Here is a simple and delicious vegan cream biscuit cake recipe:
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups crushed vegan biscuits (such as Digestive or graham crackers)
1/4 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil
1 can of full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated overnight)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruit (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the crushed vegan biscuits and melted vegan butter or coconut oil.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan, evenly covering the bottom and sides of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the can of coconut milk from the refrigerator and open it. Scoop the solidified cream into a large bowl, leaving behind the liquid.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the coconut cream, and using an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form.
Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Mouth Watering Cake Without Oven
An easy recipe to satisfy your longing for cake...

Ingredients:-
Bourbon: 1 Packet
Milk(at room temperature): 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Oil: 1 tspoon
Eno: 1/2 Packet
Dry fruits of your choice
Method:-
Grind the biscuits in a mixer grinder. Take it in a pot and add milk to it spoon by spoon. Make a semi-thick batter. Now add dry fruits and mix them.
On the other hand, take a heavy tawa/iron griddle and place it on the gas stove on high flame.
Add eno and vegetable oil to the batter. Do not mix the batter too much after adding eno.
Grease a Stainless Steel cooking pot and pour the batter in it. Put the pot on the tawa/grinder and cover it.
Let it bake on sim gas for about 15-20 minutes.
When you think the cake is ready, take a toothpick and check by inserting it into the cake. If it comes out clean your cake is ready.
Remove the pot from the tawa Now, using a knife remove the cake from the corners and allow it to cool for some time.
After the cake is cool remove it from the container. You can decorate it with chocolate icing or chocolates or gems of your choice..

Ce soir, nous continuons notre promenade gourmande festive 🎄avec un gâteau délicieux composé ; - ~ Biscuit pistache ~ Ganache vanille ~ Mangue - ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ CLUB MANGUE/VANILLE ☆ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ GANACHE VANILLE 400g de crème liquide • 3g de gélatine en poudre • Gousse de vanille • 90g de chocolat blanc - BISCUIT PISTACHE • 2 oeufs • 1 jaune d oeuf • 45gr de sucre • Le zeste d une orange • 15g de beurre pommade • 18g de pâte de pistache • 20g de farine T55 • 20g de fécule Finition 1 MANGUE - 1. Mettre la crème dans une casserole avec la gélatine. Laissez la prendre 5mn et ajoutez la gousse de vanille fendue et grattée. Faire chauffer la crème à frémissement et laissez infuser 10mn. 2. Concassez le chocolat et retirez la gousse de la crème. Versez progressivement la crème sur le chocolat blanc et mélangez. Réservez 2h au froid 3. LE BISCUIT PISTACHE. Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Mettez les oeufs entiers, le jaune, le sucre et le zeste d orange dans un saladier tout en mélangeant avec un fouet, au dessus d un bain marie pour une préparation tiède. 4. Mettez la préparation dans le bol d un robot et la montez très mousseuse. A part, mélangez la pâte de pistache avec le beurre pommade à la Maryse. 5. Incorporez la crème pistache aux oeufs puis tamisez au dessus les poudres. Mélangez délicatement 6. Versez dans un cadre de 20×20cm. Enfournez pour 15mn de cuisson. 7. MONTAGE Pelez la mangue et taillez la en tranches de 5mm d épaisseur. Réservez. - • Montez au batteur la ganache vanille. • Decoupez un rectangle de biscuit et étalez une couche de ganache. Disposez les tranches de mangue de façon à recouvrir toute la surface • Ajoutez une autre couche de ganache sur les mangues et recouvrez avec le 2ème rectangle de biscuit pistache. • Coupez légèrement les côtés pour avoir des bords bien nets. • Réservez 2h au frais.
