What I had today a Togo box of Olive Garden salad with ranch dressing and 2 breadsticks I don’t know how many calories that was bc it’s Olive Garden but that’s all I’m eating today so I’m not to mad about it bc even if it’s 1,000 cals I won’t gain weight from it it it’s anything over that I’ll be upset I just think I’ll be ok bc it’s the only thing I will eat today I’ve been eating healthy Meals only once a day and today I’m starting a 2 day fast

So, I went to watch Oppenheimer today. The only important thing I learned from the movies is how amazing skinny looks? OMG! Cillian Murphy already was fit but he lost so much weight for the role, he couldn’t look better! Of course I did some research of how much he lost and how he lost that weight, and as Emily Blunt stated “he could only eat, like, an almond every day” AN ALMOND EVERY DAY!!!

Cillian Murphy, you made my day. Very restrictive diet on monday 🙈

I'm just crushed. He said he didn't know why he said that and he was sorry. I just can't justify it. I even thought about leaving him and move back to my hometown.

Aslında bu kötü yola gireli neredeyse 6-7 ay oluyor. Tabi onun öncesinde de zayıflama evresi.

40 kiloya kadar düşmüştüm ve okul başladığında misliyle geri aldım. Aslında max 20 kilo falan alırdım ama kusarak falan bu oldu. Şu an 50 kiloyum ve bedenimden gerçekten nefret ediyorum. Tekrar o eski incecik iskelet (!) halime dönmek için bugün adım atacağım. Kusmamakta kararlıyım sadece atak geçirdi geçirdiğimde bu yola başvuracağım. Bu sefer olacak yapacağım. Her gün gelip güncelleyeceğim. Birileri görmese bile ben ilerlememi göreceğim.
