Y'know finally getting around to writing my grimoire feels really satisfying when I've found the reassurance that my ND brain *can* in fact make it with things that interest me, I can do it any way I can, and I can make it any order.

There's no clear line of sorts with what must be in there, it's a personal book for *you* and that's something I genuinely gotta remember. It's not a book of mirrors, I'm not making it to be viewed by others. Especially if it isn't something that's interesting to me, why waste space with unfinished pages about topics that don't interest me in the slightest and aren't actually relevant to my journey and how I perform within the craft.

That all, the fact that I was under the influence that there's a specific line of things that needs to be in there had me procrastinating making the grimoire for about two years or so. Because my brain could not break it down, because that's how it was in my eyes put out to be and it made me genuinely quite discouraged to even try figuring out how to make a grimoire back then.

But now I'm back bby and making it into a notion slowly bc i have no interest in a physical grimoire and keeping it around bc it's not interesting enough to my brain lol.

Honey Spell Jar

Sweeten your life with this hoodoo practice of making a spell jar. Jar work can be used to bring good to your own life and trouble to others. There are three main jar works; honey jar, sour jar, and freezer work. Today we are focusing on bringing good our lives with a honey jar.

Hoodoo is a form of African American magic, also known as conjure. Hoodoo blends a combination of traditions that include African and Native American practices as well as Christianity and European folk magic.

Remember in hoodoo there is no threefold law or any idea of karma.

This is one of my favorite spells to do because it involves a few of my favorite things 💜jars and 💜honey

First take some time and think of some areas of your life that needs sweetening. Love, money, healing etc. Gather your items needed to do your work. You'll need a jar or container, desired ingredients for desired outcome. Petition paper with name if intended a photo will also work. Add trinkets and sweetener. Seal your jar with wax. When ever you need a little sweetness in your life burn a candle on top of your jar.

Honey- to sweeten situations or to sweeten others. Persuade others your way

Oils- essential oils are great to set intentions

Heart shaped... - draw love

Money- to raise financial status

Herbs and crystals- choose herbs and crystals that correspond with your intention

So I'm rewatching Charmed (1998) and I noticed in the first season the shape-shifter is able to touch the book, but not able to take it out of the house. But in later seasons evil isn't even able to touch the book, it just gets repelled. It got me thinking and was there ever an explanation? Besides just being a plot hole I'm thinking it could be that when they first get their powers the book won't let anything take it out of the house but as they grow closer as sisters and more powerful as witches it strengthens the books power to protect itself. Just a theory 🤷‍♀️ if anyone knows if there was an actual explanation I'd love to hear it!! Or any theories yall have!
