Can someone tell me why the Philadelphia cream cheese brand has almost like a bind rune on the bottom of their top lid to their cream cheese container? Or am I just noticing little things that have no meaning what so ever? LoL

Sheath I made for a homeless knife. Red to go with a themed costume I made. Raven because I like ravens. This was the first time I used my little sigil/logo. I should do another in green since green is my favorite color. I may eventually post full costumes, but I'm not super jazzed about posting pictures of myself, so we'll see.

Runes in witchcraft
In witchcraft, runes are often used as divinatory tools or symbols of magical significance. They are an ancient Germanic alphabet with each character carrying its own unique energy and meaning. Many practitioners use them for guidance, spellwork, or meditation, drawing on their individual interpretations and associations with each rune.

So I've seen this image a couple of times during my rune study searches. And I've been pretty torn as to which one I should use in any love spells, so after a few attempts and whatnot, I came up with an enby for women bind rune. I should also do enby for male too.

Ýtar the forge-born, lesser god with brimstone and fire imbued, fell from the skies, forced to wear the skin of a mortal. Spite abundant, took the form of a bear, tore life and limb of false kings to rise back to godhood, annihilated those standing against his climb to power. Seized the throne as king of gods, cast aside and exiled disparagers, formed a new court. From each finger and right hand born loyal divinity anew, with soul of their own, and thus his reach touches all of the world he once bathed in blood.
Ýtar, father of all, the god of life, death, and choice.
Associated with: bears, chalices, broken bones, gold.
Bind rune is mostly used by those yearning for power, strength in conquest, and confidence in leadership. It's also believed to grant protection from deadly predators in the wilds.
Ytdág, the first day of the week, is named after him. It's a day of choosing how the rest of the week shall be faced, and many mothers wish their child to be born on this day, as it's said those children grow up to be powerful leaders and warriors. Notable Midjabó who were born on Ytdág are Randveig, and Geirfinn.
The celebration in his name falls on the end of the winter season, usually lasting up to two weeks, then ends in a feast welcoming the new season, and signals the beginning of the warmer times. A pyre is built in the shape of a throne, and lit when the moon is at its highest, with gold, animal skin, and bones from past hunts being offered in the fire.
In Midjabód, Geirfinn is the one most devoted to Ýtar, with the binding rune carved into his throne.

Broom closest wards
The basics of a witchy/spiritual practice are some of the most important parts of your practice, and to be honest some of the easiest practices to do in the broom closet. So here’s some of my favorite broom closet wards.
Sigils and bindrunes - Draw them on walls, doors, furniture, altar space in water, charged or blessed if you’d like, but plain tap water works as well. Dry erase boards and mirrors make great surfaces and you can just say they’re doodles. Use tattoo markers and draw them on your own body.
Crystals - I’m that crazy rock lady in my circle. Crystals are everywhere in my space. Some are just pretty af. Some though, are charmed for protection, among other things. I can do a list of crystal correspondences in a later post if ya’ll want, but personal correspondences are just as important as the “classics”. Place them in the corners of your room/apartment/house/altar to create a “bubble” around your space. Place an onyx or hematite on the top of your door jam to protect from malevolent entities entering your space.
Energetic - Energy work is so amazing for broom closet witches. Being able to sense and manipulate energy allows you to create webs or bubbles or walls of protection that no one else will even know are there.
Decoys - Create poppets to represent yourself, with tag locks inside (hair, fingernail clippings, blood if you’re careful) and use it as decoy.
What other ideas do you have?

Do you use runes in you witchy life?
Runes are ancient characters from runic alphabets, historically used by various Germanic and Nordic peoples.
In witchcraft, runes are employed for divination, spellcasting, and invoking specific energies.
Each rune carries symbolic meanings, allowing practitioners to tap into their mystical properties for guidance or to shape magical intentions.
The use of runes in witchcraft is rooted in a belief that these symbols possess inherent energies and connections to the natural world, providing a framework for spiritual exploration and manifestation.
