uhhhh so hi a while ago i was hospitalized bcs of my “ed” since i got out i have been constantly in a binge restrict cycle but mostly binge like ALOT of binges. i put on around 12 kgs.
it was an attempt to recover but looking back at it i was just eating like a fucking pig. sooo now i’m stuck with these binges while i really really really need to lose those 12 kgs again,,,
so that’s why i am making this blog to keep me motivated and stop me from fucking binging and get on track again oki bye ly all
