what if part of the reason why snow hated katniss so much wasn't only because she was essentially lucy gray coming to haunt him, but because she reminded him of sejanus? the way sejanus always had to do what was right and so did katniss. and coriolanus always had to save sejanus, either because his actions would have hurt them both (coriolanus by association) or because coriolanus simply thought what sejanus was doing was wrong. so when katniss eventually ended up becoming the mockingjay (which was obviously major bad news for snow), snow couldn't stop the rebellion and her consequences. he couldn't save himself from someone elses doing when he's been able to do that since the 10th hunger games.
idek if this makes sense but it was just a thought i had

Does it make sense to make fanart for a book that does not yet exist? Yes. I think yes.
I may have spent all night drawing it in a haze, but when I found out @jazzfordshire small town au is turning into a book, the whole thing was beyond my control.
I'm just so excited and proud of Jazz! I can't wait to read all about Dani and Eleanor and to have this book proudly sit on my shelf!

Taylor take Alex's role so serious, I was reading a interview that he gave and boy... he read the book, watch western shows to get the spirit, talk to his friends and even he's mom about their perspective on the book. He's know it's a movie about romance but also about a young men learning about his on sexuality, his fears, learning to love and to be loved... He is the perfect as Alex on a screen can get.

not to brag but my bf once said to me ''i hope the film adaptation of your favourites books will have an excellent cast, and doesn't miss out any major point in the plot, or nuances in development character ''

Honest Writer Thoughts
I need someone to create a successful live adaptation of one of my books so that I can be invited to and attend a red carpet event, where I can finally wear a glamorous and expensive gown.

i think the movie did exceptionally well in showing how lucy gray has always been able to control snakes (her being the songbird), but snow being a snake could never control the songbirds and how he grew to have this hatred and fear of songbirds which ended up consuming him. like his paranoia of his inability to control songbirds, which is made worse by the fact that mockingjays aren't even supposed to exist and in that way defy the capitol etc etc, literally ends up controlling *him* until his death

I am of the personal opinion that out of all the adaptations of PJO. INCLUDING THE ONE THE AUTHOR WROTE. The most accurate, true to the story, and entertaining one is, in fact, the musical.

Like c’mon Luke’s Reprise of Good Kid? Normal is a Myth? The Di Angelo Sibling Cameo? Hades being the most homo man to exist??? GOOD KID??
All of Charon’s song is iconic. MY GRAND PLAN???? THE CAMPFIRE SONG?? LOST! ???
Luke’s Song makes me want to cry it gets the essence of his character while still making him sound INSANE. Everyone is characterized to be themselves and funny at the same time. INCLUDING ANNABETH.
And the characters can be played by ANYBODY!!
THE ICONIC QUOTES:
Poseidon *pointing happy*: It’s a seashell
Percy *to the audience*: like I said…weird
-
Hades: And WHYYY…WOUUULD…IIII…WHANT…THAHAT???
-
Bianca(?): Why me and my brother got here just yesterday!! May 1st…
The Gang: Oh
Bianca(?): 1939
Percy: Uh…we can sleep on the road instead!!!
-
Chiron *to himself* Hmmm…well…it could be…the prophecy does state….
Chiron *to Percy*: BUUUUuut I’m sure it’s nothing, have a nice day Percy. *happily trots away*
-
Annabeth: Sexist much??
Percy: Oh no, I love girls… I think they’re very nice.😄
