Does anyone wanna take this prompt for Miraculous Ladybug? [If so please tag me or msg me if your going to take this.]

Ideas for Prompts:

Salt/Bashing: Lila Salt, Bustier Salt, Damocles Salt, Alya Bashing, Adrien Bashing Sugar/Redemption: Nino Sugar, Chloe Redemption, Akuma Class Redemption Pairings: Chloe/Nino, Lukagami, Felinette Others: Bad Teacher Caline Bustier, Lila Rossi Exposed, Jealous Adrien, Endgame Felinette

Let's say Lila got exposed by Marinette's Circle Squad (as in Nino, Chloe, Kagami, Alix, Sabrina, Max, Kim, Rose, Nora Cesaire, Juleka, Luka, Felix, and Aurore) while Marinette had stayed home cause her parents is not letting her go to school cause of victim blaming that they got angry on Bustier telling her about their daughter 'to be an example' which really pissed Sabine off.

Sabine is willing to do this to keep her daughter happy but also suing Bustier, Damocles, Lila, Alya, and lastly Adrien even though she didn't want to but she heard enough from her daughter that he is bystanding this whole situation and telling her little girl to 'take a high road' advice which is a horrible advice.

Instead of expelling Lila like she wanted to do she must remain in the school and learn to be an outcast after being outted last Friday when her mother found out about her crimes and trauncy from her classmates but also participating classes by doing her own homework and attend two months of detentions. The police and the School Board Member found something interesting on the school footage then show it to Mrs. Rossi that her daughter is willing to assist terrorist.

As Lila is remain house arrest along with the restraining order from The Dupain-Chengs but also being banned from their bakery except her mother who is a regular customer that comes to the bakery once a while.

As for Bustier and Damocles both got sued by two parents from Marinette after all the stress they gave her she has to go theraphy. Chloe volunteered to be Temporary Ladybug as Dame Taches (Lady Spots) while Marinette goes to theraphy for a good reason for her health being Ladybug for too long was a bit stressful and need a break so she can be the Dragon Miraculous while Kagami became the Temporary Black Cat.

As for the Black Cat Miraculous it was taken away from Chat Noir/Adrien by Ladybug last Sunday about his incompetnent behavior it is now Kagami's job as a temporary Black Cat as Kuroneko. Now for the Bee Miraculous it was lent to Nora Cesaire since she was the only one that Marinette can think of doing instead of Alya since Nora knows the truth what her sister did to Marinette.

Chloe called Amelie Graham de Vanily and Felix to come over to Paris but stay in her hotel than in the Agreste Mansion but told them the whole fiasco with Adrien being passive and other stuff. Chloe also suggested to Marinette to give Felix the Fox Miraculous he will be the Temporary Fox Hero. Since Sabrina has the dog miraculous with her just in case.

Now for Adrien he finally found out thanks to Lila that Marinette likes him. But its far too late for him since Marinette is over with him and her parents doesn't want him near their little girl anymore.

If Adrien somehow wasn't chosen, who would you like to see as a black cat holder?

Oh dear, that is a very tricky question! Honestly, I don't think there is a character I want to see as the Black Cat holder specifically, but there are some that I think would be nice options and interesting to follow!

I guess you mean the canon setting and not my AU? Because I would be tempted to pick an adult - for the unlimited use of Cataclysm and because, come on, a teen would need the presence of an adult while she's constantly fighting villains!! - buuuuut... seeing how adults are in the show, I have some doubts! xD

So I willingly choose to take asides the tropes "Adults are useless". And here is the list of characters I think would be nice for the Black Cat if Adrien couldn't become Chat Noir:

Canon characters:

Tom Dupain-Cheng, I know it might surprise some, but it could suit him. If you take how protective he is towards his daughter, he would be a suitable BC holder and accept to go in the front line while Ladybug figures out her lucky charm or just keep her from harm.

Penny Rolling, she's very reliable and takes her job(s) seriously. She would rock her role and outfit (haha, sorry). Also, she's very well-organised, seems to adapt quickly, and is good at following someone else's directions whilst being strategic.

Alya Césaire, she was pretty good with the Ladybug Miraculous, but I think she'd be better with the Black Cat. But it's mostly a gut feeling and taking her stubbornness and brashness into account.

Alix Kubdel, while I have mixed feelings about Bunnix's role and powers, it does show that Alix can be reliable and wise: you don't want to give Time powers to just anyone! So she could be trusted with the power of Destruction. Also, she'd definitely be a sassy Black Cat and would know how to annoy the villains, it would be fun to watch/read!

Canon but "blank slate" characters

Okay, I admit that this is more a wish list of "I want this background character to get more screen time and development"!

Gisèle (Caline's wife for those who don't know/remember), I just love her design and have a feeling she'd be a good holder for this Miraculous.

Alim Kubdel, not sure why, I mostly like his relationship with his daughter. It would be quite ironic because his job is museum curator XD , but it would also mean he would be careful with this power and not abuse it.

Mireille Caquet, I guess Aurore has her fanbase, so why Mireille wouldn't have one?

what would your superhero identity be for the miraculouses? i thought of one for the fox, it's mistricks/mistrix lol.

I would probably go with "Alley Cat" for a Black Cat identity. @silverslate221 is the one that came up with it as a Black Cat name, and I would totally steal it for myself in a heartbeat.

Oh, and Aquila for the Eagle! That's always been a name I loved for an Eagle holder and I would definitely choose that.

Trick-Or-Treat?, by @ladybugs-and-black-cats

Summary:

Halloween—a night for wearing a new mask and temporarily taking on a different persona. Marinette is not too thrilled when Alya suggests that they (Marinette, Adrien, Alya, and Nino) should dress up as superheroes to go trick-or-treating.

Marinette knows that she can’t dress up as Ladybug because it would risk revealing her secret identity, but there shouldn’t be any problems if she chooses to dress as a superhero that no one else has ever seen…right?

“We should totally all go trick-or-treating together!” Alya Cesaire told her friends. “I’ve got an idea! We can all go as superheroes!”

Marinette Dupain-Cheng had to resist the urge to groan at the idea. Sure, it would be fun to go trick-or-treating with her friends, but dressing up as superheroes? The only one of the group who wouldn’t risk exposing their secret identity was Adrien…and his father probably wouldn’t even let him go! Gabriel Agreste would never approve of letting his son go out and gather a bagful of candy.

“We could dress up as Ladybug and Cat Noir!” Nino suggested to Alya before he thought about the other friends that might join them in the trick-or-treating adventure. “Will you be able to join us, Bro?” he asked Adrien.

The young model shrugged. “I don’t know. I’ll check with Nathalie.”

“Well, we’ll start planning,” Alya decided, starting to drag Nino away. “This is going to be so much fun!”

Marinette watched her two friends go, leaving her alone with Adrien. Oh no, no, no, that was not okay! “Uh, yeah, I should probably go too. There’s lots to do to prepare and so little time!” She raced away before she could see Adrien’s disappointed expression.

“Well, at least you don’t have to worry about showing up as Ladybug, since Alya’s already going to wear that costume,” Tikki told Marinette, in an effort to calm the panicked girl.

“Yeah, but…ugh, what if I come up with a superhero costume and people realize somehow that I’m actually Ladybug?”

“I think you’re worrying over nothing, Marinette. You’ll be fine. In fact, I think you should do this trick-or-treating thing. It sounds like a fun thing to do and might help relieve some of the stress that you’ve been feeling lately as the new Guardian.”

Marinette thought about this. She trusted Tikki. If the ladybug kwami was on board with the idea, then everything would probably be okay. “Alright, I’ll do it! I think I have an idea!”

Checking her fabrics, Marinette looked at her current quantity of gray and pink materials. She wasn’t sure how much time she would have to work on the costume idea, especially if Shadow Moth decided to keep sending out daily akumas, but Marinette promised that she would try…if only because Tikki insisted.

“There is no way that I’m going to get this costume finished in time for trick-or-treating,” Marinette moaned, letting her forehead fall to rest on top of her desk in front of the sewing machine.

As she’d figured would probably happen, Marinette had been so busy lately with all of her responsibilities. Between being Ladybug and class representative and all of her other commissions and projects, Marinette’s days had been filled and the time for working on creating the Halloween costume had quickly passed. In just a couple days, Marinette would meet up with her friends to go trick-or-treating and, currently, she’d only completed the mask part of her superhero costume.

Marinette’s head snapped up as an idea came to her. “Unless…” She looked back toward the doll house that she had fashioned recently.

Tikki immediately noticed where Marinette was looking. The kwami knew all too well what plan her holder was forming. “Marinette, you know it’s not advised to use—“

“I know,” Marinette interrupted, already well aware of what Tikki was going to say. “Besides, I’m not planning to actually use it. Just the costume.”

Tikki shrugged. “You’re the Guardian. It’s your choice and I won’t try to stop you.”

Marinette knew that she should probably feel a bit more guilty about this plan, but right now she just felt relieved. This would help lighten her workload a little bit. Besides, it would only be for a couple of hours. What could possibly go wrong?

Oh no, this was totally a disaster! Marinette could never have possibly predicted that this would happen! She had met up with her friends to go trick-or-treating and she’d expected the night to be a lot of fun, especially since Adrien had somehow convinced his father and Nathalie to let him come along. However, the moment that Marinette laid eyes on Adrien in his costume, she knew that this had been a terrible idea.

Alya and Nino were oblivious to their other two friends staring each other down with wide-eyed expressions. Instead, the two, who were sporting Ladybug and Cat Noir look-alike outfits for the night, stared in awe at the intricacy of the costumes their friends were wearing.

“Oh, wow!” Alya exclaimed. “You guys both really took this theme and ran with it! I mean, you even created all-new heroes! Who are you supposed to be? What’re your names and superpowers?”

Marinette glanced at Adrien and he stared back. There was something strange about the way he looked at her, but Marinette couldn’t quite place why. Personally, she found it weird that he would choose to dress up as Aspik. After using Second Chance so many times in their fight together against Desperada, she would’ve expected him to have nightmares at even the thought of being Aspik again.

“I’m Aspik,” Adrien answered first. “My costume is…kind of inspired by Viperion,” he continued, showing the replica of the Snake Miraculous on his wrist.

“Oh, wow, so cool!” Alya remarked.

“Nice, Dude!” Nino told Adrien. He swung his arm around Adrien’s shoulders. “Although, no offense, your design could use a bit of a makeover.”

Adrien laughed. “Yeah, the costume is a bit strange. It’s not nearly as cool as Viperion’s, huh?”

“What about you, Marinette? Tell us about your costume!” Alya said, turning to her best friend.

“I’m Multimouse,” Marinette explained. “My power is Multi—I mean, I can split myself into tiny clones. Well, I mean…that would be my superpower, if I…you know, actually had one, that is,” she stuttered. Marinette couldn’t believe how ridiculous she must’ve sounded. She’d been trying not to sound suspicious, but Marinette was certain that she’d failed miserably at that.

“Sounds like the perfect superpower for you,” Nino replied with a laugh. “The way you’re always busy with all of your projects, it would probably be helpful to split yourself and work on all of them at the same time.”

“So, are we ready to go?” Alya asked the rest of the group. “We only have a couple hours for trick-or-treating.”

“Actually,” Adrien spoke up, “I was hoping to talk with Marinette alone real quick. It’ll only take a few minutes.”

“Okay,” Alya agreed. “We’ll be waiting.”

Marinette followed Adrien to a dimly-lit alley. Once they were hidden, Adrien pulled off his mask. “Did you really ask Ladybug to give you the Miraculous to wear for trick-or-treating tonight?”

Adrien’s voice held an edge to it that Marinette so rarely heard from him. “What about you? You really dressed up as Aspik? I thought you never even wanted to see the Snake Miraculous again after that!”

The two classmates stared at each other as the pieces all fell into place. There were only a limited number of people who knew that Marinette had once been Multimouse or that Adrien had once been Aspik…and it seemed that the already small pool had just shrunk even further. At the same time, Marinette and Adrien finally made the connection.

“Ladybug!?”

“Cat Noir!?”

How was this even possible? They’d been so close to each other the whole time. For a few seconds longer, they just stared in awe at each other, and then Adrien broke out laughing.

“I can’t believe this! In all the ways that I imagined this reveal, I never expected that our silly trick-or-treat costumes would be what outed us!”

Marinette had tried not to think of the consequences that might arise from what had happened tonight. However, hearing Adrien bring the topic up so casually, was enough to send Marinette straight to panic mode. “Oh my goodness…I can’t believe how careless we were! This is a disaster! The world is going to end and all because we both dressed up as our one-time alternate heroes!”

She felt Adrien step closer and gently take her shoulders. The motion was so familiar; Cat Noir would sometimes do it too when she, Ladybug, was going through a downward mental spiral. Now it all made sense. Of course, Adrien would do that too…because he was Cat Noir! Saying that over and over again did not help! This only made Marinette panic more. Then, she felt Adrien pull her to him and hug her close.

“Everything will be okay, M’lady. We’ll figure this out together, I promise. Right now, we should go back to Alya and Nino, but maybe tonight we could meet up and discuss everything, okay?”

Marinette knew what Adrien meant. He was hoping they could get together tonight as Ladybug and Cat Noir, for the first time with no more identity secrets between them. “I guess so…” Marinette answered Adrien’s question. Eventually, they needed to discuss this anyway, so it would probably be better to do that sooner rather than later.

Adrien’s face brightened. “Awesome! I can’t wait! I’ll meet you later tonight at our usual place.”

Though she still wanted to panic, Marinette relaxed a little because her friend looked so happy. Adrien beamed with so much more excitement that she’d ever seen. Maybe he was right and everything would turn out fine after all. “Okay,” she agreed, finding herself looking forward to meeting up and hanging out to chat with Cat Noir later, especially now that she knew he was Adrien Agreste.

Adrien slipped his mask back on and Marinette had to resist the urge to laugh at his ridiculous Aspik costume. “So, shall we go back? I’m looking forward to trick-or-treating and I know that Alya and Nino are probably starting to get a bit impatient waiting for us.”

Marinette held out her hand and Adrien eagerly took it. Together they walked back to their friends. As she walked with her friend—her partner!—Marinette found herself smiling at all that had happened so far tonight. It was funny how it had come to this. Who would have guessed that it would be them both wearing different masks that would lead them to where they were now?

Turning to glance at Adrien, Marinette saw him also shift his head to look at her. He smiled and Marinette found it easy to return one of her own. Whether the events of tonight turned out to be more trick or treat, only time would tell. Purr- sonally, Marinette hoped for the latter.
