Honestly?? Idk how to feel, so much has happened since I first started this blog.
I guess I’ll just write what I’m thinking right now??
(Everything under the cut, this thing is longer than I expected)
A lot of this text probably isn’t going to make sense. I’m writing this at 1 am. If there’s any mistakes or errors that’s why. I’ll fix them in the morning maybe.
So like. This whole thing kinda started as a joke, I wasn’t intending to actually draw for a year straight lmao. Like I even used a completely different art style from my regular one that was simple, quick and intentionally dumb. Not that I’m upset by it, I’m actually quite proud of myself that I managed to stick to something for an entire year. That’s pretty unusual for me believe it or not. My original intention was to stop at maybe 20 days because I really wasn’t expecting for this blog to get as much love as it did.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so so much to everyone who has followed and supported this silly little idea I had, you guys are the biggest reason my experience has been so positive and worth it. (Sure it’s not original but I hope it’s at least been interesting!)
I’ve said this a few times now but I’ve mentioned wanting to take a break. I’ll admit that even though it’s been fun it’s still pretty tiring to keep up with this blog sometimes since some recent life events have made it so hard. After some thought, I’ve decided that I’ll likely take a break sometime in the coming months. Maybe toward day 400 or so. As of right now, things are at a lull so I’ve been okay enough mentally and physically to keep up this daily streak I think. Though this could change in an instant for whatever reason.
Overall I think my burnout has kind of gone away I think?? Or at least I’ve been reinvigorated recently after replaying a few runs of hk randomizer and steel soul. No promises it’ll stay away but I silly expect it to come in waves.
Ok but call me crazy or delusional or whatever, but my hopes are up that Silksong will release this year. (which means slowing down/not doing daily doodles yay) I genuinely believe big news is coming since I’ve been getting a lot of dreams lately about something happening with Silksong in March. Idk, I could be wrong but after doing this for a year I’m literally clinging onto anything right now lol
I’d obviously still make the occasional doodle or two when HKSS releases but not daily. This stuff is tough to keep up sometimes, I would never do daily posts like this again once it’s over
Oh yeah also I have an actual big drawing I’m still working on, expect that in sometime in the next few weeks I think!
Anyway, I can’t think of anything else to say right now so I guess that’s it for now!

1/100 Days of Productivity
So I basically been doing this all year, being super productive and spending so much time studying, working, exercising and meal prepping and some days I feel like it was not enough, but looking back I think this would be a good challenge to keep me motivated (as the screenshot of my grades from field school :'), because I have to be kind with myself, I am doing the best I can with the tools I have. I feel proud of me because going to a new country, language, culture, start from 0 is not easy, but I have been up to the challenge, I have visualize myself succeeding and that is what I am doing.
So, starting yesterday Sunday November 5 as my start date what I have accomplished:
 ☑ I wake up early and meditate
 ☑ I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for me, avoiding junk food, prioritizing protein and veggies. I also made enough to have a balanced lunch the day after.
 ☑ I study for Statistics and did my group part for the team project I have. I met with my group and the assignment was submitted.
 ☑ I made the pre-lab for today and guess what the dilution scheme that I created was the one we used (even if I doubt of myself and called it dumb, this was a lesson this morning for me where I need to trust myself more...believe more in me)
 ☑ I studied about Air Sampling, took notes for later (exam) and presented the quiz before midnight
 ☑ I went to buy groceries as eggs :)
 ☑ I shared time talking on the phone with my granmas, now that I have more time by myself connecting is always needed and a mood booster 💕👵💕
 ☑ I workout! I realize that not having to go to the gym everyday and acommodating workouts for home is always better than doing nothing at all, I am thinkin seriously to buy some 25 lbs dumbells. There is no excuse.
☑ Journaling about things I feel grateful for, the moment of the day I really appreciate it, what I learned, the achievements of my day, and what I could have done better (study for the chemistry exam, going to bed earlier and drink more water). My weekly affirmation:
I can with everything.
For today, Monday, I had solid 7 hours of sleep, I meditated, went to classes with a better attitude (yes I am tired but it depends on me if I make my days miserable or I enjoy the little things), worked on the invitation letter for my dad to visit me next year, doing this! I will have lunch and....
📝organize my house a little bit (bed, dishes, vacuum, 15 min of whatever I want to organize)
📝have a lovely 30 min walk enjoying that the weather is not bad
📝study for my chemistry exam
📝workout of the day
📝listen to positive affirmations 5 minutes and 10 minutes of the audiobook the 5th agreement (which I am loving)
📝I started a gratitude journal on a blog, and I want to finish it (365 days) best moment to do that
📝drink 8 glasses of water
📝 Dedicate 30 minutes to the lab I had this morning so I can finish the most I can
📝Dedicate 30 minutes to the class notes I had for statistics
📝 Review email from my work
📝30 minutes to each class I have tomorrow and whatever that means (notes, project)
📝Cook dinner and for tomorrow while I review chemistry
📝 More chemistry :)
📝Dedicate time to my cats
📝 My night routine

It’s been 9 years!
I was stopping to immerse myself more and I did… for a while. Then I fell back into old habits of just not studying at all.
Everyone is different but I find it difficult to stay studying:
- with no clear goal
- with no accountability
Thankfully that is all about to change!
Goals:
I now have both a short term and long term goal!
Short term: 365 day challenge. Studying everyday for a year. It can be a small amount, but there will be no days without studying.
I’ve got a long way to go, but this needs to say 365 day streak someday! Day 8!

Long term: this is where the real goal comes in. I work for a big corporation and they have a Japan office. The goal is to be fluent enough in 3-5 years to apply to transfer to that office!
What about the accountability portion? Well, the long term goal was actually not my idea, but my husband’s. He’s the one who really wants to move to Japan and that’s been a dream of his. So he’s in charge of making sure every week that I’ve studied. I have given him permission to chastise me about it. He’s also going to start learning, (though he only wants to get to conversational level, while I’m trying to reach business level fluency).
I will also have weekly check ins on saturdays and that’s why I’m back on the blog.
I have a lot of catching up to do
But I’m back on my favorite app (iKnow) and I’ve studied nearly 1600 words since being back.
Anyway, here is a sentence for today :)

“Lose Weight With Less Effort”

Hi Reader!
Let’s cut to the chase, you have probably watched a ton of videos and read a couple of blogs about tips and tricks on how to lose weight, which are probably long and full of biases, I have been there and it’s an irritating and defeating process, no matter how eager I wanted to lose weight, I can’t seem to commit to the practices that I have stumbled upon fully, and this unending cycle of “waking up tired, lethargic all day, and not inspired to burn a decent amount of calories for whatever reason, binge on to any food then sleep” has led me to write an article that will help those who are experiencing this first hand like me, and right now you’re probably thinking “Why on earth should I listen to some guy that has written an article about this particular issue?” and the answer is this article published by a random writer on the internet might probably be your last chance on reducing your probability of meeting your ancestors due to weight problems, second, if you’re sick and tired of all the BS in the internet about this particular issue then lucky for you for I’ll spoon-feed all the things that you must know and must do in order to get the life that you want, and by the way if you’re reading this while laying on your couch or your bed, I just want you to know that you will belong to the 80% of the people who won’t succeed on finishing this article and chances are, you hit plateau and give up few months from now and won’t succeed on your weight cut journey, so sit up straight, focus, and let’s begin.
“Your everyday habits are the reason”
Habits are like a double-edged sword, they can affect others and you too, and these everyday habits are the primary indicators of your current situation, think of it this way, imagine that a single burger won’t hurt right? maybe another burger for tomorrow won’t hurt too right? Now multiply it by 365 days which is equivalent to a year and that my friend now has a significant impact not only on your weight but also on your health, and it doesn’t have to be a burger, it can vary from any food that exceeds the calories that our bodies need, but what if we changed those burgers or snacks to something healthier like water, multiply it by 365 days and your skin and weight will look better than an average, and in simpler terms “Small habits may seem not so important at the moment accumulates into something greater within time” and if you think that your current weight is the accumulation of all the years of your eating habits, you’re right indeed.

“Reinforcement and Elimination”
The only way to turn your life into something promising is by a process called “Reinforcement and Elimination”, it is reinforcing the good habits that will shape you into someone that you’ve dreamed of for a long time and eliminating the bad habits that led you to become someone who has an undesirable shape in the first place. I have fallen short in my journey because I have the wrong process of this reinforcement and elimination method, and I even regressed because of my wrong approach to the method, I noticed it when I was not getting inspired nor not having the drive to do even the simplest tasks, like drinking water. Now, think of it this way, when we wake up it’s doubtful that we have the energy or the willpower to get up and go to the kitchen and drink a glass of water, or maybe go to the bathroom for a cold shower right? And that is because of the thing called “Environmental Cues”, which is the most important part of this method simply because, if there is less friction towards you of the habit the more likely you’ll repeat that habit from day to day basis, and that includes both good and bad habits, majority of the people will have their phones beside them when they wake up, then scroll and binge into unnecessary information like videos or whatsoever for over 2 hours or more. Notice how the cues in our environment have a significant role in this journey and this implies not only in phones for I know some that store food near their bed and they have been doing it for years. But what if the majority had water bottles beside them, a journal, a treadmill, a pair of dumbells, or maybe something that they needed to do to succeed in the career they chose? As for me, it was weight lifting and writing, and I am living the life right now because “I have chosen to design my environment to give me cues that will be beneficial for my well-being, and how we shaped and designed our environment is an indicator whether we’ll stick to the method until we get the result we wanted”

“Fool-proof Habits”
Starting a good habit or sticking to a good habit doesn’t require you to perform the habit at full capacity or 100% efficiency, imagine someone who wants to become a boxer, a beginner must know and practice beginner things to stick to it for a long time, imagine the beginner at boxing fought against a professional boxer for an entire 12 rounds? it’s unlikely that the beginner will finish the 12 rounds and survive the aftermath, imagine someone who wants to become a well-known author, it’s also unlikely that he or she will finish an entire book in one sitting, and this is the approach of the majority who fails at sticking to the right habits, they start a good habit and then perform the habit as if they are someone who’s performing the habits for a very long time, No one in the right rationality will do that, if the goal is to lose weight and have a desirable shape, why on earth jog for nearly 1 kilometer for one day like a mad man until you’re nauseous and in the brink of passing out? The habits that I have written below are the habits that led me to become someone I’m confident of, but do consider the fact that it’s a neverending of trial and error especially when you’re just someone starting, it’s not one size fits all, find out what works for you.

“FIX YOUR SLEEP” — Your sleeping habits have a tremendous effect on your eating habits. If your circadian cycle (body clock) is far from normal or desirable then it is probably one of the indicators of why you’re eating habits are making you gain weight, if you’re someone who wakes up late then you’re someone who eats later in the day, and to fix your sleeping habits can vary from not exposing your eyes to screen time 3 hours before your sleep time to not consuming meals or snacks 3 hours before your sleep time, remember environmental cues right? Make sure to eliminate any activity or things that may and can disrupt your sleep, put your phone in another room, and maximize the friction between you and a bad habit, I can provide you the reasons for this certain topic but I cannot explain all the details about this topic due to off-topic reasons (https://medium.com/@elias.ocaya/sleep-deprivation-changed-me-3ab66b772f0b)
“FIX YOUR HYDRATION”— I cannot stress this enough but I don’t who is fit and effective and does not drink water, to hydrate the right way don’t drink 2 liters of water in one go, even plants drow, and when it comes to humans drinking 2 litters in one go is idiotic, cause we’ll end up peeing electrolytes that our bodies need, what you must rather do is put sea salt (Himalayan salt) on your water but not too much, a good starting point is to use 1/4 teaspoon of salt per liter of water, and make sure to get rid of the snacks or sweetened carbonated drinks near your bed and replace it with this salt-infused water, why? Remember the term “Environmental Cues” right? “FIX YOUR MEALS”— Make sure what you eat are real foods, not processed and not junk, and eliminate processed carb salties, and carbonated sweetened drinks. I don’t what you’ve been eating that led you to that position in the first place but I can bet that it is something that isn’t healthy, and to fully commit to the practice of eliminating the garbage that you’ve been consuming make sure not to store snacks in your room, once we are aware of the effects of “Environmental Cues”, avoiding such impulsive snacking can be effortless. There is also this thing called “Fasting”, I know that you already have heard of it more than once in your life, and to give you a brief explanation of what is fasting is basically it is voluntarily abstaining from food or drink for a certain period of time due to its overall health benefits, I’m not going to explain the detailed explanation of “Fasting” but I can give you the source and some of its benefits such as “reduced aging rate and cells regeneration” (https://medium.com/@elias.ocaya/age-slower-with-this-method-dd9ffc53fc5b)
“FIX YOUR ACTIVITIES”— Now there’s a misconception about losing weight when it comes to exercising that the majority of people have been following for a long time and that is “Move more to burn more” which is very idiotic from a physiological perspective, for there are some who follows this despite of the drawbacks of too much physical stress, think of it this way “If your someone who’s trying to burn a decent amount of fat by walking, then walking for 30 minutes is good, and if walking for 30 minutes is good then walking for 40 minutes is better, and if walking for 40 minutes is better, then walking for 1 hour is way better, and if walking for 1 hour is way better, then walking for 2 hours is even better”. Now this kind of thinking and approach only exhibits the lack of knowledge and understanding about the physiological capacity of the human body. “Training Less” does work if done correctly in a disciplined manner, but “Training Less” doesn't mean that you do a certain activity “half-assed”, training less in a disciplined manner simply means training intensely for a short period of time in order to maximize its benefits and effectivity, here’s the source about this idea if you want to delve into its scientific explanations properly. (https://medium.com/@elias.ocaya/train-less-if-you-want-a-great-physique-and-to-avoid-a-plateau-cd83ede0ab1b)

Prologue: Planning [Pinned Post]

LISTEN UP!!! So the general plan is to construct a regimen for myself where I have a circulating four categories to work on each week. The four categories are:
Fundamentals
Color Theory
Anatomy
Composition/BG
To avoid burnout, I'm not going to put emphasis on how long I'm going to go for each day or try and get too organized and in my head. I made this system because I have pretty sporadic days where I'll have to go somewhere and be there for longer than intended. So in case I miss one day, it won't matter because the next day is a new opportunity or I'll have already drawn previously.
I want to be that guy that's studying with laser-focus 24/7 365, but I gotta realize that I'm just wired differently than your average art tips account or art guru. I gotta build up my structure, but I gotta build it nice and slow so it doesn't tumble over. So with this system, I'll always be improving, at the very least somewhat, rather than ALWAYS improving. (Plus I want time to goof off, I'm a silly guy damn it, I need my goof off activities)
But yeah, I at least wanna study for 15-30 min everyday. Sunday-Friday will be the studying days and Saturday will be dedicated to writing the journal entry for that week! (If I can't make the Saturday deadline, Sunday will be used in its place. And if so on, then so forth)
But yeah! This is experimental, so things are subjected to change and the categories might not stay the same forever. Plus they won't be the ONLY thing I'll study. But other than that, if ya got any tips, questions, resources, recommendations, or anything else that could help me or others that follow this blog, let me know!

Welcome! Great Things Ahead!

I'm so happy you stopped by today Hi!  My name is GmaKelly, I want to work with you, help you meet not only your needs but your wants and desires as well. Who am I I'm 61 and disabled.  But that doesn't define me.  I have 4 daughters and 8 grandchildren. At the age of 54ish I had a car wreck that left me disabled.  SSDI only pays so much.  My kids were paying my rent, buying my meds and most of my food.  It was a horrible feeling.  So I started looking online for way to supplement my income.  Then after reading page after page after page of all these different programs.  Getting insights here and there. Getting a feel for what's legitimate and maybe not so much. Then I found Wealthy Affiliate UPDATE: 3-27-23 I am currently at the end of my 3rd month, and still learning so much. I have approximately 38 Posts online. I'm really excited about this opportunity. Please feel free to read any of my other Posts to get a better feel of what Blogging for Money can involve. I did my Due Diligence and searched them out everywhere I could find.  I don't remember finding anything bad about them, the sign up was free and they would teach me to build a website.  So what have I got to lose.  So I took that first step. I set up my account and logged into the training.  Sometimes it felt confusing, but Kyle (One of the Founders) walked me through each step with video lessons.  So I was able to follow along fairly easily, or watch the video again, and maybe again. But with the Lessons in the Bootcamp it got easier and easier.  Then I went to the Search Bar and started reading and watching videos, learning as much as I could.  Making little upgrades to my website here and there.  Rolling this back, Adding this in.  Its an ongoing effort. I'll be honest I have worked diligenty since the day I signed up.  About 1 month in I realized I had mad a grave error with some of my posts and had to remove 10 posts from my site.  And then I took a different route forward.  I took a break from Posting.   I wrote as many posts (over 600 words, several over 800) as I coud come up with.  Leaving me with an Inventory of Posts to publish. Having the Backlog of Posts, takes the pressure off of having to have something to post tonight.  Always preparing new posts to replace those I posted. Post 3 Write 3. ( I did get off track on this, but I am working diligently to get back to that place). That is what happens when you procrastinate. Lesson learned everyday. So I posted at minimum 3 days a week and usually 5.  I purchassed Blog2Social in order to share my posts to my groups.  I currently have around 38 Posts online and have a couple I could post with some review and upgrading. Im very proud of my progress so far.  I've come along way from where this Journey started and I still have a long way to go.  But with this amazing program and the awesome people, I will do this and now I'm on my way to my success in life. I wanted to bring Wealthy Affiliate to as many people as possible so that we can move together as a group into our better lives. We can feel forgotten sometimes, I understand that, but the community and feeling of acceptance here is just so Heart Warming, Welcoming, and Every Person you talk to wants you to succeed and are there to answer any questions you have 24/7/365. I kid you not. I can log in a 2am, 3:30am Midnite, Noon, 7am, it doesn't matter someone is there to help you. How do I do this? I do this with the help and assistance of all of the people of Wealthy Affiliate. I followed along with the training, even when I didn't know what I was doing. I genuinely can’t believe that I’ve made it to 200 days, it’s truly been wild how time flies by like that and the amount of doodles I’ve made during that time. Over 200 doodles (217 to be exact if we’re counting double pictures/extra doodles) have been made over the past 200 days. :0
And thank you all so much for the love and support! Not only have we reached 200 days but also 1400+ followers about a week ago! <3
But, having said that I’d like to make a few announcements—some good, some not so great—about a few things regarding the blog, myself, and other stuff.

Announcements!
My pfp!
1.) I’ll be changing my pfp again!! I’ve officially decided that after every 100 days or so I’ll change up the pfp so it’s up to date with my doodle style (assuming it changed at all lol), but generally it’ll look relatively the same as the last!
Possibly more admins?
2.) As of right now I’m looking into the idea/possibility of having a second (maybe third?) person help me with daily doodles! As much as I’d like to keep doodling everyday there are some days that it can be tough or some situation might be happening. (i.e. recently got injured)
See, the problem is I don’t exactly have a proper way of trying this out??? My idea was to maybe do this through dms or more preferably Google Forms. I also don’t really know what form of communication afterward would be best either, suggestions to help me work this out would be great! (as you can tell I’m not very good at this stuff lol)
Commissions!
3.) After much consideration and a lot of thought, I’ve decided that in the near future, I’ll be opening commissions again for the first time in years. I don’t have everything set up quite yet, but expect more info in the near future!
About requests:
4.) You may have noticed recently that I haven’t been doing as many doodle requests recently. Sure, there’s usually quite a few in a row at once but you may have noticed I’ve also been doing “non-requested” doodles aka ones that I just do on my own.
Expect this to become a very normal thing going forward. I probably won’t be doing as many requests as before because frankly with the amount of requests I get daily when it’s open is a lot to handle sometimes. Does this mean requests will be stopped entirely? No, I’ll still do some occasionally, but not as much as I have in the past.
Also I’ll likely be doing strictly anonymous requests.
About Burnout:
5.) Alright let’s address the elephant in the room.
There have been quite a few instances where people have wondered if I would ever have burnout and have occasionally joked about “dying” from said burnout because “Silksong will never release, you’ll be doing this forever” etc etc.
In the past I’ve been fine, motivation has been great, but recently I’ve noticed it a little bit.
Unfortunately life has its own plans so it can be a little hard for me to make a doodle that day, expecially recently since I’ve been experiencing personal/medical issues. It’s part of the reason I’m hoping to get a second (maybe third) person to help me do daily doodles so I can take a little bit of the load off my shoulders.
So what does this mean for this blog?
Not much right now. But in the future, there may be some changes. My current plan is to keep going on daily doodles/posts for the length of a standard year, so roughly 365 days. After that, if things in personal life keep up the way they have, I may have to stop daily doodles and instead will post only if I have time. That likely means doodles every other day or every three days or something. At the very least I’ll still post a doodle once a week.
Not to worry though! I’ll still try my best even after I reach day 365 :)
I’ll discuss how things work a little more on my main @miizori later, but that’s as much as I can think to explain rn.

This community has been so cool to interact with, so much tamer than some others I’ve been apart of in the past. I’m genuinely thankful for how much support and how nice everyone has been. I truly didn’t expect to get this far, I was fully expecting to have stopped like 10 doodles in lol. I especially love to see all your comments in the tags and people sharing their art. You’re all so cool :)))
I have a dtiys from back when I reached 300 followers that’s still available if you’re feeling up to it!
Also my main (again, @miizori) is where I make updates on doodle stuff, regular art stuff and so on if you’re interested at all in that lol

December 2022|End of The Year
"These are reachable goals."
But not for me apparently.
I did not complete a single major goal this year.
But I did complete a lot of smaller ones and completed parts of the others. So I'm gonna focus on the good stuff and do myself a favor by condensing my goals.
You may also be wondering why it takes me so long to write.
I am a miserable perfectionist and I’m trying to break that. It’s just very hard for me.
But uh, Happy New Years to everyone! Everything is under the cut as usual.
Goals I Completed
Post Rewrite of Chapter 1 of Three Strikes.
Finish reading Dragon Republic.
Rewatch Season 1 of Red vs Blue
Draw Tarah (this is gonna 100% be annual because I love drawing Tarah)
Read the Lightning Thief.
Read Sea of Monsters.
Goals I Partially Completed/Didn’t Finish
Complete Chapter 2 of Three Strikes and post it.
It’s technically done. But I also screwed up the file while finishing it and it needs a few passes for punctuation.
Write/revise/proofread Chapter 3 of Three Strikes
It was mostly finished but then I got stuck for the better part of a year. A lot closer to finishing now, though. Then it’s about 2-3 edits from being finished.
Write Chapter 4 of Three Strikes
Currently being written.
Finish 1 arc (aside from the first arc) of Three Strikes
There are pieces of the first chapter done, but it’s definitely not ready to be read. Still better than a blank page, though. The second arc is planned to be about 4 chapters.
Design the main cast of a webcomic I’m planning Travelers
Tarah and Icarus need some finalization. As for everyone else I have concepts in my head, and even on paper in some ways. But they still aren’t full ideas.
Eliminate page clutter and update parts of my blog including tags
I do this one when I remember I have pages. Which is not very often but most of those pages aren’t public anyway.
