Thank you for asking!
馃挅 What do you like most about your own writing?
I have no idea.
馃槇 Is there anything you enjoy doing that you think your readers hate?
I'm not sure I do anything that people hate in my fanfiction? I get more reads when I write traditionally shippy fics, but I wouldn't say people hate my gen stuff.
That said, people should probably hope I never figure out how to write halfway decent original fiction though because my stance on things like major character death in my original work is different than my stance on it in fandom. Add things like my genuine enjoyment of cliffhangers and magic which can kill you if you use it, and I think I could turn out to be at least mildly evil if given the chance on that front.
馃挱 What is a headcanon you have about your own work?
This Modern Christmas AU takes place in late 2019, meaning that the family will imminently have to deal with Covid-19. This would involve them all moving back into the Watery Lane house s4 style, something made more complicated by the fallout of the as yet unfinished second part of that Modern AU, which I swear I'll finally managed to finish someday. I also have 1.7K of a wip set in this universe where Tommy has a mental breakdown while doing one of those quarantines where you get locked in a hotel room for two weeks which may or may not ever see the light of day.

So you know that thing where you read someone else's fanfic and are like, "hmm, this ship is actually kinda cool?" That doesn't happen to me very often, but it happened last night. We'll see if anything actually comes of it.

Don鈥檛 look now, but I just came up with freaking Peaky Blinders Christmas fic. It is a Modern AU. It involves weighted blankets.

Veronica Roth鈥檚聽Divergent聽AU where there鈥檚 no experiment fixing the failures of humanity, and the real reason simulations don鈥檛 work on Divergent people is because they鈥檙e all autistic and the simulations were designed using only neurotypical test subjects.

That feeling when you've got ideas for exactly two scenes in an AU but there's no conceivable way to get both of them to work together in the same fic without writing a multi-chap so you've either got to choose between the two scenes or start yet another series.
