Honestly, the only good thing about the Wind blurb is it does give me a little bit of hope that NightSun isn’t end game. Onlu worry I have is if NightSun isn’t end game and Nightheart (sadly) doesn’t end up single by the end of the arc then I’m worried that his poor love interest will end up getting a ton of hate from the NightSun shippers. I’ve seen it happen in the WoF fandom it wouldn’t be too far fetched to see it in the WC fandom.

technically it might happen if Sunbeam gets a new love interest too. But for some reason this fandom really loves their toms.

I like to think people wouldn't do that, the most interest I've seen in NightSun as a pairing was them being messy and breaking up (which. the books did NOT do, very disappointing :/) so I'm sure if they split and he ends up with someone else (blease don't let it be frostpaw if this does happen), most people will be good about it.

Bleasee I need Freddy fluff with a slightly depressed reader (Freddy is weak and is using the reader as a sort of host that only they can see, and likes to follow the reader around their day to day life, trying to get a reaction out of them in front of other people via crude jokes/ funny transformations, and can only sort of touch the reader (they feel it but it’s like a wind or smthn is touching them not a person) but starts to catch feelings since the reader is the only one who’s ever been nice/cool with them & laughed at their jokes/ not seen him as a monster?)

Freddy was weak. People were forgetting about him, causing him to stop popping up in their nightmares. He needed a host to cling to, someone who was at their own low in life. That was when Freddy found you

You had a particular bad day. After basically crying yourself to sleep, you were surprised to find Freddy waiting for you in your dreams. You didn’t really get the memo that this stranger was supposed to be scary. You were far too upset with your own problems than his

It started to get a little spooky though when you woke up, and he was still there. He was sitting on the edge of your bed watching you, to be frank. Your scream of terror sent a strengthening jolt of energy through Freddy’s body

Although, you got used to him after awhile. That was not his intention though. Freddy floated around your home, hovering over whatever activity you were doing. Most of the time, he tried to get reactions out of you. Whether it be morphing into some big monster, or spawning other little creatures around your room. But most of the time, it only made you laugh

Freddy felt funny inside. He hadn’t spent a lot of time with you, but he quickly caught on how depressed you always were. You never smiled, and were very unmotivated to do anything. But still… he managed to make you laugh. Freddy never heard you do that before. Let alone smile. And… it was all because of him

You were still the only one that could see Freddy. So when you were out in public, he still tried to get reactions out of you. He needed to install a little bit of fear to regain his strength

All he ever got from you usually was just a little jump or gasp. You were pretty used to him. Fond of him, even. Freddy knew this, and couldn’t help but enjoy it

Expect him to be even more wacky with his transformations now. He liked to turn into your favourite animals, or even fictional crushes from stuff you’re into. It always made you blush and giggle, cooing at him and touching him. Although, Freddy always felt so out of reach. He felt almost like a ghost; much like a small gust of wind when he stroked your skin

He had been with you for awhile now. You were confused as to why you could still barely touch him. Freddy had explained to you how he was just using you for evil and blah, blah, blah. But the less depressed you felt around him, the more cocky you got. You often rolled your eyes and teased him, saying things like, ‘sure, course you’re just using me. Not like you like me or anything’. But you were just joking around… right?

You didn’t understand why he wasn’t trying to scare you as much anymore, or annoying you in public. You confronted Freddy, asking him why he wasn’t trying to get stronger. He was still very much weak. You were his only support

Freddy was cranky and stubborn about it, but basically told you that he’d rather stay with you than terrorise others in their nightmares. Hanging out with you, making your once sad, sunken expression beam with joy was much more satisfying than filling you with dread. He couldn’t believe he felt this way. He wanted to gouge out his eyes with his bladed glove

Freddy almost liked how you didn’t find him scary. He adored that you didn’t see him for his hideous burns, or his murderous past. You just saw a friend, one that lead you out of a nasty depression

You didn’t realise you were crying until you felt a gust of wind puff against your cheek. Freddy was trying to wipe the tears that rolled freely down your face. You waved his concerns off with a small laugh, telling him that they were in fact tears of joy

Freddy’s blue eyes widened when you engulfed him in a hug. It was awkward, as you could hardly feel him in your arms. He was like a shadow. But as he hugged you back, you could’ve sworn his touch grew stronger and more real. And it was all thanks to you <3
