Ok, fuck it, if “super fans” are scratching their heads then I’m talking too.

Mind you it’s only 5pm in UK so things can still change.

Look, generally seeing a cute pic of David and “thanks for being alive” my first reaction was wheyyyyy he wasn’t insulted and humiliated, that’s like super lovely considering who’s posting. Which is… sad that my only wish for today was please don’t insult him.

But people, who mind you, are not “terrible shippers”, noticed how weird it is how she’d be first to post that he’s a “loser” (may I add from myself that it was a selfie where he looks on the verge of a mental breakdown too) but when it comes to his birthday it’s a bland story that will disappear in a moment.

And, yeah, good point. I think it’s good that “normal fans” are noticing how much effort goes into the bad stuff and how little goes into the good stuff because it’s so blatant now.

Because this is a repeat of what we had earlier - a repost of his Critic’s Choice Award like it’s nothing, yet highlighting a trash article insulting him and saying “that’s better”.

She’s not going to take a pic with her “winner” and post about it, but she will take a selfie where he looks off for some reason and call him a loser and make it a post not a story? Hello?

At this stage, are people really not wondering what the fuck?

The song choice is yet again questionable, lack of warmth is well… I’m also curious considering the picture of David is old, it was followed with a dig at Michael, and… I think girl is losing it.

Interesting that after how staged Oliviers were, how separated the men were, how we saw the blurry video showing the real dynamic, David looking… unwell… and now a cold story.

Well. Maybe it’s still coming. So far we had both families sent to Disneyland to sell the happy family images and the men separated at Oliviers to make people forget about them (lol!) but I’m yet to see something not so staged - because things are slipping when they’re not in front of a camera. Are certain people not playing along anymore?

But - Kudos to the media, especially Radio Times, the love is flowing ❤️

Edit: We also saw from her posts for other people’s birthdays that she’s capable of a nice post if she wants to. She’s making a choice to be about DT the way she is.

Edit: Ok finding out it’s not even Jennifer’s Birthday today… Just a way to bury something about him the way she buried his Winning too.

"The ride system was perfected by Bob Gurr, gay icon. Seriously, any Disney gays and Haunted Mansion gays, thank gay icon, Bob Gurr for giving us an iconic ride vehicle and system. The whole ride is iconic. It inspired modern day horror tropes, gives goth kids a cool ride to enjoy as they pretend not to enjoy their trip with family when they actually do, has that really interesting spider story in the ballroom scene, X Atencio giving us an iconic song, story, script, and voice acting in the Lemme Outta Here ghost and the break down spiel, THE FREAKING STRETCHING ROOM, THE WALLPAPER!!!!!! Hatbox Ghost being an urban legend, with his existence being argued and questioned for years until we finally got a blurry picture confirmation and him coming back years later, ICONIC! Madame Leota and Little Leota! The hitchhiking ghosts!!! GHOST HOST!!!! The freaking conveyor belt at the end of the attraction that you step off to and if your not careful, it's easy to almost fall, accidentally giving one last scare before you leave the ride and makes you realize how clumsy you are? Iconic. "

"This is a ride that I was absolutely terrified of when I was a little kid. I actually have photographic evidence of this (ask for it if you'd like). But, my goodness, this rough start only made me love it all the more as I grew up. This is such a fun and goofy ride despite the morbid theme and occasional eerie bits! It's a duality. The ghosts have such a personality and the Ghost Host is such a charming guide (and I find the fact that he abandons you to go join the swinging wake hilarious, especially because you wander into the attic with Constance when unguided). It's just such a well-crafted ride! There's so much to see and I never get tired of it. The Doombuggy itself is an ingenious way to move people through the ride with such a distinctive design. The Ghost Host raising and lowering the lap bar for you is neat (fun fact, The Phantom in Phantom Manor is a terrible host and doesn't do this for you, probably because he's too busy planning your death. Asshole.). The effects in the ride are so cool and hold up, especially the Pepper's Ghosts effect. The rooms are distinct and eccentric. The Grim Grinning Ghosts song is absolutely delightful, and it's such a nice touch that you can distinguish the vocals of different ghosts you see in the graveyard. I should also just give a shout-out to the soundtrack for the ride as a whole, which wonderfully warps the Grim Grinning Ghosts theme to match the scene you're in. The ride also does such a good job of plunging you straight into the experience with facade of the mansion (I adore the look of the conservatory) and the queue. The tombstones are so funny and I really appreciate the interactive elements they added in the exterior section. And then you get inside the mansion, hear the Ghost Host's narration, and get into the Stretching Room. How can I describe that room other than frightfully fun? So, why Walt Disney World instead of Disneyland? I prefer experiencing the changing portraits on the ride rather than in the queue. I love the library as the setting for the busts that watch you. The music room with the ghost you can only see in shadow playing a version of Grim Grinning Ghosts is captivating. And, my goodness, the staircase room takes my breath away and I love watching the ghostly footsteps on the stairs. It's even going to have the Hatbox Ghost soon (I am not weighing in on the discourse over the potential location for him).

"I love it. I love ghosties. I love the effects. I love women who murder their husbands. I love the jaunty tunes. I love having to stop for 4 minutes not even partway into the ride and having to watch the same things going on for ages. I love a good ghoul ride, man "

The basement is an interesting setting for the final part of the queue. The generators, lights, and floor indicator malfunctioning helps build your anticipation. The friggin elevator moving into the hallway and into a new shaft when the electrical ghosts make their appearance and you enter the Twilight Zone is so impressive. The dropping and rising of the elevator is such fun and I love the randomized events they added. I have to say, though, that ventriloquist dummy in the unloading room still makes me uncomfortable."

I found myself in a forum about ariana's relationship and let me tell you her timelines are messy. I'm not saying she cheated on all her exes but kinda? like dating jai and hanging with big sean. dating ricky, going to disneyland with mac and in 2018 saying she told her manager in 2016 "she would marry pete, as a joke" after meeting him on snl (she was with ricky), going out with pete after the met gala 2018 but hm she a announced the break up with mac days after the met. in 2016 she said her whole family knew she'd end up with malcom since 2013 but she was in a long term relationship and so was mac during that time. Idk maybe the relationships were always on the rocks and she was always looking for a "getaway car" but is weird that the timelines always blurry a bit.

oh i saw a few things about that online .. yeah there does tend to be a pattern and i agree it’s weird that the timelines always blur a bit especially when old girlfriends have come out saying that their ex-boyfriend was cheating on them with ariana 😵‍💫

Contrary to popular belief, Ladybug and Chat Noir weren’t in love. That didn’t stop them from having fun with it.

Notes:

Random oneshot, I know, but my brain is so freaking dry and this scenario hasn’t left me alone for a few days now. S1 LadyNoir has my heart in a vice grip, and I miss it desperately. For those who still have requests to fill, please be patient - I’m working as hard as I can.

It was a quiet night in Paris, a nice change for once.

One of the finest restaurants in the city saw another packed night, its patrons chatting pleasantly over delicious food, the skyline draped in evening noir the perfect backdrop.

Unbeknownst to most, two young adults crammed themselves into one of the booths, a bottle of expensive wine and decadent food split between them as they talked and laughed quietly amongst themselves. Their usual bright costumes were more subdued tonight, thanks to their kwamis’ power, and both donned crisp evening wear for the occasion.

A cat hero, with a comfy-looking turtleneck and black slacks, and a lady in a sleek crimson pantsuit with heels, both in matching domino masks - hardly an odd sight nowadays, since the exploits of Ladybug and Chat Noir led to the masks being a favored accessory by the youth of the city.

A sudden sharp gasp of delight cut through the murmur of the room, and one by one the tables fell silent as Chat Noir all but squealed in excitement. “Yes, of course I will! Oh, milady, you shouldn’t have!”

Just as quickly as silence fell upon the dining room did an even louder murmur ripple through it, excited patrons whispering and pointing, some pointing their cameras at the pair.

Ladybug knelt before her partner with a velvety black box, a shining ring with a sizeable diamond sitting proudly on its crown.

“He said yes!” Ladybug exclaimed, and the dining room erupted into applause and cheering for the heroes.

One of the waiters hurried over, obviously starstruck as he stumbled over his words to the duo. “Oh, oh my, congratulations to you both. May I get you anything off the dessert menu? On the house for the heroes of Paris, of course!”

Chat Noir and Ladybug exchanged a look of amusement, almost as if recalling a particularly humorous inside joke.

“The cherry cheesecake,” Ladybug stated, voice belying her mirth.

“I still can’t believe they buy it,” Chat Noir wheezed as they stumbled to their usual meeting spot, laughter bouncing off the roofs.

“I still can’t believe you kept that fake ring!” Ladybug jabbed with another bark of laughter, shaking the box. “That was, what, our last year of collége?”

“The Disneyland Paris trip,” he nodded, clutching his stomach. “Stop, stop, I have to stop laughing or I’m gonna throw up!”

The heroes sat side-by-side against a chimney as their laughter petered out to a chuckle.

Ladybug wiped her eyes, careful of her eyeliner, and Chat heaved a long, satisfied sigh.

The breeze was cool despite the summer heat, the moon shining brightly above despite the clouds floating lazily by.

It took all of a few seconds before one of them started giggling again.

“Ladybug,” Chat wanted to sound accusatory, but he couldn’t help it when he started laughing as he watched his partner double over with the force of it.

“The- the tabloids!” She cried, raucous cackling bubbling up despite her best efforts. “Alya is going to kill me when she finds out!”

“What, that Ladybug and Chat Noir got engaged for the twenty-third time?” He crowed, his shoes clacking against the rooftop as he began stomping his feet, vision going blurry from his laughing.

Somewhere else in the neighborhood, a light flicked on in one of the windows and someone shouted something - and it was enough to surprise them into silence for a moment before their giggling resumed, more muted this time.

“More like Ladybug and Chat Noir are a couple of menaces who disrupt the poor citizens of Paris of their sleep,” she snorted, resting her head against Chat’s.

“We’re the worst,” he agreed, another huff of a laugh escaping him as they finally began to calm down, staring up at the sky.

Then here comes Disney and the Disney picture leak. Hey, finally, the “more pictures” we’ve been talking about. There was, and still is, debate about whether that moment was real or PR// IMO if disney was PR it would be clear pictures facing them front and center not blurry 3 second videos from behind and in the background of pics from extended family (especially when the pics also included family members he has been very clear about wanting to keep out of the spotlight)

That’s essentially where my hang up on specifically Disney is. I did feel like everything prior to Disney felt calculated and like a big PR push. But if Disney was meant to be used as a PR moment, in my opinion, they would have had clear photos of the two of them looking happy that tabloid click bait articles would have been written about. Headlines along the lines of “Chris Evans and girlfriend Alba Baptista looking happy during a day at Disney!” Or something similar. Even his one day Disneyland outing with Lucy Pinder led to articles. Chris and Alba at Disney? Crickets. 🦎

Summary of Disneyland Paris day for ur return!:: the gang +maia minus will and yaz (👀👀👀🎥👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨?) were there together and there's a lot of cute pictures so far of them with fans & at some point kit and maia got matching mickey jumpers, v wholesome, and there's also a blurrier pic of kit and bash standing next to each other w her and joe on their backs all posing for a photo that i really hope is posted at some point 😍😋 hoping they post pics on their instas in the coming days too 🤞💗💛

I saw a pic and came to know Maia was with them before I logged out of Tumblr but I hadn't seen pics of her and kit wearing same jumpers and the blurry pic you're talking about, that's so cute 🥺 I first went to check the cast's insta to see if they've posted anything before logging on Tumblr, absolutely love the Disneyland pics they're so wholesome. Behind the Fic: TW:OPT - Chapter 151-156

Happy birthday to me. Here’s a Wallmart chapter update instead of the TW:OPT Finale I wish I can do *yeets chapter*

WARNING: This will contain a bit of spoiler for the newest chapters of my fan fiction Twisted-Wonderland: Our Precious Treasure.

So, the line might be blurry. I should’ve written my notes after each chapter. So, spare me if I forget a lot of details.

Chapter 151: Grim Grinning Ghosts Come Out to Socialize

This chapter is Kalim’s POV because I want to make it an at least smooth transition from the previous arc to the next. While Kalim is not a big player in the arc, he’s still there.

So, there is an idea about the spell that Kalim mentioned. "Postestas Destruam'' comes from two Latin words: "postestas'' means "authority, Power, control, Dominion, force, might'' and "destruam" means "tear down". This is a spell that can break mind control spell/power, for example, Jamil’s Snake Whisper.

The idea was, that if in the future, there are more hypnotists involved, Kalim, who has experienced them, can break it. So, you can take this as he’s maybe traumatized from what happened in the training camp. However, I assure you that this doesn’t mean that he doesn’t trust Jamil anymore. Just a safety precaution.

I actually really like the parallel between Azul/Jonah dan Kalim/Jamil, that’s why Azul commented how Kalim changed a bit because himself had changed as well.

The fight scene here is really short. I think my friend suggested a fight from the Power Ranger series so I just took a random compilation clip.

So, yeah. Jonah got kidnapped. Told you so.

A small throwaway line from Rook. Yes, I will be giving them some idol outfits for their VDC performance because it’s a crime not to!

Eliza’s full name is taken from various names of the Beating-Heart Bride since it seems that’s Yana’s inspiration. Those names are “Mélanie Ravenswood” from the Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris and “Elizabeth Henshaw” from The Haunted Mansion 2003 film.

Now, let’s talk about the whole reincarnation thing. Originally, I’m keeping this for future chapters, however, I think because of the flow of the chapter, I decided to write it. The whole thing is my Retelling Doctrine, which will be explained more in the final episode.

However, I did hint about some cycles. One example is in Chapter 116 with Vil. But I’m taking liberties for the reason why the plot follows the Disney movies.

Chapter 152: Desired Requirements for the Bridegroom

This chapter is in Riddle's POV. I forget the reasoning, but I think honestly I can't pick, so we go with Riddle default. Besides, he has a major role in the arc. Also, I need to have at least one Riddle POV since, you know, his crush is kidnapped lol.

The return of BirdDad lol

Yes. Sam tried to fight the ghosts when they kidnapped Jonah and Idia. You guys will see it in Chapter 155.

Now, this is where I kinda struggle between the original scenario where "Eliza has this too much standard" and the new "Eliza wants the man with the same soul", so all these criteria are meaningless. However, I think this when I decided "wait, what if the prince charming is real, but with a twist?" So, this is the birth of "Eliza has two people she once in love with before Jonah." You'll see this in Chapter 156.

And that is how we still use the original "Eliza has this too much standard" plot point while still applying " Eliza wants the man with the same soul". A bit flimsy? Yeah, sorry about that.

Actually I once forgot to copy-paste a whole section (I think it was where Cater asked about what if the ideal prince gives the ring), but it was fixed how. Well, that was embarrassing.

Chapter 153: Changing the Topic at my Own Discretion

Vil POV chapter let's go.

Now, remember in canon Vil changed from "atashi" to "boku"? Similar to Indonesian Floyd, the change of speech wouldn't work well in writing form compared to the visual/audio form. Most writing I think would just ignore that line and technically I did as well.

To substitute this, I decided to show the whole "future headmaster Vil" thing because we hadn't seen this since Chapter 140

Relating to what Azul mentioned in Chapter 127, Vil knows various secrets of the school, including secret passageways.

When writing headmaster!Vil, I do have a vision that he has more authority than all students. Like, he can expel a student with the agreement from Crowley.

Floyd is not scared of normal!Vil, but is threatened by headmaster!Vil.

I mean, I always see Vil as someone who would probably be placed in the top-rank student. Also, considering this is something that Neige doesn't have, he would work hard for it as well. Imagine an idol being a headmaster. So, he knew more spells, including barrier spells as mentioned many times below.

Eliza is the same here, however, canon never said her real age (to be fair she's a ghost). I always headcanon him being a teen around the same age as the main cast which is why she would marry Idia and is quite a brat. Like, don't deny that all of us are selfish brats during our teen years (I know I was). However, I kinda de-aged her again, so now she's thirteen years old, a tween, and even more of a brat lol!

Obligatory Hamilton reference. Like, come on, her name is Eliza! This song fit her! (and watch this cute animatic) And Vil rapping because why not. I might change the lyrics when I'm editing this.

Chapter 154: Fakes Who Don’t Understand a Maiden’s Heart

There's not much change between this chapter and canon since this is just retelling the next slapping scene.

Trey POV honestly came out of nowhere. Like, I'm trying to pick someone's POV and Trey seemed to be the easiest.

And then I ended up making Trey a bit as a jerk...? Mostly the reasoning is he doesn't know Jonah much so his feeling (platonic) toward him is weak. Which, yes, like what I mentioned in the Jonah’s relationship chart I made, I do intend to not make Jonah close to everyone since, again, this is not a harem story. Trey in is the category of 'acquaintances with Jonah' compared to Riddle 'friend to Jonah', so there is still this distance between Trey and Jonah.

You think the groom will be Idia, but it was him: Jonah! Told you there’s going to be a twist here. I’ve planned this for a long time!

Chapter 155: Please Marry Me, Dear Ideal Prince

The return of Jonah Argentum after not appearing since Chapter 149 (but honestly is role in Kalim's Disappearance Arc is also a bit minor)

This is the first chapter I've ever wrote for this arc and is intended to be the first chapter. However, after the end of the previous arc, to make it flow better, this chapter served as a flashback chapter. Which I think was our first ever full flashback?

‘Kyoto Nya Nya’ is a parody of Tokyo Mew Mew. I headcanon it’s a Queendom of Rose magical girl series lol

There’s a tiny influence from Barbie a Fairy Secret. Because it also involves kidnapping an unwilling groom (Ken)

Sam to the rescue!

I asked my Discord friend whether I should give Sam a gun like I did in the Kingdom Hearts AU, and it was a hard yes. The difference is KH AU Sam has two guns like a cowboy while OPT Sam has a musket like the American Revolution War gun (thanks, Hetalia).

Sam's unique magic is made up. The chants came from the Friend from the Other Side, the name is the word “facile” from Dr. Facelier, and the concept is similar to Bungou Stray Dogs Ryuunosuke Akutagawa’s Rashomon.

Sam’s fight against the ghosts is based on Mami Tomoe vs Gertrude from Episode 2 of Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime

Jonah's groom's suit is inspired by Noctis' final wedding suit from Final Fantasy XV ending.

I may or may not have tried to make Eliza more likable. I already love her from the beginning, but the accidental lore makes me want to add more to her while still maintaining that childishness we’ve seen in canon. We shall see in the next chapter.

Chapter 156: Boy, You Got Me Helpless!

The original title of this chapter was 'Once Upon a Dream'. You know the Sleeping Beauty song. But I changed it again to continue with the Hamilton references train.

Now. Why even bother giving Eliza a full-chapter backstory? Honestly, even if this arc is a lighter tone, there are some important plot points here and there. And Eliza with Jonah's ancestors is one of them. I'll explain more in the final episode.

Another thing is I do want to explore one possibility of why Eliza is like that. I don't want it to make Eliza just some lovesick brat with no things backing her up. So, why not make her story somewhat of a tragedy?

However, I do admit it was weak, because: 1) Heartbreak story was never my strongest suit, (2) I am on a time crunch. I'll be probably editing this in the rewrite.

Actually, there was a difference from the first draft. Originally, Eliza and Felipe were genuinely in love with each other (inspired by Noctis and Lunafreya's relationship in FFXV), but Eliza was killed on the way to the wedding. However, this contradicts the other plan of having Jonah as the groom and his ancestor thing, so Eliza's story was changed so Felipe, who fulfilled his criteria, rejected her, and Jonah's ancestors renewed that love.

The names in Eliza's past are inspired by some England royal family. We have King Henry VIII (King Heinrich (the dad)), Anne Boelyn (Queen Anna (the unnamed mom)), Edward VI (Prince Eduard (the unnamed brother)), Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (Prince Felipe), Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark (King Andreas (the prince's father)), Princess Alice of Battenberg (Queen Alissa (the prince's unmentioned mother)).

I gave Chubby a real name Christopher. My first thought was Christopher Robin.

We don't exactly know how old Eliza is but what we know is that she's a spoiled brat who doesn't take 'no' for an answer. Huh, that sounds like something a teenager or someone younger would do. Thus, she is now a ghost of a 13 years old princess. Like, when else are you gonna find a petty brat, especially on the internet?

Also, Eliza being 13 and Felipe being 16 is a Romeo and Juliet reference.

More Hamilton reference. We're still using 'Helpless' for this so for the title and "1 week later, 2 weeks later". I decided to stretch it to one month. Still, one month of a long-distance relationship through letters is still a short time.

Ad the last part "she looks like a horse" is from the TV show The Tudors. No, I never watched it, I just found a compilation of the queens and saw King Henry called Anne of Cleves that.

So, about Jonah's ancestor, Nathan Ferrer. They are twisted from the same character (which will be revealed in the finale), but the name has an influence from Nathaniel Flint from Treasure Planet.

The first name is taken from Nathan Drake, or “Nate”, The protagonist of the video game series Uncharted, which includes four main games: Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. The last name is taken from Jaume Ferrer, a Majorcan sailor and explorer who sailed from Majorca to find the legendary "River of Gold" on 10 August 1346, but the outcome of his quest and his fate is unknown.

When I'm making Nathan Ferrer for the first time, I honestly don't know what he would look like. But then I remembered One Piece existed. So, I decided, since Shanks kinda has Jonah's looks, it's only fair that Nathan Ferrer has Monkey D. Luffy looks.

Actually, relating to the whole early Retelling Doctrine, Nathan's name was not supposed to appear at all. His name would only be revealed in the last episode of this arc. But because of the change in Eliza's backstory, he was namedropped in this chapter.

This is also related to Eliza's backstory change. Because there were two love interests, it would be better to not get confused.

Azul and Riddle's last-minute appearance was not supposed to be there, but I had trouble ending the chapter, so have a cliffhanger.

this weekend I went to various cities surrounding/in los angeles including anaheim, hollywood, and long beach! I have posted the photos according to the prompt given:

1. this lion fish was captured at “aquarium of the pacific” located in long beach, ca. i totally forgot to keep in mind what kind of lion fish this was but i’ve never seen anything like it. the lion fish i know of have stripes and all sorts of patterns, however, this one didn’t stand out too much. i feel bad saying that but its true! poor little guy was just chillin’ in one spot of the tank but that allowed me to get a somewhat clear shot of him.

2. a fleeting moment i managed to capture was one of many fireworks going off during one of disneyland’s firework shows. we were able to see them from the roof of our hotel located in anaheim, ca! i’ll admit it was pretty hard getting a clear and decent picture but i finally captured one i was happy with :)

3. the third photo is our fellow hotel peeps getting ready to celebrate the same firework show on the roof of our hotel!

4. this is a photo of the queen mary located in long beach, ca. it is said to be one of the top haunted ships in the world and is quite famous for it! i’ve done research on it and was excited to hear that we were headed towards it however it was closed therefore no ghost ship adventures for me! although i was excited i also dreaded the idea of being on a ship where hundreds of people have perished. this ones a little blurry because I had to zoom in a bunch (it was super far)!

5. the last photo i have here is a picture of my boyfriend! he hesitantly posed for the camera at 6:40PM friday afternoon (9/2) and the lighting looks almost too good (to me at least hehe). the picture looks a little cooler but we took it again on the rooftop of our hotel with his face right in the direction of the sun.

overall view:

as we know, i went to my first game! so, honestly, that made my entire month. this and disneyland. already planning on going to two games next season, so more in-person game content will be coming within the next season.

also some good things that happened was blanks, kj, pow-man, matty, briss and bords making their debut. i have way too many photos of a blurry screen.

still in a very big reading slump, so hoping to get out of it next month. there are a few books i'm excited to read, so i'll check those out.

almost done with school. next time i do one of these i'll either be going into finals week or finals will already be over. hopefully, i do well.

hopefully next month will be better :)

my story was supposed to end a week ago. when i was at disneyland,

i was going to jump off a building during the fireworks.

so my last sight would at least be a pretty one

i wanted my last sight with blurry tear stained eyes to be the bright fireworks lighting up the night
