Bottle feeding is so much more than just 'feeding'. It's a form of intimacy between a parent and their child. It builds trust between them, allowing them to bond.

The three men knew this very well, and had begun introducing bottles into your routine. They were quite lenient when you refused to drink from the bottle, insisting that they spoon feed you soft foods like soups and mashed potatoes instead.

However on the occasions that you remained restless and frustrated, they all had their own way of feeding you.

Marc was the most stern. As soon as you showed any signs of restlessness he would heat up some milk on the stove and dry up a clean bottle from the dishwasher.

Squeezing a small amount on his wrist, he always talked to you directly, "It's time for your bottle baby, come on."

Sitting up on your knees, you patiently waited for him to pass you the warm bottle. You used to hate getting the bottle but you had grown used to it, and it helped you calm down.

Mark preferred for you to feed alone, giving you your bottle before tucking you under three blankets, allowing you to quietly drink and calm yourself while he did work around the apartment.

Jake always took a different approach, always choosing to sit up against the bedhead and allowing you to rest against his chest while you feed. With one strong arm firmly wrapped around your back, his other hand patting against your rear as he rocked your body with his, side to side. Humming a soft song in his low grunt, he never failed to make you fall asleep against him.

Steven often gave you the bottle as a discipline if you were being naughty, often saying things like, "You're getting the bottle now because you didn't do as you were told," and, "I would have a very good think about what you're doing, you know what happens when you misbehave."

Whenever it was time to feed you he gave you his undivided attention, insisting you drink every last drop of milk unless you liked the idea of being sent to bed early.
