#13 - Ozpin and The Long Memory

Ozpin is the fourth and final challenge of the Vale Elite Four, making him the most powerful Pokémon trainer in Vale, after only the champions who bested him. When asked his secret, he chuckles and says, "Years of experience."

The Longest Memory is Ozpin's oldest and most trusted friend. She's literally seen everything, so she knows exactly how to avoid trouble. Often times, she'll look off in the distance for minutes to hours at a time. Ozpin is the only one who can break this spell by telling her, "You'll be outside soon enough."

#14 - Glynda Goodwitch and Disciplinarian

The third challenge of the Vale Elite Four, Glynda Goodwitch holds her position with an iron fist. In her off time as a member of the Elite Four, she is a Pokémon school professor, teaching children to become strong and compassionate trainers of the next generation.

Disciplinarian is both Goodwitch's opposite and her equal. In battle, Disciplinarian will viciously and mercilessly subdue any opponent in her way without hesitation, and will also take the time to tend to a crying child or wounded ally. At the same time, though, Disciplinarian will often be lazy and rely on her Psychic to resolve a minor inconvenience, and is often flirty with other Pokémon, and sometimes trainers, too.

#15 - Bartholomew Oobleck and Antiquity's Roast

The second challenge of the Vale Elite Four, Bartholomew Oobleck puts the petal to the metal with his fast speech and faster approach. He is the pillar that tests whether or not the first victory was a fluke. He is also a doctor of archeology, and is fascinated by ruins and the history of the world.

Antiquity's Roast is Oobleck's first Pokémon. He found the poor thing outside his father's coffee shop, pecking at any beans that fell loose from the bags. Sometimes, he would bring a handful to the inquisitive Fletchinder. Ever since, the two have been inseparable, as well as connoisseurs of coffee; a first in Pokémon-Human relations!

#16 - Peter Port and Blowhard

The first challenge of the Vale Elite Four, Peter Port revels in the thrill of Pokémon! The battles, the training, the hunting! He loves it all! If only his Pokémon showed the same enthusiasm.

Blowhard is among the most powerful Pokémon in the Elite Four, second only to The Longest Memory. Port is proud of his Pokémon, except he doesn't do anything! He never does anything! He just lazes about! Though, his attacks are quite terrifying to behold, so Port lets it slide.
