One thing I like about my ed is that in a way I started eating way better. I cut off sugary drinks, I eat more fruits and veggies, I cut back on fast food/fried food, I’m exercising now. Like it makes me feel better in a way

Okay but the one thing I HATE about fasting is the shaking. I hate being shakey. It makes me so clumsy. I’d be totally fine with fasting longer if that didn’t happen.

helps u eat less bc it changes how u see portion sizes . small cutlery helps u savor ur food for longer .
・drinking green tea :
