jetzt auch. Ich betrachtete das damals als eine Art Aufräumen im Kopf, ein Neustarten. In Wahrheit ist es wohl einfach eine andere Art, den Kopf zu konfigurieren, ein Umschalten. Es wäre schön, wenn ich in der Lage wäre, beides gleichzeitig zu tun, ohne in eine internetlose Gegend fahren zu müssen, aber offenbar bin ich dafür nicht diszipliniert genug. Ich glaube, es liegt daran, dass sich das Internet unter meinen Augen verändert, das Buch aber nicht. Veränderung ist automatisch interessanter für meinen Kopf, ich sage mir wohl, “das Buch kann ich auch später noch lesen”. Aber wie denn, wenn es immer Internet gibt. Mein Versuch, zu Hause gleich weiterzulesen, ist jedenfalls erst einmal gescheitert.

King’s Way – Verlockende Berührung

Zum Abschluss dieses Adventskranzes tatsächlich ein...kann ich "Standalone" sagen oder fangen die Hauptfiguren dann an, infantil zu kichern? Jedenfalls hat das hier sowas wie einen Plot.

Kapitel 1 – Craig

Wer? Salisbury Craig?

Ah, nee. Der Typ, dem Braden mal eine reingehauen…egal. Craig ist ein Aufreißer, der ein Problem hat, dass seine Mutter sich mit 55 zum Onlinedating angemeldet hat. Abends im Club 39 (er ist Joss‘ Kollege) sieht er eine atemberaubende Frau, die gekleidet ist wie ein Pin-up-Girl aus den 40ern.

Kapitel 2 – Rain

Ja, davon gibt’s in Edinburgh genug.

Rain also kommt in den Club 39 auf der Suche nach dem Ex ihrer Schwester Darcy, einem Typen namens Angus York (ayyy. Cousin von Herbert Liverpool, George Southampton und Albert Norwich, nehme ich an), dem sie das Leben zur Hölle machen will. Craig flirtet mit ihr. Sie sagt, dass er sich das sparen kann, weil sie keine ONS mitmacht. Schreckt ihn natürlich nicht ab und weil er 25, damit ein Jahr älter als sie und unglaublich sexy ist (KINDER. KINDER SEID IHR), wird sie natürlich feucht. Allerdings geht sie nachts um drei alleine nach Hause.

Kapitel 3 – Craig

Craig geht sehr erwachsen damit um, dass seine Mutter ein Date im Speziellen und sexuelle Bedürfnisse im Allgemeinen hat. Nicht. Außerdem geht Rain ihm nicht mehr aus dem Kopf. Die heute Abend wieder in der Bar ist. Joss meint zu Craig, wenn sie ein Mann wäre, würde sie es auch mit Rain machen (Bisexualität existiert hier nicht!). Rain trinkt etwas zu viel, Craig bringt sie in ein Hinterzimmer und bietet ihr Wasser an. Dort erzählt sie ihm, dass Angus von Darcy und sich ein Sexvideo gemacht und das auf einer Party allen gezeigt hatte (ah. Er ist außerdem verwandt mit Hardin Scott). Darcy ist daraufhin nach Australien geflohen. Jetzt will Rain etwas über Angus herausfinden, um sein Leben ebenso zu zerstören. Craig beschließt für sich, sie davon ab- und gleichzeitig zu sich selbst hinzubringen. Dummerweise bleibt sie nicht bis Ende der Schicht in der Bar.

Kapitel 4 – Rain

Sie geht wieder in die Bar. Diesmal ist Angus tatsächlich da. Rain flirtet mit ihm, spürt dabei aber die ganze Zeit Craigs Blick im Rücken. Als sie auf Toilette geht, um Angus für ein paar Minuten zu entkommen, zieht Craig sie auf die barrierefreie Toilette, fragt sie, was zum Teufel sie da mache, und küsst sie, obwohl sie mehrfach sagt, er soll sie los- und rauslassen. Aber sie findet’s geil, also ist das schon okay. Hinterher flieht sie direkt aus der Bar.

Kapitel 5 – Rain

Oh. Ohhh! Sie treffen sich im Black Medicine Café. Das kenn ich! Gibt dort sehr guten Kaffee. Ist allerdings nicht barrierefrei.

Also, Rain sucht Angus dort auf, aber der taucht nicht auf, dafür aber Craig. Er warnt sie vor Angus. Sie erzählt ihm von dem Trauma, mit Darcy bei ihrer alkoholkranken Tante aufzuwachsen und dass sie sich schuldig fühlt, weil sie Darcy zwei Jahre lang mit ihrer Tante alleine gelassen hatte, als sie 18 war. Ich kann nicht mal das Wort >vögeln< sagen, ohne dass du durchdrehst?“ „Wenn du so ein Wort in den Mund nimmst, muss ich automatisch daran denken, wie du was ganz anderes in den Mund nimmst…“

Sie beschließen, „befreundet“ zu sein und gehen spazieren. Auf der Royal Mile. Rain in High-Heels. Viel Spaß.

Auf den Meadows klären sie, dass sie beide später mal Kinder wollen. Dann bietet er an, sie nach Hause zu bringen, wo sie schon in Morningside wohnt. Auf dem Weg dorthin kauft er ihr in ihrer Lieblingsbäckerei ihre Lieblingscupcakes und geht dann sogar mit ihr in die Bücherei, weil das für sie ein Lieblingsort ist.

Kapitel 7 – Rain

Natürlich knutschen sie in den hinteren Regalreihen der Bibliothek. Dann bringt er sie erst nach und dann zu Hause. Dreimal. Es ist der beste Sex, den sie beide je hatten. Wie schön.

Kapitel 8 - Craig

Sie gehen edel essen. Paar Tage später kommt er nach der Arbeit bei ihr vorbei.

Sie trug ein dunkelblaues Nachthemd […], bei dessen Anblick […] sein Schwanz sich zusammenzog.

Ähm. Klingt kontraproduktiv?

Sie vögeln trotzdem im Flur. Am nächsten Morgen telefoniert Craig mit seiner Mutter und erzählt ihr, er habe „die Eine“ gefunden.

Kapitel 9 – Rain

Sie glaubt noch immer nicht, dass das mit Craig und ihr auf Dauer gutgeht. Craigs Schwester Maggie kommt zu Besuch und traumatisiert ein kleines Kind mit Gruselgeschichten vom Monster unterm Bett. Rain telefoniert mit Darcy und will ihren Racheplan wieder aufwärmen.

Kapitel 10 – Rain

Sie geht in die Bar. Obwohl er weiß, dass sie da ist, flirtet Craig mit anderen Frauen, was sie verletzt. Angus taucht auf und lässt nach wenigen Sätzen durchblicken, dass er sie durchschaut hat. Craig rettet Rain und haut Angus eine rain rein. Rain ist ihm böse und verlässt die Bar.

Kapitel 11 – Craig

Er rennt ihr nach, fährt mit ihr nach Hause, sie streiten in ihrer Wohnung über Vertrauen und vollkommene Hingabe und Trauma und Übergriffigkeit und Projektion und alle anderen Dinge, über die ich jetzt viel sagen könnte, aber meine Kapazitäten dafür sind grade etwas erschöpft. Dann macht sie Schluss und wirft ihn aus der Wohnung.

Kapitel 12 – Craig

Seine Mutter wäscht ihm den Kopf. Recht hat sie.

Kapitel 13 – Rain

Craig kommt vorbei, drängt sich in ihre Wohnung, entschuldigt sich und sie gestehen einander ihre ewige Liebe.

Kapitel 14 – Rain

Darcy ruft an. Sie habe in Australien wen kennengelernt und werde dort bleiben. Rain solle doch zu ihr ziehen. Rain kommt nicht einmal dazu, ihr von Craig zu erzählen, und sagt natürlich ja, weil sie ihre kleine Schwester nicht im Stich lassen will. Diesmal werden Craig und sie sich also einvernehmlich trennen – denn er will bei seiner Familie in Edinburgh bleiben.

Kapitel 15 – Rain

Rain fühlt sich in Sydney wohl, aber sie vermisst Craig. Darcy geht es gut. Darcy geht es sogar so gut, dass sie auf Rains iPad herumschnüffelt und Fotos von ihr und Craig findet, sodass Rain ihr gestehen muss, dass sie für Darcy ihren Freund verlassen hat. Darcy macht ihr klar, dass sie ohne Rain zurechtkommt bzw. die Distanz eines 24h-Fluges sie nicht auf ewig voneinander trennen wird.

Kapitel 16 – Craig

Seine Mutter und seine Schwestern organisieren eine Intervention und sagen, er soll gefälligst nach Australien ziehen und mit Rain glücklich werden. Sie würden ohne ihn zurechtkommen, egal, was er seinem Vater damals™ versprochen hat.

Kapitel 17 – Rain

Darcy schickt Rain zu einem „Geschäftstreffen“ mit einem „Modeeinkäufer eines Online-Kaufhauses“.

Es ist Craig. Awww.

Kapitel 18 – Craig

Hi! Congrats on 8.5k! May I have a ship for Tvdu and the Mcu? I go by she/her and am bi with no preference so any gender is fine.

I've been told I typically wear what would be considered 90s type of style but leaning away from more feminine things though I’m not opposed to dresses and all. I do get pretty anxious when thrown in certain situations rather that be talking to a group of people or just one person. But when I get to know someone I never stop talking. I am a ranter and rambler which means I could be ranting about something that happened and then start talking about something else that may or may not be related to the original subject. I will always find something to talk about though I do enjoy listening to other people talk. I am considered the mom friend because I tend to be the most logical. I'm also a very determined, stubborn person who usually is kinda pessimistic but still has a huge imagination. And despite all the anxiety I am usually a relatively confident person and am not afraid to take up for anyone I care about. Also I am pretty good in school despite having a kinda bad memory. 

I love writing, drawing, painting, music, and reading. I also spend a good bit of time just binge watching new or old shows. I also really like walking around and enjoying nature. There's a few nature trails I love going on and would go to the zoo every weekend if I had the chance. Which also goes along to my love for animals. Also I do like going to random places with my friends.

my main takeaways from this movie are 1: Scott Lang is a good dad 2: Hope is a cool stepmom 3: the Kangs are all comin and the MCU is in troubleeeeeee and 4: Cassie Lang is a sapphic. did you see the way that girl looked at Jentorra. I’m hc-ing her as either lesbian or bi.

also am I the only one absurdly happy that Hank and Janet get featured in scenes so much??? like with the MCU and I would say actually action movies in general, it’s commonly the Gen Xers and below who get all the action but Janet and Hank are older and still utter badasses and I love that honestly

I have this random theory that maybe Scott didn’t actually make it out of the quantum realm at the end, but maybe the ants kind of picked up on how devastated he was to never see Cassie again and made a whole version of reality like a hologram or smth inside the quantum realm to give the illusion that he’s with his family. idk that was just something I thought of that could explain the slightly cliche ending

Young Avengers movie when??????????? just off the top of my head we have Peter, Harley, Cassie, Kamala, America, Shuri and Elijah Bradley already in the MCU we just. need a reason for them all to come together and kick ass.

I know we all screamed when we saw Loki in the end credit scene but my brain malfunctioned and I just went “Tom Hiddleston is in this? Okay” before I saw Mobius and I was like “oh. oh right, Loki”
