bnt 3 spoilers ahead!!!

i just find it so hilarious that they gave the whole marriage counseling plot thread despite the fact that 1) The princesses have always been and were always just sexy lamp prizes for bill and ted and the movie made no attempt to develop them as individuals to make it make sense for WHY bill and ted needed to learn to love their wives as individuals (them choosing to play drums and keys and them being good at in in bogus journey was hot but thats all the agency they get) and 2) they some how became worse people without their wives even though they had each other??? it was so funny to me as a bit but in terms of a character development stand point it would make More Sense to paint ONE of them losing their wife while the other DIDN'T and that casuing a shift to their dynamic as the two of them bounce from marriage to remarriage to divorce at different rates because THEY are individuals, THUS motivating them to love their wives as individuals so they didn't lose that great Og Wyld Stallyns dynamic. but they didn't do that so ajsjsjekw
