Upon the seaway, where tranquil waters lie,
A boat does float, beneath the soft blue sky.
The tree stands guard, its green arms reaching high,
In mirrored depths, their twin reflections spy.
A docked boat waits, for hands to set it free,
To join its kin, upon the glassy sea.
The shoreline’s edge, a wanting canopy,
Yet shielding the vessel from life's cacophony.
Oh, tranquil scene, you stir the heart to dream,
Of peaceful days, and life's slow, gentle stream.
In nature's grasp, all worldly cares do seem,
Like fleeting shadows, in the sunlight's gleam.
So let us pause, and in this moment, find,
The quiet corners of the restless mind.
