Summer plan&rules!

My wl plan for summer 2024!
Why? So I can enjoy being prettier and hopefully lose like at least 10kgs until October for uni! I never had a rich social life but hopefully a thin body will make me feel more confident and special (and then I'll get some friends and a bf).
Starting date: 27th May 2024
Stats:
Height: 168cm
Sw: [insert weight in May, prob around 65?]
Gw: 50-53kg
I'm not worried about the numbers as much as my appearance. I don't have a scale at home too </3
Rules:
[They aren't too strict, that's because I have depression and getting out of bed is a struggle... also I'm realistic and don't want to ☆ve or be bonespo]
1. Daily calorie limit
- 1200 on normal days
- 1600 on first 3 days of my period, 1400 on the rest of it [I basically get flu each period-]
- liquid fast every 2 weeks, depending on where family is (I could have a protein shake for breakfast and a rice cake if I feel faint or like my stomach will make noises, but I have to try and stick to water other no kcal drinks)
- 500 twice a week (haven't decided on the days yet, if on my period skip)
2. Unhealthy food limitation
- as little candy as possible + they have to fit in the daily deficit, find healthy alternatives
- no chips (if I do break and have some, portion control)
- avoiding fried foods
- eating fruits and drinking diet sodas instead of candy and full sodas
- no alcohol
3. Making a lot of my own food - since the calorie limit is an upper limit, I should stay well under it, and for that I need to cook for myself as much as possible. Refuse fried foods as much as possible too.
4. Movement
- try to work out daily for at least(!) ~15 mins
- try to visit the pool twice a week
- 8k steps a day
5. Motivation
- new, beautifully fitting clothes, my reward will be a loooong shopping spree
- people commenting on how pretty I look
- envy
- finally feeling worthy of having something, feeling accomplished, feeling tamed by myself and deserving of the discomfort in a good way
- feeling good about my body - no more insecurities!
- more pronounced facial features
- fitting into size small, maybe even extra small even brandy melville
- cute and small boobs
- male attention hopefully lol
- something to focus on in times of anxiety
- etc
6. Safe foods/grocery list:
Ingredients: fruits, vegetables, poultry, tofu, chickpeas, rice, lentils, greek yoghurt, non dairy milk, cigs, 0 sodas, low cal wraps, tuna, philadelphia light, crisp bread, eggs, mushrooms, shrimp(?), stevia(?), almonds, prunes and dried plums, rice paper, chia(?)...
Foods to cook:
- eggs/tuna with rice, soy sauce and cucumber
- lettuce wraps
- low cal wraps with chicken, mozzarella and veggies (+rice)
- potato poultry and veggies (default Polish dinner)
- salad (versatility!)
- yoghurt, banana, almonds, oats + biscoff
- bowls (grains + protein + veggies + yoghurt or other sauce)
- boiled eggs with veggies
- meat should be boiled, grilled, or fried with as little oil as possible
- bread is okay, but no butter or yellow cheese

my fear foods 💕🌸 (some might be illogical but yk how it is, tw €-D)
~ bigger or very sweet fruits like nectarines, peaches and pineapples (ik it’s weird, apples and oranges too)
~ oil, yes i’m that girl dabbing her food with a paper towel to get the oil off it freaks me out soooo bad
~ beef bc it’s usually cooked with oil and it’s high cal
~ crackers, ik they’re low cal but they usually trigger binges for me
~ spreads : peanut/nut butter, biscoff, nutella …
~ milkshakes, love them so much i wish they weren’t so high cal, just not worth it for me
~ milk in coffee, thank god i love the taste of black coffee
~ pasta dishes, so upsetting bc i love them but will send me into a full breakdown
~ sauces (except for plain tomato sauce) don’t know exactly whats in them usually and freak me out so bad
~ literally any food i don’t know the exact calories of (would fully rather have something processed w cals on the package than an unknown homemade meal)

what a day.
i deactivated my facebook accounts and my instagram and i turned off my TG notifications. sobrang pagod ko na. sobrang sakit na. gusto ko nalang mawala.
tapos kaninang palabas ako, si kuyang trike kita naman niya na masikip yung daan at palabas ako, pumasok pa din, nagasgasan NANAMAN tuloy sasakyan ko. ang dami na ng gasgas non at iniisip ko nalang na part talaga ng everyday use yon. tsaka anong magagawa ko, dayo ako dito at hindi ako kilala ng mga tao, i feel so powerless and voiceless. wala akong sinabi at galit pa yung trike.
nung kinuha ko naman yung mga damit ko pati pagkain sa san fernando, nabu-bwisit na din ako sa mga gumigitnang mga trike at lumilipat sa fast lane, shutaaaaaa. tapos kauwi ko yuny chicken roll ko, isang slice lang tas yung dulo pa.
naawa nalang ako sa sarili ko and cried while eating.
i forced myself to meet a friend din tapos mag llao llao nalang ako tapos wala pang biscoff sauce, haha. naiiyak nalang rin ako because i feel like the world is just so cruel to me today.
hay. gusto ko ng break. gusto ko ng iwanan si C. gusto ko na siyang i ghost. gusto ko siyang unahan pero nakakainis because parang takot din ako na hindi niya ako habulin. lol.

Another year older! Mum made me this delicious cake, it's checkerboard vanilla and chocolate with Biscoff buttercream and Biscoff sauce drip and crumbs on the top! Very very yummy.
I don't have many presents to open really but that's cause my main present is getting to go to Comic Con in just under 2 weeks time! I'm sure there will be many photos of that to share.

hmm. had an excellent garlic chicken when i was on holiday with my family in the summer. had a crepe with biscoff at a cafe with my friend. made a fucking great soup. any time my dad makes steak with peppercorn sauce..
21. what's something new about your place of residence (room, home or general location) now vs the start of the year?
well i'm in a new room!! at uni at least, im living in a house with my friends now so ive got a new room here which is lovely : ^ ) and decoration wise...ive got a lovely big pits and perverts poster and three new houseplants...and in my room at home ive got lots of new postcards on the wall including some cool beatle ones i got at paul mccartney's photography exhibition in the summer...

Tried another cheesecake experiment this weekend, to great success.
Basic no-bake recipe (cream cheese, sugar, gelatin, whipped cream, bit of extra vanilla)
Biscoff cookies for the crust, instead of graham crackers or chocolate biscuits
Batter divided into two layers, with a layer of real banana slices in between
Caramel sauce on the top
The inspiration was British "banofffee pie" (banana plus toffee). It was hard to cut because the crust and topping were both stickier than the middle was firm, so I ended up making quite a mess. Everyone agreed it was delicious, though. Bananas Foster in cheesecake form.
I'm really tempted to use crumbled Heath bar for the topping instead of sauce next time. That would solve some of the serving issues, but I don't think it would really be the right texture. Another option would be to put the caramel right in the batter, but I'm not wild about that either. Definitely need to do something, just not sure what.

LMAO THIS IS SO FUNNY TO ME. But like, mustard yellow? My shitty ex boyfriend used to wear a lot of mustard yellow so whenever I see it I just cannot handle it.

I have a stuffed panda bear that my mum bought me when I was obout 6 years old. She was going away without me and I've slept with that bear next to me pretty much every night since then. He's traveled the world with me, been cried on, cuddled whilst I was sick - he is the real MVP I swear.
28) last meal on earth.
Starting with a platter of cheese based products - mozzarella sticks, halloumi fries, just any form of deep fried cheese and a sweet chilli dipping sauce. Main course is my mum's lasagne with garlic bread. Finishing off with a biscoff cheesecake, washed down with an Aperol Spritz. PLEASE & THANK YOU.

Birthday meal at a new plant based pasta restaurant that just opened in my city.
I had deep fried gnocchi with tomato sauce, pea and shallot ravioli and biscoff filled deep fried doughnuts- the best part of the meal tbh but everything was really good!

No, but really, there isn’t one answer to this question! If we’re talking about hummus I do like carrot sticks or some warmed pita bread. Nutella or Biscoff spread though? No food, just a spoon, there’s a reason I don’t keep either in the house!
