You know, blue poppies actually are the only ones of their kind to not have a meaning relating to lost war soldiers! As a matter of fact, many sources link their meanings back to those of traditional Victorian flower language. Yes, and if I remember correctly, some of these symbolic meanings range from peace and tranquility to imagination and luxury. Quite fascinating, no?
