You ever just feel the fat on your body?? Like every movement, every lung expansion, every muscle tighten and you just can’t stand it. The fat jiggling, the fat in the way of being pretty?? Just the feeling of being overly disgusting?? To the point that you can’t stand even sitting in the fetal position cus you can’t stand to be in your own body??

(Some snacks I forgot to picture, I had another rice cake and cereal bowl later in the day)
Total; 522 (was going for 500 but not strict, not too mad)
Exercise; skateboarding/walk 1.5hr, .5hr pacing around kitchen, some sit ups + burpees 160
Over all: 362 :(
Onto some more studying! High GPA low BMI has been my mantra since the start of the semester

How i dont gain weight in forced recovery
as of many people in forced recovery we are orthostatique, which basically means your blood pressure changes to much from sitting to standing. And the cure for this is food, i wish it wasn’t but it is…And don’t stress yet because there are ways to avoid weight gain
i haven’t gained even a pound in the hospital and since
It does help a lot that i am naturally am skinny and have a fast metabolism, but here are my tips
work out: try to burn as much as your eating or half at least, just move a lot overall, walk to school, watch shows while on the treadmill, do bed exercises while on your phone, the list goes on and on.
subliminals: search up like 0 pound subliminals on youtube or smth like that, i listen to model ones hence i want to be a model as my profession, but i listen to a lot and you just have to really believe in them (and they will work)
manifest: this goes with the last one, manifest keeping your physique no matter how much you caloric intake is
hide food from parents: YOU NEED TO WEAR A BAGGY SWEATER IN MEAL TIMES!! shove the food in your pockets while there looking away
heavy things in your pockets while being weighed: if you know you’ve lost weight or think you have you need to do this in hospital or doctors!! i have to be in a gown when they weigh me so they can see that i don’t have clothes that make me heavier, but you get to keep underwear and bras on so i like to get boy short underwear, which are more like shorts i guess and then i sew pockets on them, and then i get thin weighs that are not noticeable and put them in there
