Eat a daily serving of fruits and greens, take your vitamins, hydrate yourself, deep condition your hair, do yoga, elevate your mind with reading, put your phone away, uninstall social media from your phone, be present in each moment, start jogging, make choices out of love instead of fear, and choose to spend your time celebrating yourself like the masterpiece that you are.
One thing that I can guarantee you is that if you don't take controll of your life , people will gladly controll you . So quit talking and start doing shit . It happens one day at a time. So be patient and calm . You might face failures on the way but don't you dare give up hope or give in to the shit that people tell you .
Time to move on and get yourself together. Get out of the victim mindset. Yes, it's healthy to release your emotions, but there comes a time you know to get your s#it together.
Say f#ck you to the naysayers and your negative thoughts, and be the boss person that you are.
visiting a derm/investing in skincare > buying tons of make-up to pile unto problematic skin to hide the issue
investing in quality (and yes, potentially expensive) shoes > hoarding piles of cheap shoes that last a few months or a season
intentional therapy sessions to take accountability over your self > dating anyone who comes along and victimizing yourself/blaming others over the bad relationships you attract (aka accept)
acting (intentionally choosing the life you wish to have) > reacting (only responding to whatever life throws your way).
In conclusion, quality over quantity. Focus on building a strong and healthy foundation first, and focus on the rest later, otherwise you're repeating the same cycle to your own detriment (financial or health wise).

For me Sunday is about self care and making my upcoming week a bit easier. On a Sunday I will sleep in a bit later than usual. Then my day looks something like this:
Have a latte
Continental breakfast
Hot bath, facial, moisturizer
Audiobook whilst I'm in the bath
Get into lounge wear
Foot spa
Make a soup for lunch to have with some sourdough
Get any housework out of the way (I prefer us to do our own housework - it keeps me grounded and sets an example for my children)
Watch a TV show or film with the family
Read
Nap
Prepare and eat Sunday dinner
Get ready for bed early
Relax with my husband
I always drink lots of water throughout the day, and eat plenty of fruit. I don't touch wine on Sunday because it's my reset day.
Having a reset day helps prevent burnout. Success takes a lot of energy, so it's important to ensure that you're recharging your batteries regularly. You want to be healthy, focused, and energetic.
