Hello this is the anon who ask about the "angst" thing. I don't know if you're still interested but the only show that I can think of is Boku no Ita Jikan or the Hours Of My Life in English. It's a Japanese drama where the protagonist had ASL (a disease that makes his entire body shuts down) and how him and the people around him cope with it so yeah there's a lot of angst in that show

hiii, thank you for your recommendation. I watched it last night, and now I'm already on episode 3. i enjoy it so far but knowing that he has also passed away in real life, makes it a bit painful to watch honestly.
