Summary: It’s a stenbrough fic (surprise surprise) and it’s loosely based off the concept of AHS’s Murder House. Bill and his new wife (Susan Brown; his first agent and it’s her bc his wife needs to be a bad person in this fic and I didn’t want to do that to Audra) move into a new home after a devastating miscarriage. That home is the house on Nielbolt, Bill figures some fresh air in a small town would be good for them, maybe also help their failing marriage.

Anyways guess what? The home already has residents. All of the Loser’s and some fun other cameos. Robert Gray is a just a ghost and he was just a human but his death (and what he did) was the catalyst for turning the home into a purgatory for everyone that would die there in later years.

The fic shows Bill and his blossoming friendship turned romance with Stan but they’re really just one of the many stories in this fic. Each of the Loser’s deaths are told- along with some of the cameos- and I’m really proud of the ideas I have for them. Richie’s is probably my favorite bc it adds to his ghost character. Spoiler: it has a lot to do with a pumpkin head. There’s also some side stories featuring their struggles of being stuck in this house.

It's a haunted house story with common themes of child murder/infant death and people making shitty decisions and there's a splash of romance but the main romance is kinda dubious.

“You’re right. It is a silly reason to be sorry.” He commented, lips twitching in a smile. “I’m not actually sorry for kissing you at all. I am sorry though that it took me as long as it has to do so.” Stan admitted. He was sorry too. That it had taken so many years before he told Bill anything. He was sorry that it was Bill catching sight of his tattoos that even made him confess at all. It didn’t matter though. Bill knew and held the same feelings for Stan that Stan held for him.

“As much as I would love to keep kissing you…” Stan started, face growing red once again. He brought his face up to look at Bill with an embarrassed smile. “I kind of need to pull my jeans back up.” He commented as he stepped back just enough to pull his jeans back up.  He rebuttoned his pants before moving forward and back into Bill’s space. Stan brought his arms around Bill’s neck and pressed his forehead against the other’s again. 

“So… Since we’ve both made it perfectly clear that we want each other, that means I’m yours and you’re mine now?” He asked, fingers playing with a lock of Bill’s hair. “And if that is the case, that means that I’m perfectly free to do this-” Stan started leaning into give Bill a tender kiss. “I can do that anytime I want.” He commented, smiling. Stan leaned forward again, forehead resting on Bill's. "So... now you know about my secret tattoos." He joked, twisting the lock of hair that he was playing with.
