FICTOBER/GHOULTOBER day 4

(I really need tp come up with a consistent like thing up here)

(Mist x aurora?)

“Do you even know what that means?”

Warnings: fluffy tooth rotting levels its like pure suger

Today Mist was buried in a mystery novel in the common room of the retired ghoul quarters. Her small frame wrapped up in a blanket as she sat in the biggest arm chair. She has a cup of tea on a leather table attachment on the arm rest. She was cozy to say the least. She had been like this all morning the other retired ghouls are doing more exciting things today for sure. Omega was in the spa giving the siblings of sin and others very deserved massages. Sunshine was practicing her part in the latest play for the 50th time this week (its only Tuesday). And the rest? Who knows definitely not here tho so when mist’s ears perk up to the sound of the door opening.

“Hey omega why you back so early?” She greets who she assumes is omega coming back from the spa early but shes greeted instead with a different voice. “Hi..uhm I’m not omega” mist looks up from her book for the first time all morning. A small ghoulette stands before her. Beautiful purple and black hair which what looks like stars in her hair. Her violet horns curl into a heart shaped at her tips. She is covered in teal bioluminescent stripes with white freckles which is how she got her name aurora.

Mist is staring now and looks confused before saying “Why are you here?”

Aurora starts fiddling with her hands before mumbling something “speak up i have old ghoul ears” mist giggles.

“i uhm..i wantedtomeetyouguysimsorry” aurora stumbles and looks down nervously.

Mist nods and looks at her “the rest are busy and no need to apologize” aurora look at mist disappointed because she just wanted to hang out with mist.

Mist realizes what she really wanted snd covers her mouth with the book as she smiles flattered and looks back at aurora as she steps to leave.

“You know im free though wanna come sit with me” they were both small enough to fit the the chair.

Aurora hurries over and sits snuggly in the chair her head leaning on mist.

“What are you reading?” Aurora says tilting her head up at mist

“Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie”

Aurora’s eyes transfix on the book in mists hands and start reading something on the page.

“Oh yes uhm pourquai is such a good uhm Association!” Aurora tries to sound smart but she doesn’t know shit about anything she just said.

“Do you even know what that means??” Mist giggles out.

Aurora stays quiet for a moment before admitting “no..”

Mist giggles before explaining to aurora what it means. They both giggle as Mist recounts what happened in the book for the rest of the morning in incredible detail. Eventually, ifirit comes in to see they both sleeping in that arm chair, cuddled up, limbs tangled together and auroras black lip stick messed up on her lips and chin…and all over mists face and neck. “Fucking mist” ifirit mumbles annoyed this is the second time hes found mist like this with another ghoulette. He decides to not wake them up and he just heads to his room for a nap.

Papa Nihil: cleaning all the time (even when you're not nervous)

I have a strong feeling that Nihil is one of those people who simply can not stand a dirty, untidy place. His office is always clean, shining and it always smells fresh. And I guess that's what he loves in you the most - you both share the same opinion (and passion lol) in wanting your place to be nice and tidy. Whenever Papa sees you folding clothes, cleaning the dust or whatever else, he, again, reminds himself of one of the many reasons why he fell in love exactly with you.

Papa Emeritus I: giving a good night kiss to all the kits

I see Papa Emeritus I as a really caring person, someone who'd spend a lot of his time helping the Sisters of Sin to do their work or simply just take a good care of the youngest members of the Church. He is extremely affectionate when it comes to the little ghouls and loves to watch you putting them to sleep in the afternoon and in the evening. But what Papa loves the most in you is your sweet habit of giving a forehead kiss to all the little ones before bedtime. He sees that as a small act of big love and great connection to the world around you. That's why he thinks that exactly this little ritual of yours is so sweet. And of course he enjoys looking at how your motherly love shows every once in a while.

Papa Emeritus II: making little notes and putting them everywhere around the Church (being organized)

Papa Emeritus himself is a really self critical person, as well really punctual, serious and strict. Many of the ghouls (and his brothers sometimes) find this extremely annoying, but not you tho. In fact it's not a surprise you are his perfect match - you're as well organized as himself. Your little habit of putting small sticky notes around the Church that remind you of your "chores" and "tasks" for the day is something he adores. Sometimes he even puts another sticky note beneath yours saying "You're doing amazing, mi amor." or something of that matter.

Papa Emeritus III: twirling a lock of your hair

This one is a big fan of making ladies swoon over him. No matter what he does - smiling, chuckling playfully or a simple wink... He's "the ladies man" and loves to see the sisters blush or giggle in their response to his flattery. But what makes Papa Emeritus III lose his mind over you is your sweet habit of twirling hair around your fingers. It drives him nuts because this exact small gesture shows him how "excited" or nervous you are around him. Papa loves to remind himself of the power he has over girls, but what he adores is to see you play with your hair whenever he speaks to you - it makes him crave you in every single way.

Copia: always tapping on any kind of surface

Cardinal is the type of guys that notice every single change - in the atmosphere, in people's moods or whatever. He knows damn well when something is about to escalate or when someone is getting angry. And so he noticed your habit of always tapping your fingers on a table surface (or any other kind of surface lol) whenever you're tired or getting frustrated. Copia honestly finds it adorable when you do it and always tries to remind you to remain calm or just "have a walk with him" in order to relax.

THE GHOULS

Rain: naps

Power naps, regular naps, spontaneous naps... Doesn't really matter, Rain loves to see you sleeping. (Not the psycho way lol) The watery ghoul loves to have you cuddled next to him, you tracing your fingers on his chest as he gently brushes your hair... Which causes you to fall asleep in his arms. That's one of Rain's favorite things about you - he knows well how hard you work as a Sister of sin and that you get tired easily, so seeing you taking a small nap, while laying on his chest, makes the ghoul not only feel special but as well loved in a magical way.

Dew: shaking your leg when you're sitting (no matter if you're nervous or not)

Of course Dew will like a habit of yours that includes being nervous , but not really showing it. Little do you know - he always knows when you're feeling anxious. The ghoul finds it adorable when he sees you shaking your leg, whenever you're sitting next to him. He'd usually chuckle or make a stupid joke about it, then will probably brush your tight gently and whisper something like "Relax, baby, everything is fine."

Swiss: watching you put on (or redo) your lipstick

Swiss is head over hills about your habit of always trying to look your best. No doubt his favorite part is when you put your lipstick or try and redo it. The way the paint spreads across your lips and makes them look even more kissable, drives him insane. Similar to Papa III, he finds it hard not to want you ever single time you do this (which is quite often) so whenever he gets the chance, Swiss finds a way to ruin your lipstick and make out with you at every given moment.

Mountain: picking up flowers everytime you go out

One of the things the earthy ghoul loves the most about you is your little habit of picking up flowers. Whenever you two go out (on a date or just for a simple walk), you always start taking daisies or other flowers, putting them in a small bouquet. Mountain adores your love for nature and whenever he sees an opportunity, the ghoul takes one of the daisies you've got and puts it in your hair, reminding you how beautiful you actually are.

Aether: always humming a song while doing chores

I have a feeling that Aether is one of those "stay-at-home-people". He enjoys home made food, or a quiet movie night, or a family-friends gathering or some of that matter. This is also one of the many reasons why he fell in love with you - because you understood perfectly this side of his and loved staying at home. So whenever you started cooking, or tidying up, or do something else, you'd always be humming a song. Aether can't help but smile each time this habit of your shows because he adores your passion for music.

Cumulus: getting distracted super easily (daydreaming)

Cumulus is one of the most loving ghouls and persons you have ever met in your life! She has a heart of gold and there is a place for everyone in it. Especially one for you and your sweet little habit of daydreaming. Whenever someone starts talking or explains some really long stuff, you kinda drift off in your own world. This is a habit you're not really proud of, but Cumulus finds it absolutely adorable so she'd always kiss your nose and remind you to "come back in this reality" .

Cirrus: brushing her hair before sleep

Cirrus loves having her hair touched! No matter how - if you'd braid it or do something else with it, she loves it. What the ghoulette loves the most is your little bedtime routine of brushing her hair. There is no other better way in the world to make her feel relaxed after a long ritual or simply just make her sleepy. She would always turn her head to you at some point and give you gentle kisses in order to "thank you" for what you do for her.
