Fitness Diary:
Day 118
Week 18 has been completed ✅🎉
Did some overtime today. Wasn’t too bad but I tried to stay out of the way and just chill. I’m tired of going to work lmaooo.. but I gotta make some money so I can’t even be that mad. Not sure if I should just look for a job that pays better and I do less manual labor or stay where I’m at. Bc on the + side of things, I’m getting in shape and working on my endurance/stamina but I’m also sore all the time and tired asf. Idk. If I feel like I’m not longer making any fitness progress then I’m out. But I got to do some yoga during break. Worked on my splits a little too.

Fitness Diary:
Before and During
Little over a months worth of work. Been really trying to stick with it. I have my good days and I have my bad but I haven’t given up. That’s all that matters. Been in this now for about 3 months and I’m pleased that I’ve seen progress, idk if I see much within the pics but hey 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s a good reference for when I’m way past this point. Hope this gives someone some motivation to start or keep going. We’re all in this together ✊🏾

Fitness Diary:
Day 38
Had a pretty good day today. Wore some gel insoles to work to help with my feet. They were okay but still by those last couple of hours my feet were killing me. Car battery died at work so one of my co workers helped give me a jump, which was really nice. Didn’t do my ab workout and I really didn’t even eat that much today... idk why. I did have some ice cream tho... lmao. If you can’t tell by now, I’m tryna get shwole 💪🏾

Fitness Diary:
Day 117
Today was super slowwwwwww. Didn’t really work that hard so it was great to have some time to chill at work. Got to work on structuring out my yoga insta. I’m looking forward to just documenting my progress and inviting others along with me. I didn’t feel like wearing my sweat vests again so no video. Working some overtime tomorrow again. Getting to the moneeyyyyy

Fitness Diary:
Day 110
Done with another day. Got some yoga done in the sun today during my breaks at work. Ended up getting some cardio done at a park unexpectedly. But hey 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m not mad. I had a gyro today (I know I’m pescatarian but it’s lamb... i love love love lamb...) , so that was my treat. Gonna go into work tomorrow for some overtime to make some extra money 💴 . Also more work means more time to work on this body.

Fitness Diary:
Day 121
Work was kinda hard today tbh... back on my regular schedule so just trying to complete the work week to get a full check but so much of me wanted to call it a day. After work I stopped at the grocery store to make some homemade Mac and cheese with a lil extra stuff in it. Cooked, packed tomorrow’s lunch, and now heading to bed. Hopefully tomorrow isn’t so bad and I can come home and just relax right after work. Gonna try to get in some yoga tomorrow morning before work. I’d like to film it but idk I’m camera shy 🙄 (not really).

Day 111
Week 17 has been completed ✅ 🎉
Went to work for some overtime. I did sweat but I didn’t wear my sweat vests. Left early and went to go chill and paint. I kept having this sense of being hungry all day. Had a breakfast sandwich from Sonic and then just a snack or two. Ate a English muffin sandwich pretty late last night but oh well. Gonna try to keep it clean on these couple of off days.

Day 120
Worked half a day. Didn’t do much, got in some good yoga stretches but mostly just did a bunch of running around with my bestie. I’m tired and not looking forward to the rest of this week but everyday is getting closer and closer to my goals and some big steps. Taking each day as an opportunity to prepare myself and be the best me I can be in all situations. Decided to try out a 30 yoga challenge on YouTube! Excited about that! Looking forward to a day off one of these days or maybe next year 🤪

Fitness Diary:
Day 109
Almost done with another week. Woke up hella sore. Everything hurts. Those lunges got my inner thighs soooo tender! Was able to get to work early and kinda stretch out/ do some yoga so work out some of the tightness in my muscles. My body looks good but everyday I look at it I’m like... I’m about to be fine as hell (pretty sure I’m fine as hell right now but we about to be on a whole other level). I just know the next three months are about to be busy. So imma just tune out and take it one day at a time.

Day 124
Left work a little early. Had a live modeling gig that I got to do today and it was so much fun! I miss modeling and the creative spaces so much. However I have definitely been making plans to get back into it. Still working on putting together my first yoga flow. Gonna take the next week to work on it and then see how people like it/respond to it with their bodies. Today had some roughy point but overall it was a good day!

Day 105
Did nesseccerily work out today. But I did do some community service that had me lifting and moving all around. A broke a lil bit of a sweat. So it wasn’t completely a rest day. Later I went to a friends house and did some more painting. There’s this piece in particular I’m really wanting to complete. Ate like complete trash and super late. Had a bunch of junk food ughhhhh why do I do this to myself 😩
