Let´s start with a simple breakfast!
Chocolate Chip Bananapancakes
What you need:
- 3 Eggs
- 150ml Milk ( 1,5% or 3%, whichever you prefer)
- 100g Greek Joghurt
- 2 tbs baking soda
- 150g glutenfree Flour e.g. Schär Mix C
- 50g Chocolate Chips
- 1 ripe Banana
- Toppings, e.g. Blueberries, Sirup, Nuts
What you need to do:
Cut the banana in thin slices. Mix the eggs with milk and greek joghurt. Add the flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and combine well. The batter is supposed to run off your spoon smoothly. Heat a frying pan with some vegetable oil and pour the pancake batter into the hot pan. Add the banana slices before turning when the pancake is still soft. Now bake the pancake from the other side to a yummy golden brown.
Serve the delicious pancakes to yourself, your best friend or your kids with fresh fruit or other toppings. Don´t be affraid to be creative and try something new!
