“I don’t know why you won’t just go over there,” Talia whisper-yelled, shoving Y/N lightly. 

She rolled her eyes, “And do what? Strangle him?”

It was Freezy’s birthday and everyone was at the apartment to celebrate. They’d all been friends for years, but for some reason, Y/N and Harry always seemed to clash. Even after five years of knowing eachother, they couldn’t get through an evening without making a snarky comment at one another.

“Oh please,” Freya scoffed, “You know the real reason you guys don’t get along,”

Y/N furrowed her brows, bringing the red solo cup back toward her lips as she locked eyes with the blonde haired boy across the room.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

“You want to rip eachother’s clothes off!” She exclaimed, making Y/N’s eyes widen significantly, “It’s so obvious.”

Y/N shuffled awkwardly as she leant against the countertop. This wasn’t true. He was just irritating and thrived off of pushing her buttons. She watched as he watched her, Y/N never backed down from a challenge and she certainly wasn’t going to be the one to break first.

“See, he might as well be undressing you,” Talia nodded, all nonchalant.

Y/N laughed, “Please. He wishes.”

Joining everyone around the table for a round of beer pong, Freezy had split the room in half. Of course, Y/N ended up on Harry’s team, he did it on purpose and she knew that. 

Throwing the ball and missing, her team groaned whilst the others cheered. Y/N sighed and turned to head to the back of the group, brushing past Harry in the process.

“You know, the ball is meant to go in the cup,” He announced. 

“You know, your head is meant to be on top of your body, not up your ass.” Y/N retorted, making everyone ooh. 

Talia sent Y/N a telling look from across the room and she brushed it off. She wasn’t right.

It was getting late and everyone was beyond the point of saving, people sprawled across couches and fighting over who got the bathroom first. Y/N, on the other hand, was tipsy… but not to the point that she couldn’t make her way home. 

So with that, Y/N gently lifted Freya off of her shoulder, who had passed out several hours ago, and made her way to the corridor, preparing to book an Uber.

“Not like you to leave the party early,” 

Y/N turned to see Harry leant against the doorway, arms folded. She shrugged, “Everyones dead, funs over.”

She watched as he stood there, eyes trailing down her body slowly. She folded her arms as she waited for his reply, if any. 

There was silence for brief a moment, before he spoke up, “It doesn’t have to be.”

Y/N’s brow raised, glancing around the fairly quiet apartment, “And what are you implying?” 

He smirked lightly and starting closing the distance between them, making Y/N’s palms sweat a little. This is the first time she’d looked into his eyes without rolling them afterwards. Despite the heeled boots, Harry still managed to look down at Y/N, making her breath catch in her throat. 

Her skin burned as he trailed a finger up her arm, “I won’t tell if you don’t,”

Before Y/N could register what Harry was insinuating, his hand came to the back of her neck and pulled her in for a kiss. Her first instinct was to push him away and, to be honest, shove him. But, as his hands began to wander, her train of thought was gone and suddenly her arms were wrapped around his neck, pulling him closer. 

“Let’s go,” He mumbled against her neck as he peppered kisses along her collarbone. 

Taking his hand and following Harry to his bedroom, he wasted no time in locking the door and reconnecting their lips. The kiss was fiery, hands wandering, shoes kicked off and frantically trying to tear clothing off of one another. 

His hands skimmed her thighs before pulling her dress up over her head so that she was standing in nothing but a black thong, he stood back for a moment to take in her appearance. Y/N scoffed and rolled her eyes, “Stop staring and get on the bed,”

For once, he done as he was told and laid on the bed, Y/N soon climbing on to straddle his hips. She sat down abruptly, making him grunt and her smirk. Leaning forward to kiss down his neck, she ran her fingers under his t-shirt and tugged at the hems, “Take it off.”

“I don’t recall saying you could be in charge,”

Harry’s arms locked around Y/N’s waist and turned them over so that she was now flush against the mattress, a small squeal leaving her lips in surprise. Pinning her arms above her head, he pressed his hips further into hers, allowing a small moan to leave Y/N’s lips. He smirked a little before carrying on his assault down her neck, finding that particular spot behind her ear that made her toes curl.

Peppering kisses down her stomach, his large hands roamed her body before his fingers hooked the waistband of her thong and pulled them down her thighs. He sat up briefly for a moment, pulling his t-shirt over his head making Y/N sigh and take in his bare torso.

Y/N parted her legs a little wider, desperate for any sort of attention that would relieve the ache between her thighs. Harry noticed this and got comfortable between her legs, large hands holding them apart as he took one swipe against her clit, “Fuck,”

*now playing blame- Bryson tiller* ‘I love this song’ I thought to myself as I was finishing up an essay that was due the next morning. I groaned ‘I do not wanna do ts’ I thought to myself. I decided to take a break, I left my room and headed to the kitchen.

I grabbed some snacks from the cabinet and sat down at the kitchen island. I started scrolling through Instagram when I got settled. “Awww, that dog is so cute! Maybe I should get one.” I said as I liked the post. I then saw a call incoming. *FaceTime call from Leia* I answered it. “Heyy bestie” she said enthusiastically. “Hey my love, what do you need?” I asked. “Wdym what do I need? I can’t just call my best friend?” She says. I rolled my eyes. I started laughing harder “not you having to back up” I said. “Nah cause I literally had to get myself back together after that but anyways I asked him what his name was, he said “Trent” I was like “ohh nice name” then he said “what’s yours?” I said “leia but you can call me lei” he said “pretty name for a pretty girl” then flashed a smile, the way I almost forgot I had a bf. The way I almost folded. Girl. He was sooo fine omg.” “Bruhh” I said whilst holding my stomach because the way leia tells stories is hilarious. “I’m being so serious, he was one fine man” she said sighing. I laughed “continue continue” I said intrigued. “Okay okay so after that we chatted a bit and I was like “do you have a gf?” He said “no, do you have a bf” I said “yea, sadly”. “Now leia, why would you say “yea sadly” I said trying to hold back my laugh. “Cause a fine man just asked me if I had a bf, I love Toby but Trent, whew. If I didn’t have a man, I would- ykw lemme just finish the story” she said, I giggled. “So after I said that he laughed. “Your bf is very lucky, you’re so leng” he said, I was like “boy stop” but then I asked if he was looking for a gf and he said yea so then like the little light bulb in my head went off and I thought let me try to set this guy up with y/n.” I looked at her curiously.

“so I was like “I have this friend, her name is y/n and I feel like y’all would be cute” he was like “can I see her?” I was like sure and showed him a picture of you “Damn she is gorgeous” he said as he looked at your picture wide eyed. I was like ‘yesss!’ In my head.” My face started getting hot. “What he said that?” I asked. “Yes he was like, “she is mad attractive” I was like “ikr” leia said. I giggled. “So then he was like “I’m down for this date, just give me the time and the place and talk it over with your friend” he said smirking. I smiled. He then gave me his number and was like “here’s my number, call me when it’s all planned and tell your friend to leave her wallet at home, I’ll pay” and that it” she said clasping her hands together. She looked at me with a wide smile waiting for my answer. “Fine, I guess I’ll go” I say. “Yayy” she yells. “Be quiet” I say shushing her. I checked the time. *11:00 pm*. “Damn” I cursed. “What is it?” Leia said. “I got to go lei, I need to get this essay done” I said. “Okay okay, I love you” she said blowing a kiss. “I love you too” I said catching it. I then hung up and went back to my room. I collapsed on my bed. ‘What have I gotten myself into’ I thought to myself.

4 days later

I put on some rema and started getting ready for the date. *now playing dumebi - rema*. “Dumebi, dumebi” I sang as I styled my hair. My phone started to ring. *FaceTime call from Leia*. I answered it. “Hey lei” I said as I curled my hair. “Hey y/n, how’re you feeling?” She asked. “I’m feeling good and I’m happy he said he would pay cause the restaurant looks very expensive” I said. Leia laughed. “So do you know what you’re wearing yet?” She asked. “No I don’t” I said, quickly looking at the camera then doing a double take. “Lei…are you outside my apartment?” I asked confused. “Yea, let me in!” She said cheekily. I ran to the door and let her in. She Hung up the phone. “Heyy y/n” she said as she hugged me. I hugged her back. “You should’ve told me you were coming!” I said playfully hitting her. “Ow i know, I know” she said giggling. She then started speeding to my room “let’s find you a dress” she said yelling. “Wait for me!” I said running after her.

once we got to my room, she started going through my closet. She pulled out a red satin mini dress. “What about this?” She asked smirking. “Nooo that would be too much” I said. She groaned then put it back. She then pulled out a black body con maxi dress. “What about this?” She asked. “Hmmm” I hummed. “Cmon y/n, it’s cute, sexy and not too flashy” she said “and it shows the perfect amount of cleavage” she winked. “Stop” I said as I giggled. “Fine I’ll wear that one” i said. I got up and took the dress from leia and went to the bathroom to change. Leia clapped excitedly.

I put on the dress and looked at myself in the mirror. My waist looked snatched, my boobs looked good and my ass looked good. “Damn I’m fine” I said. I then walked out the bathroom to show leia. It was a black Mercedes’ benz s class, it was gorgeous. “Omg” we said in union. The window then rolled down. “Hey leia” he said looking at leia, she smiled and waved. “Damn” I said as we pulled into the restaurant parking lot. Trent chuckled. The outside was gorgeous. It looked so modern and expensive. Trent parked the car then got out first. We then finished up, he paid the bill and we headed out.

Once we got outside he told me to wait and went to get something from the trunk. “Here you go” he said, holding out a bouquet of roses. “Omg Trent this is beautiful, but don’t you think it’s too much for the first date?” I giggled. “It’ll never be too much for you” he winked. I blushed and smiled as I took the roses. He then opened the passengers door for me. “Thank you” I said. “No problem” he smiled. He then got into the car and we headed back to my house.

Trent turned on the radio and you by Lloyd started playing. “Omg I love this song.” I said excitedly. “Oh you do? Me too” he smiled. “Can I be for reallll” i sang, looking at him. “This is how I feelll” he finished. We both laughed and continued to vibe to the song. ‘I really like this guy’ I thought to myself while looking at him. He turned to face me and smiled. “Yk this might sound crazy” he started. “But I feel like I’ve known you forever even though we just met” he said looking at the road in front of him. “Me too.” I said smiling. He smiled. We then sat in comfortable silence.

Back at the apartment

I got out the car with the roses and thanked Trent for everything. He also got out and came up to me. “We should do this again” he says as he gave me his phone with the phone keypad open. “Yea we should” I said smiling as I put my number in. I gave him back his phone and he smiled. He then hugged me by my waist and looked into my eyes. “You looked gorgeous tonight y/n” he said looking at me. he sounded so genuine, I almost melted. “You looked great today too” I said wrapping my arms around his neck. He looked at my lips and back at my eyes. Our faces started slowly coming together til someone interrupted us. “Alright that’s enough” the person said. Our heads snapped to look at the person, it was leia. “Leia” I groaned. She laughed and Trent also started laughing. All of us ended up laughing at the end. “Alright y/n, I’ll get going” he said. “Alright” I said as he walked back to the drivers door. “Call me okay” he said. “I will” I smiled. He smiled, got in his car and drove off.

“So tell me about that date” leia said with a cheeky smile. “Okay okay so what happened was” I started. I then told leia everything and we were giggling the entire time. After that leia stayed over and we kept talking about the date

You nudged your way through the vast horde, trying your best to block out the ear-piercing screams and squeals of sweaty figures, just to get a glimpse or two of ‘him’. Your eyes glossed, full of excitement, hope and out of all, love.

Jo and you weren’t exactly friends, far from lovers. A normal passerby would describe you two as a fan and idol kind of relation and it was logically right but you guys were rather more or less than just that single statement. Mike comes out  to El , Mileven breaks up for good, and the future of byler (s4 theory)

*this is based off the stranger things movie inspirations they listed on twitter , in the show, or in interviews/other outside materials. All movies mentioned have been said to be inspo for the show.

So I’ll be mentioning mostly the movies- sw*ngers, what women want, wet hot american summer and splash (and others). Along with Tootsie -which was shown in s4 bts.

Before I give a rough outline of what may happen. I have to specify I don’t think El will be “heartbroken” over mileven cause I don’t think she loves Mike romantically . I’ve already discussed why i think she doesn’t love him romantically at nauseam - but regardless  mileven brings out the worst in  El and Mike. And literally inhibits her character growth. So as an El fan- I’m super excited for mileven to be put to rest. SORRY.  I’ll trade El & Kali teaming up to get closure from their ab*ser ...over mileven any day of the week XD. 

I think Mileven broke up in s3 (and remained broken up) . But we’ll have more closure and a more official breakup in s4  when Mike visits the byers. (And Mike admits he’s gay to his ex )- before byler officially begins. Essentially, I think- Mileven broke up, but El still calls constantly .And Mike starts ignoring her calls so El demands an explanation and he admits to her he’s gay and doesn’t want to get back together.

I think based off the movies and s3 we’ll see El call quite a bit in s4 (almost obsessively) . And Mike has had enough. In s3, he said he’ll call so often -she’ll have to turn her walkie off . But I believe it’ll be the opposite-with El calling so much he’ll turn it off.

We see foreshadowing for this in s3 when Mike hangs up the phone after saying “El ? no, sorry, not interested.” Or when he hangs up on her multiple other times that season ( he even technically hung up the walkie on her in s2 , as well ). But, in defense of El,  given her lack of socialization (and seeing mike call her constantly between s1-2 I wouldn’t be surprised if she thought this was the norm).

-In splash there’s a scene similar to s3 - a blond relative picks up another phone to eavesdrop on him talking to his gf. He yells at the blonde relative and when the gf asks if he loves her -he tries to dodge the question. But they break up and he admits to his relative he never loved her. Maybe confessing to Karen?

* This reminds me of that supposed rumor with El saying “I love you” and Mike not into El just saying “I know” in return.Or Mike in s3 saying quickly “i miss you-bye.” And immediately hanging up on her.

-some other aspects of the s3 breakup may be taken from  “pineapple express .Which had comedic breakups via phone  . When broken-up he says  “I love you “ and she says it back to him (like mileven). He IMMEDIATELY  says he takes it back and  “I made a mistake” (when he sees she took him seriously). And then he specifies that’s it’s because she’s must be too “  naive and immature” to willing to take him back after how horrible of a bf he was to her in the past. Which yeah -fits mileven: they said the ‘L word’ when broken up, Mike did immediately try to take it back , and he may have realized at the s3 finalie how naive el was -to still want him back despite him not being a good bf to her. In ‘p.i’ the girl’s mom even says  maybe it’s best she find someone new who actually appreciated her or ‘better yet just be single’ and hang out with her gal pals (lol if joyce gave this advice to El-that’d be great)!  El doesn’t need romance to be her own-happy person! Also in ‘p.i’ Dale + his male bff are always assumed to be gay for eachother as a running gag .So ... I’ll technically throw that as another byler hint- lol.

-In sw*ngers Michael (yes that’s his name) who is made fun of for being perceived as gay gets a call from his ex gf of 6 months). And he hangs up on her to talk to his other love interest who asks if he wants to see her. Michael (specifically hangs up on his ex as she says “I lo-” to talk to this new love interest. He later brags to his friend (at a dinner) about not calling her back (despite her wanting to get back together) and he says proudly she was “always his ex”- when his friend incorrectly calls her his “gf” . 

  -While in ‘what women want’- an ex gf goes to him cause he didn’t answer her calls. In ‘tootsie’ the gf does the same and is pissed that her bf Michael (yes, yet another michael) didn’t answer her calls for a week. And he LIES saying his answering machine was broken. Would not be surprised if mike made up such an excuse.

Similar to ‘tootise’  & in ‘what women want’-both gals who’s phone calls were ignored ask if their bf (in mileven’s case -ex bf ) is gay. And in ‘swingers’ someone makes fun of mike for being gay. too  Lol-i’m sorry 2 movies where a guy named Mike is called out for being gay /and 2 movies where a gf who’s phone calls are ignored asks is they’re bf is gay is suspish XD

In ‘tootsie’.  We also have movie-mike give her a present before she asks if he’s gay /they breakup -it echos what previously happened in s3. 

- Michael (from the film) despite not want to be with her anymore (and loving someone else) tries giving her a gift to patch things up - despite his lying/ignoring her. The gift /empty gesture annoys her. Which is similar to st- mike not apologizing for lying- but trying to give El a gift to make up with her (but he doesn’t even do as much as film-Mike).

Right after this is when she asks if he’s gay (aka so for mileven we have the gift scene for s3  & El asking if he’s gay in s4-which were both borrowed from ‘tootsie’).

In ‘tootsie’, she finds romantic letters Michael has from another guy and this causes her to ask him if he’s gay .(20+ movies have romantic letters). In ‘littlewomen’ the artist gal and her future husband (who used to have a crush on the painter’s sis) exchange letters.And in ‘wet hot american summer’- a guy ditched his friends to write a letter (and his friends make a gay joke about him because of his letter writing-not knowing he’s actually gay.  

In ‘what women want’ when confronted- he admits he’s gay to his ex gf. In ‘tootsie’ she asks if he’s gay and he avoids the question but after she demands that he be “truthful for once in your life”. And, we all know how Mike constantly “lied” to EL .michael finally says he’ll stop lying to her and admits he’s in love with someone else. 

And she says in turn she’s not angry he doesn’t love her but that he lied (and similar to s2 where Mike calls Hopper a “liar”. The ex gf calls movie-mike a “liar” over and over). In fact they use the identical phrase of “you liar. you liar.”

Not to mention- she does sound like El.  She says she’s more upset about the lying than the fact movie-mike doesn’t love her. 

But I do think they eventually get closure and El realizes she doesn’t love Mike (romantically either) before her real character/story arc begins. 

movies: twister & you got mail

I’m so ready for the El & Kali teamup in s4. It’s like s2 (we get El & Kali pursuing Brenner + byler moments).

But what happens before Mike says this?I assume before this -mike & Will may confide in others about their feelings. And Mike/Will may be bullied for being perceived as gay .

 -In “welcome to the dollhouse” a boy is bullied for being seen as gay in school & at an arcade- and a character who is made fun for being a lesbian defends him at school/the arcade (so maybe robin?)Since Robin works next to the arcade/is gay.  Similarly, Fin’s character (at an arcade) is bullied and called a “fairy” and f*g” in ‘It 2′. And movie-Mike is made fun of for being perceived as gay in ‘sw*ngers’. Along with the guy (who was gay) being called homophobic names for writing letters (in wet hot american summer).We also know hawkins will most likely have a ‘satanic panic’ over d&d, rock music, and other things- which was historically rooted in christian fundamentalism.In ‘Kingsmen’ the churchgoers pretty much go on a rant being hom*phobic, r*cist, anti-science, anti-athe*st, anti-other religions, and anti-democrat and equate all of these groups of people to the endtimes/the anti christ. So one guy just snaps and says he’s gay, loves science , etc and says after “so... hail satan .And have a lovely day.”And storms out.  lol not sure about all that -but it’d be hilarious XD. Trigger warning for hom*phobic sl*rs.

-Proof For Will was : In ‘heathers’ the jocks make fun of the new guy in the cafeteria- by asking him if he misses his boyfriend  and call him the f-sl*r .in ‘superbad’ the guy who draws is called hom*phobic sl*rs and in ‘wedding crashers’ someone calls the male-painter character a “homo”. In “hackers” the (computer-nerd) who just moved to town is asked by his single mom if he “likes girls”.etc

 Also, in “The guest” a computer-nerd in highschool is bullied for being perceived as gay (and he’s given really bad advice about how to deal with it by a lonnie-esque character who is visiting his house/family for a while).  The advice is also similar to the advice given in the st comic (from Troy’s dad).

Honestly just the fire ref makes me nervous. The computer-boy eventually snaps (after never standing up for himself) and beats up his homophobic bullies.

*whenever Lonnie comes back - I assume we’ll see he’s a bad influence on Will pretty quickly

In ‘the guest’ they also made a joke that the clearly older guest must be the gay highschoolers’ boyfriend (which is not the case).

While In ‘stoker’ ,the highschool painter eventually loses it after dealing with constant harrassment- and stabs the bully’s hand (to block a punch coming their way) after the bully made an inc*st joke about the painter & the family guest.  So a joke like that could certainly cause Will to finally snap (as opposed to the other gay jokes they used earlier). In ‘dukes of hazzard’ a guy also snapped and got into a fight over a inc*st joke (and in ‘girl interrupted” they make a similar messed up inc*st joke).

 Given my theory on Will’s trauma with his dad (which he doesn’t remember)-I would not be surprised even on a subconscious level such a comment finally gets him to snap -maybe accidentally unleash his powers for the first time?Lonnie could say something about how Will should light his bullies on fire, they make a triggering joke about Lonnie &himself... and Will the wise does have fire powers after all. In the film ‘firestarter’ the kid who couldn’t control their fire abilities also lights a bully on fire accidentally so... maybe? In ‘skyhigh’ Will’s superpowers aren’t revealed until he accidentally unleashes them on a bully in the lunchroom. And 1 character in that scene says “don’t talk about my dad” before using his fire powers. Also... it’s not on the inspo list technically but the Duffers are known avengers/xmen fans.So Will could be based on scarlet witch’s son William (code name Wiccan) - he’s gay ,has lightning&fire powers and can alter reality. He’s been possessed In the past by the ‘demiurge’ - even spit up a slug too. He opens a portal to his world allowing the inter dimensional monster “mama” out (cough demogorgans are called “deep father”.)  And he’s constantly bullied for being gay- and the 1 time he finally decides to stand up to his h*mophobic bullies- is the day his powers activate for the first time and almost k*ll the bully. Not super confident in this theory but thought I’d mention it just in case.  Ok- this post is supposed to not be too plot heavy. So back to byler-

*Before Mike visits they may both confide in people about their feelings for the other . in skyhigh (at a dinner similar to the convo in sw*ngers where Mike talks about his ex gf) the bff of Will (yes his name) goes on and on about Will and how she’s known him since the first grade. And someone asks “so you’ve been in love with Will since the 1st grade?” Which she tries denying but quickly admits is true. And her friend says she should confess to Will.

In fisher king - a women who works at a videostore tries setting up 2 people- a gal-writer and a guy with an alternate personality/ who hallucinates a fearsome mythical creature (obviously Will). When people doubt the idea the girl can love this mentally ill guy  she says “stranger things have been known to happen.” And in “altered states” the guy who would hallucinate flashing to another hell dimension (like Will)- has a wife. And people say “she’s crazy about him and he’s crazy.” When they weren’t together she says to her friend she had to pretend anyone she dated was him and she says “it’s crazy” in response the friend says “i think that’s how it’s supposed to be.” Plus in fisherking one character wrote a book dedicated to his wife (which had the same title as the movie they’re in) . And someone says about this author “ he was crazy about her” as he holds the novel in his hands.

* The ‘pretending the person you’re dating is someone you’re actually in love with’ was also mentioned in ‘children of paradise’ (reffed by Robin in s3).

*I’ve also talked about Mike projecting his feelings for Will to El-here.

Will confiding in someone is harder to say. in ‘reality bites’ when asking about why she doesn’t want to be involved in romance a friend asks “because of Michael?” Which she first denies but later admits is part of the reason. 

 And in ‘hellboy’, (while taking pics) John Myers tells the fire wielding character (with mental health issues) that her bff is in love with her and asks how she feels . The 2 bffs are endgame but at first she tells John that she’s unsure because she’s known him practically her whole life (but she thinks of him everyday). 

Lol not sure if Jonathan would ever be so straight forward but it’d be nice callback to s1/2 convos they had (Jon saying in s1 to not like things cause you’re supposed to / saying being a “freak” like queer david bowie is cool) .In “twister” & “it’s a wonderful life” a family member also tells a character that their childhood friend that they’re in love with (isn’t into the person they’re currently with). In ‘ wonderful life’ she says they’re “not crazy” about the other person-but them.  And they say they know this cause they “have eyes.” And In “twister” the family member says them visiting them  is proof they love them. 

*plus Sam who is supposedly crazy about her (also isn’t crazy about marry). Aka El isn’t crazy about Mike- but Will assumes she (along with mike). Cough El saying “what makes you crazy?” in s3.

-While in “hackers’ the kid (with a single mom) who is into computers, and upset they were forced to moved to a new city -is asked by the mom “Do you like girls?” . And he angrily denies and says he’s ‘not gay’ (which could followthrough with what happened in s3- Will not opening up to her about romance, like him telling Joyce he’d never fall in love. so he may lie to her if asked that question? Unlike Jon?

 So it’s possible Will confides in Jonathan (and or Joyce) & maybe Mike to his mom/nancy?/a friend (maybe Robin or Max) (hard to say). My top guesses are Will &Jon. And Mike with Robin (and maybe his mom or sister a bit after Robin?)

Mike visiting the Byers

In ‘Tootsie’, michael (disguised as a woman named dorothy...long story XD) meets up with the person he really loves and gives them a present. The 2 low-key have like a psuedo-gay courting for most of the movie (before they get together). In ‘paddington 2′, the main character even gets multiple jobs to save up for a birthday present for a loved one (another contrast to mileven- who Mike,despite being rich couldn’t even spend $3.50 on.  They did that alot -show contrasts with both ships .So s4 would be no different.And It’s Will’s b-day in s4 after all so Mike getting Will a present makes the most sense. 

*last pics from ‘scarface’- I have no idea what he’d get Will for his b-day but if it’s engraved with “crazy together” I will lose my mind. Also the parent glaring during this scene-makes me suspect Lonnie . I do suspect Lonnie will sabotage byler-but it may end up being a s5 plotpoint instead of s4? (I guess in s4 it could be El-since el has been known to get very jealous in the past (like with max).

 - In ‘waynes’ world’ the ex gf refused to accept the breakup initially (despite it being months ago).  And she didn’t understand how breakups worked . Which given El’s lack of socialization -  I get her confusion on the concept. Like how in s3 Max had to correct El that Mike was her “ex boyfriend”. In the film, she even tried giving him a present for their ‘anniversary’ (hopefully El doesn’t try to do something like that out of jealousy of the prior gift giving -cause Wayne just says the gift shows how little she knows him). 

*You have to admit this scenario of Mike having to explain breakups isn’t that far-fetched.

(even when broken up with wayne- she wore a necklace with his name on it. ) Which reminds me of How El had a bunch of Mike related stuff in her room-including things that said “mike” on them.

in waynes’ world: The ex gf would follow her ex and still refer to him as her bf and be a 3rd wheel and interrupt every attempt for wayne to romantically confess to his new love interest (like in ‘dumb and dumber’/’high fidelity ‘).A similar scenario also happens in ‘tootsie’- Michael (as dorothy) almost confesses (on a swing set) but is interrupted by another person interested in him (Mike). Personally, I assume El would just do this unintentionally- assuming Mike wants to be with her and being a bit pushy but probably being oblivious of byler.

Not to mention the Duffers are petty AF and probably got annoyed with all the jokes that Will was a 3rd wheel to mileven- when literally Will wasn’t even around the 2 interacting alone . A 3rd wheel- has a group of 3 consisting of a couple and a third superfluous person. Which never really happened? Plus,we saw the ‘burns’ they did of mileven over the past 3 seasons- it’ll probably get worse.

And again we already know El had no qualms spying on her ex (mileven even dances to ‘every breath you take’  a song about a stalking ex gf).And El also watched the  ‘all my children’ ep with Erica & mike roy. Which in the show after their breakup - had 1 of them refuse to accept the other didn’t love them and want to get back together- and stalk them/ sabotage their exe’s romantic pursuits. Only to eventually accept reality and move on. Although, I think this is mostly un-intentional on El’s part.

In ‘clueless’ she flirted with a gay guy who she thought was straight/in love with her and kept trying to make a move-much to his discomfort . And in ‘birdcage’ the ex gf would hit on her gay ex bf- and his male partner catches the 2 and misinterprets it as not one sided ). That scenario happens in quite a few movies. I could see Will (before byler happens/mike tells el the truth ) misinterpreting and assuming mike and El are still romantically connected or will get back together .

New Swings scene (almost confession)/possible swing-flashback 

Ok back to (tootsie) .In the film,Michael’s love interest was raised by an older sibling- and he even tries to confess to her when they’re on a bench swing together . Not even the only movie with a gay gal character + gal bestfriend swinging on a bench together (’silkwood’ ). In ‘enter the void’ there was also a flashback of a little kid asking the other “do you love me?”/ and him saying “a lot” .  

* it’s like a subversion of what happened in s3 at the hospital. Also like the Wayne’s world scene of the ex gf interrupting...

But i don’t think El will be the only one trying to get mileven back together. But Will as well.In ‘Emma’ & ‘clueless ‘ :character A assumes her guy friend is into their mutual friend and tries to get them together (despite him being into character A only). I could see Will misinterpreting mileven and trying to be a good friend and get them back together (despite his own feelings). In ‘emma’ and ‘clueless’ (before they fight) there’s is a party/dance (it’s in a lot of movies).It’s possible mike, Will, and El go somewhere to dance - a lot of films have the 2 people in love-dance with others -but stare at eachother the entire time.In ‘clueless’ 2 gay guys and cher (who is flirting with one of the gay guys) all dance together. In karate kid, referenced by Max to El. Has a guy kiss his ex without her permission (on the dance floor)- and the karate kid sees the girl he likes being kissed by her ex and misinterprets the scenario (assuming they’re back together). I suppose the fact they changed the s2 script where Will was watching Mike dance with El may come back up in a later season? Could also be a callback to when Mike looked mopey at Will dancing with a girl (after encouraging him to dance with her).  Will could do the same (as mike in s2). Or they both stare at eachother while dancing with other people. or it’s just a concept they scrapped- it’s hard to say.

Confession & fall out

In ‘emma’ & ‘clueless’: character A (after the dance party) goes with the guy home and he tries kissing her . She dodges it confused saying he’s mistaking her for her friend! And he explains he was never romantically interested in her friend. In ‘emma’ he even bought her a super expensive gift before hand and she still assumed he was into her friend not her. And he even specifies in Emma- the reason he came to visit her house was for her (not her friend). A similar scenario happens in ‘weird science’ and he says she just thought of the gal he used to be infatuated with  as a “sister” (and we all know the sibling parallels in mileven). And in ‘little women’- the artist gal dodges a kiss and says to her love interest “I won’t be courted with someone in love with my sister.” And he explains exasperated he doesn’t love her sister- despite constantly trying to be with her sister previously.

 In ‘tootsie’, what caused Mike (dressed as Dorothy) to try and kiss her was-  the other gal saying she feel like she wants something she can’t have and because of that -their friendship makes her feel lonely (it’s very queer coded dialogue). She dodged mike/dorothy’s kiss but then says she has the same (gay) “impulses” as Dorothy but that she’s not mentally sound enough to be in a relationship.  A thought that may cross Will’s mind.

But, before they can talk about the almost kiss-her dad calls via phone and interrupts. (They eventually do get together though). But she tells Mike/Dorothy she ‘can’t love’ her,before this. 

*may not come across in photos-but she’s crying when sayin this.

Also, a fight about “what they are-friends/or romantic” before a phone call interrupts ( happens in ‘it’s a wonderful life’ and ‘the fisher king’ too.) Those pairings were also both endgame. In wonderful life the artist gal yells why he even came to visit her . And he implies she knows why (aka his romantic feelings) .There’s a similar convo in ‘fisher king’  (asking why they’re there) + 1 of them saying it’s “bullshit” and “stupid” to pretend they’re ‘just friends’. (We all know the context of the phrases “bullshit’ and “stupid” by now). Even Han implies Leia wants him to stay cause he has feelings for him-which she denies . Thus, irritating him.

*(I’ve already mentioned before how in s1 byler was paralleled to a gay Han/leia while mileven was directly paralleled to luke/leia-mentioned this in the ‘mileven burn’ hyperlink).

All 3 movies have eventual couples arguing cause 1 character (mike) is saying he’s done pretending to be just friends and he came to visit (Will) for that reason. And he knows Will returns those romantic feelings- but Will refuses to stop the charade and admit his true feelings.

In ‘good Will hunting” a similar event happens. Will (yes that’s his name) is poor and has severe trust /psych issues caused by his ab*sive dad.  And he has “abandonment issues” so sabotages his romantic relationships before they can even begin. When the brunette admits her feelings for him he dismisses it as a phase/confusion on her part. She in response says she knows he finds the idea she doesn’t love him ‘scary’ (and she’s scared too but at least she’s trying and being honest about her feelings). She also says she wants to “help him” with his issues -but this just angers him more. Cause he doesn’t liked being pitied/treated like he’s broken . She says she wants to help because she loves him- not pity. But he doesn’t believe her romantic confession. And every time she says she loves him he yells “Don’t BULLSHIT ME”! So when she yells “say you don’t love me?” He says he doesn’t love her- which the audience knows is a lie. But she’s left a sobbing mess alone on the floor.

Which yikes- I feel like even if you don’t understand the obvious reasons  Mike used El as a beard + lied saying he loved her. You’ll feel bad at the possibility of how badly it blows up in his face. Will not believing his confession/thinking Mike loves El or scared he’ll change his mind -so Will (for that + a myriad of other reasons)just rejects Mike COLD. Similar to clueless & Emma & empire strikes back.

I’m not that surprised since Will claimed he’d never fall in love (so when he does - he may just deny it). Like the therapist said in ‘good will hunting’ he’s afraid it’ll go wrong so never even tries to begin a romance.  I hypothesize a lot of stuff happens after this, that makes getting closure on their relationship in s4 difficult. 

So essentially to summarize a rough idea of what may happen: mileven stayed broken up. Mike and Will probably exchange letters between seasons. And El and Mike call eachother- but the excess of calls becomes too much. Mike and Will  are probably bullied for being perceived as gay- and before meeting up they may or may not confide in someone (about their mutual feelings). Mike visits for Will’s b-day/spring break and gives Will a present. El (because she sees Mike as a source of comfort) tries getting back together with him and becomes pushy and a 3rd wheel. While Will even helps El- thinking he’s being a good friend to Mike (by trying to get them back together). Mike eventually comes clean and come to an understanding and El goes on her plot/character driven arc of trying to find Brenner with Kali.  Mike eventually confesses to Will but Will for a myriad of reasons lies about loving Mike- and rejects him. And that’s all the (non supernatural) plot stuff I wan’t to talk about now...

Sorry, if this post was just hard to understand. I wouldn’t call this a ‘theory’ per say ( I usually feel more confident in those). This is more like a rough idea given what we have available to analyze so far.

Personally - I hated the mileven/couple breakup drama in s3. So as long as it doesn’t last long and most breakups like say-lumax and jancy happen early in the season... and don’t drag the actual supernatural plot/character developement . I’ll be fine.

 Contrary to popular belief- I’m a byler shipper who’s most excited for the actual plot. I’m a bit more confident in my plot theories than the exact details in this post . But I thought I’d share XD. I’ll eventually do a whole s4/5 theory- post which will focus on other characters/supernatural plot points.(but i may rewatch some movies first) . I’ll probably also do a byler post too with s5 predictions (which connects more heavily to important plot points spanning across s4-5).

No one asked this and no one cares, but here’s my personal opinions about every glee ship:

Finchel: they had their cute moments, but in general I really dislike them as couple. They brought the worst out of each other when they were together, Finn made Rachel insecure and was also incredibly possessive of her (not in a cute way) and Rachel pressured Finn too much. She wanted to control him and often tried change him, they’re too different and not compatible. I think Rachel needs someone more simalar to her or someone who can understand her, because Finn really didn’t get Rachel.

Klaine: I’m neutral about klaine, I don’t hate them, but simply I’m not invested into this ship. They aren’t toxic, but I think their relationship has many issues and is a little unhealthy sometimes.They had a good start, but as the show went on they got worse. I love Blaine, he’s my gay son, but he was too jealous and controlling about Kurt. Kudos for the gay representation, i acknowledge their huge impact on the lgbt community

Brittana: wow what can I say about them ? They’re everything, best friends to lovers excellence. Brittana had a rough start, but their dynamic became a beautiful and mature relationship in which they always supported and loved each other. Even when they dated other people, Santana and Brittany respected each other. It had and still has a huge importance for the sapphic community, it is good representation and one of the first big teen wlw couples. Brittana are the definition of soulmates

Quick: absolute trash, Puck got Quinn drunk on wine coolers and then had sex with her while she was still drunk. There was nothing consensual about that. The fact that rib never acknowledged this is disgusting. They had very little interactions, their relationship was not developed. Puck and Quinn have literally nothing in common, they’re not compatible in any way and them getting together at the end always irked me because in s3 Quinn said she didn’t care about all the boys she dated in the past. If you ship them idc it’s fine, but I hate this pairing. It’s a huge no from me, I think Puck liked Quinn only because she was hot.

Faberry: THEY’RE MY RIDE OR DIE YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE TO ME. Enemies to lovers excellence, I know faberry was queerbaiting, but I still ship them after all these years. They have chemistry, lots of yearning and sexual tension, impossibly high angst level. This is the only pairing in which I will accept the trope “homophobic jock falls in love with the person they bully”. At first they were terrible to each other, but they managed to built a nice relationship and I seriously think Rachel was the only one for Quinn because she was the only person who always showed Quinn love and support even when they were enemies. I also think that Rachel felt something more than platonic for Quinn at some point (always ranting about how beautiful Quinn is ? That’s gay)

St berry: I like them, I know they had little screen time and they weren’t even supposed to be a thing according to rib (bc they planned on making finchel endgame), but I think they’re compatible, Jesse is probably the only person who could keep up with Rachel. They have many things in common and even though he was shitty to her at first, he redeemed himself. Rachel and Jesse have good romantic chemistry and excellent musical chemistry, their duets are amazing. I’m happy they got together in the end.

Pezberry: oh boy they’re so hot together, lots of sexual chemistry, they could have been enemies to friends to lovers excellence or at least friends with benefits, but ryan murphy is a coward. I enjoy their scenes, they’re hilarious together and always make me laugh. I think they’re a pretty explosive duo, pezberry has great musical chemistry, all their duets are iconic and there’s a lot of sexual tension between them, they’re definitely compatible in bed but idk if they would last in a long term relationship.

Quinntana: this pairing was very random in my opinion because Quinn and Santana lowkey hated each other and always wanted to destroy each other, BUT they are very hot together, they’re probably the most gorgeous couple on glee because both dianna and naya are insanely attractive. Quinntana gave me my sapphic!quinn rights and I’ll be forever thankful about that, they’re compatible in bed, but I like them only as friends with benefits. I don’t see any romantic chemistry between them, mostly because they were always competing about who was the hbic of the school. I don’t think they would last as a stable couple. I wanted to see more of quinntana though.

Fabrevans: if Quinn had to end up with a man, the only heterosexual Quinn ship I tolerate is fabrevans because Sam was really kind, sweet and good to her. Sadly she wasn’t very interested in him, he was just the hot new guy soon to become quarterback and I think she dated him for popularity. I don’t think they would have lasted in a long term relationship, they were cute together romantically speaking but I don’t ship them.

Samcedes: should have been endgame, definition of wasted potential

Tike: should have been endgame, even though I don’t care about Mike and Tina they were really good together, the love was genuine. Tike is one of the few heterosexual couple I don’t mind

Artittany: is a huge no from me, they had zero chemistry and he treated her like trash, artie deserved to be cheated on lol (I’m joking no one deserves that but I really don’t like artie because he’s sexist, misogynistic and he also treated all his gfs like crap)

Seblaine: I honestly don’t see it, Sebastian was definitely interested in Blaine, but Blaine always only had eyes for Kurt. Still I think they should have dated in s6, it would have been fun to see Kurt jealous about his nemesis dating his ex bf. I like the idea of Seblaine having a one night stand, but I don’t ship them as a couple. I also don’t like Sebastian very much, sorry.

Fuinn: A HUGE NO, they were aesthetically pleasing together, but that’s it. They didn’t have sexual tension, they just had tension. Fuinn is a little dysfunctional in my opinion, they get together, they break up and then start dating again just like finchel. I honestly don’t think they were in love, but they cared about each other in a platonic way. Finn wasn’t a good boyfriend to Quinn and Quinn constantly manipulated him. I don’t like them as a couple, they’re too messy.

Blam: best friends to lovers excellence, lots of wasted potential. I’m not saying they should have been endgame, but Sam and Blaine should have dated. I like the idea of Sam discovering he’s bi or pan and exploring his sexuality with someone who cares about him. They have chemistry and I like their dynamic. I also fancy their duets and I think they could have fallen in love with each other.

Hevans: ok if I squint I can see it, they had potential, Kurt was definitely attracted to Sam and Sam was kind of curious about him, I’m sure he admires Kurt and cares about him, but I don’t ship them together

Sebtana, Finntana, Pucktana: ABSOLUTE TRASH DON’T SHIP CANON LESBIAN CHARACTERS WITH MEN, IT’S INCREDIBLY HARMFUL AND INVALIDATING. There are so many heterosexual ships, why do you have to take away from the gays the few lgbt characters we have ?

Quinncedes: i don’t ship them romantically, but I ship them as best friends. I wished their friendship was more developed, Quinn and Mercedes were so good to each other.

You arrive in New York at 10 AM. What's the first thing you do? Find a nice, cute cafe to get a coffee and pastry from and chill at for a bit while sorting out my plans for the day. I’m not in school anymore, but hypothetically I’m sure I would feel a lot of emotions--angry, hurt, upset, confused... like wtf?? And damn, right in front of everyone, too? You have to take out the trash & clean your room. Your reaction? I’m 31 years old, you gotta do that kinda stuff when you’re adult. I don’t personally take out the trash because it would be really difficult for me to do in a wheelchair, but I have other stuff I have to do. I don’t particularly enjoy it, it just is what it is.

Could you live without electricity? Like, for how long? It would be a struggle, no denying that. I’ve never experienced going more than a few hours without it. I know people have to experience long periods without it sometimes or not have it at all, so I’m definitely fortunate.

Lucas loves Mika, but he doesn’t trust him completely. Sometimes he doesn’t think about consequences or doesn’t take things seriously. 

He needed some company to go out tonight. Apparently he had a bad couple of dates and needed to forget about it tonight, but everyone already had plans and Lucas and Eliott were his last hope. Lucas agreed to it last night when Mika texted him, but now he’s not in the mood, too tired after a long day. 

Eliott is excited to go out, so Lucas tells him to go with Mika and he will stay home, go to bed early if he can. 

Eliott checks with him a few times while getting ready to see if Lucas haven’t changed his mind. He gives Eliott a long, passionate kiss before he lets him go meet Mika. He smiles to Lucas and says he’ll be home soon. 

Lucas is relieved to be alone tonight. He woke up in a bad mood and had a stressful day at school, that’s probably why he and eliott were also in a weird funk, so it’s nice to he at the comfort of his house in complete silence. He takes a long shower, puts his and Eliott’s clothes to wash, etc.

While cooking something later, he puts some classical rock to listen to, looks around when he’s back to the bedroom, looking at their beautiful, comfortable, tiny oasis. Since he got his room back, he and Eliott redecorated (with Manon’s help) everything, bought some plants to hang on the ceiling next to the window, changed the beddings, donated some clothes so both their closets could fit into one. 

It feels cozy, warm, safe, a little bit like a jungle. 

Lucas already chose a movie to watch, crawling underneath the covers. Before he can press play, he decides to check his messages. Nothing yet. 

Don’t be a babysitter. He knows how to handle himself.

He presses play, adjusting his pillow. It’s not the best movie, but it’s not a waste of time either. He puts another one right after, an action movie to keep him awake. 4 a.m and the second one is over. Lucas had to fight to not fall asleep during this one, so he turns his notebook off, putting it on the table. 

Ok, his time alone could be over already if it was his choice, he misses Eliott and having his big, warm body to cuddle before falling asleep. But Lucas is happy that he’s out, having fun. He turns off his lamp, checking his phone and there’s some messages, all from Mika.

Mika sent him a bunch of photos. They’re apparently in a photo booth with a bunch of other guys and two girls. Eliott has his arm around some guy’s shoulders, seeming to fit it perfectly with the group, he’s really out going when he wants to so it’s not a surprise to Lucas how well he fits with Mika’s friends. The jealous side of Lucas doesn’t like how close the guy is to Eliott, but there’s nothing going on, it’s just him being possessive. And the other guy seems very young, younger than Lucas. 

The last picture ruins his entire night in a second, making him jolt on his bed, sitting and opening the picture, zooming in. His boyfriend with his wet, flat tongue out and the guy is really close, nearly sucking his boyfriend’s tongue. 

Mika posted something on instagram, tagging Lucas in it. He opens the notification and it takes him to the post. It’s a close up of that photo, only showing Eliott and that kid that he has his arm around, tagging Lucas and Eliott on Eliott’s tongue. 

As he freezes, looking at the photo again, he can see comments coming it, a bunch of guys and some girls asking who the guy in the picture is, someone already answering with Eliott’s instagram. Lucas’ vision is blurred, he’s trying hard not to cry or to freak out. 

This is what Lucille was talking about. 

He tries to racionalize but somedays it feels too much and he just needs to shove some sense into Eliott. Lucas types and sends his answer to all the thirsty people. 

He’s taken. 

A minute later Mika deletes the photo. Lucas suddenly feels sleepless. getting up from his bed and leaving his phone behind, rubbing his eyes with the palm of his hands, cleaning his face with his shirt afterwards. 

Lucas was naive to think he would be enough for Eliott and that things would be different from what they were with Lucille. Maybe he got it all wrong and Eliott is happier when single or when he’s able to have whoever he wants, whenever he wants to. 

And Lucas can’t do that, he’s too jealous and too insecure to be in an open relationship. He can’t seem to stop crying, a blue light enlightens his room, Eliott is calling but Lucas doesn’t answer, too riled up, he would probably say things he would regret. 

He doesn’t know what to do, would much rather not have to see Eliott or Mika again any time soon, but it’s the middle of the night, he can’t just leave. Where he would go? Manon is not home, Yann is probably sleeping and he wouldn’t have the courage to bother anyone else with his relationship drama. 

So he lets his feelings take over again, sitting on the floor, hiding his face on his hands. He can feel his heart shattering and once he cried everything he could, his walls start to build around him again.

Lucas feels tired, his body aching from crying for way too long. It’s just a stupid picture! He gets up from the floor, hoping to throw himself in bed and fall asleep for days, lock himself from the outside world. 

But before he can reach his bed, he hears loud voices. Eliott and Mika are back. Mika is screaming his name and Lucas feels like punching him, not looking at his face ever again. They both barge in to the bedroom, Mika calling for Lucas again, almost running into him, standing in the middle of his room. 

“Lucas!! Hi, baby!” He tries to hug him, but Lucas steps back. Eliott looks wasted and full of guilt and Lucas feels like punching him too. 

“Can you leave me alone?” He has to gather all his strength to form a single question, Eliott takes a step forward, in front of Mika. 

“Lucas...”

“Can you leave me alone?” He raises his voice, stepping forward too, ready to throw both of them out of his bedroom. 

“It was a joke!! Nothing happened!” Mika explains loudly, laughing but he’s the only one. 

“I DON`T GIVE A SHIT, MIKA!” 

Eliott takes another step forward, putting a hand on Lucas’ chest, kind of trying to calm him down, kind of trying to stop him from getting closer to Mika. 

“Nothing happened, Lucas. I swear...” 

“It was more than fucking enough, Eliott!” He nearly screams again, looking at the boy in front of him, trying not to cry again. “You’re such a fucking idiot!” 

Lucas can feel Eliott’s hand shaking on his chest but he can’t bring himself to care now. 

“We are done, Eliott. I can’t do this.”

“No, no, no, we’re not done, Lucas.”

“Yes, we fucking are.” He means it, says every word looking into Eliott’s perfect eyes. 

“Baby, we were just kidding, trying to make my friends’ boyfriend jealous.” Mika doesn’t seem to realize the seriousness of the situation, Eliott ignores him completely, freaking out inside, thinking that he’ll loose the man of his life because of a stupid joke. 

“Yeah, it worked out perfectly, didn’t it?” Lucas looks at him and Eliott can’t have this anymore, he needs to talk to Lucas, so he turns around, trying to walk Mika out of the room. 

“Get out, Mika, now. We need to talk.” 

“We don’t have anything to talk about, Eliott.” Lucas answers, but he ignores, closing the door as soon as Mika is out, locking the door. 

“We do, I won’t let you break up with me over some shit like that.” 

“It’s not “some shit”. You kissed someone else, posted all over the fucking internet and expect me to be fine with it?” 

“I didn’t kiss him, Lucas!!! I swear! Nothing happened. It was a stupid photo and as soon as I saw it I asked Mika to delete it.” 

“So if Mika hadn’t posted it, I would have never known, even better.” 

“No, that’s not it! He sent all the pictures to you!” 

Lucas can’t hold back the tears, he’s so angry he can’t even think straight.

“I hate you so much right now, Eliott!” 

Eliott is holding back his tears, desperate, holding Lucas’ face and trying to kiss him, put some sense back into his head, show him what they have and how Lucas doesn’t hate him but he pushes Eliott’s hands off of his face. 

“Please, Lucas, I’m sorry. I didn’t know you would get this upset.”

“I don’t care right now. I’m going to bed.” 

“Ok...” Eliott doesn’t seem to understand, going around the bed to his side. 

“No, you’re not sleeping here. Go cuddle Mika for all I care, I don’t want you here.” 

Lucas is a lot shorter, but he doesn’t act like it, pushing Eliott out of his room. The other one is still in shock (and too drunk) to fight back, when Lucas finally stops pushing him, he tries to turn around and stop him, but it’s too late, Lucas slammed the door on his face and he can hear him locking it from inside.

ok so I haven't been feeling that the arrangement/relationship was giving much bc it was a purely sexual thing and I was getting bored and low key disgusted.

and like when we met we both agreed for this to be no strings attached bc neither wanted a gf/bf. however I noticed like a year in he was catching feelings because he said "would you like to be exclusive?" and I asked what he meant and he said "that we only have sex with each other" and I said that I didn't know.

cut to like a few months later my sex drive goes down and I don't want to meet up bc it's just for sex and I tell him I'm not really wanting to do anything and he's like "oh but we can hang out still", but hanging out with him is literally sitting in his bed playing video games which isn't interesting or fun for me or watching a movie and have him dry hump me and tell me he wants me to which I get annoyed at because I EXPLICITLY said I didn't want to do anything.

and I also need to mention other things that annoyed me with him. every time in the morning I wanted to leave I always had to like come up with something like a "plan" so I had somewhere else to be and couldn't stay because dude I want to enjoy my weekend. and every time I was like "well o gotta go" and he said "it only takes 6 minutes to the train from here" but like I have smaller legs than you, want to have an extra 5 min in case and I HAVE ANXIETY which I've told him so I need extra time or I'll literally panic. so I almost missed the train several times because he would sometimes refuse to let me get up from bed and I was clearly annoyed at him like this isn't funny and idk why he thinks I'd want to miss my train bc then I'd have to wait 30 min for my bus.

time management. I'm the person that gets to class 20 min early. Gets up 2-3h before I need to leave the house and make sure I have n extra 20-30 min of I'm going to find a new place. this dude was more of a "few seconds before" type of person which gave me anxiety and just felt disrespectful of my time when HE decided time and then never managed to meet me in time. even if 90% of the time he just had to walk down to the lobby door of his apartment to get me on he'd be 10-15 min late.

however I think what was the breaking point for my tolerance was when we decided to watch captain marvel in theatres. I said I'd like to eat before and he was like "sounds good, the movie starts 21.30 so we can meet 20.35 and eat" and I'm like, weird time but okay. and I arrive 10 min early to the mall we're gonna eat at (where they also have the theatre) and I tell him I'm there. 20-30min later I get a text that says "I'll be a little late" and I'm like okaybim in the lobby. he comes through the doors 20 minutes before the movie starts and then is like "so what do you want to eat?" and I say "do we really have time for that" I'm annoyance and he's like sure we do and I'm like....sure....so we have Lebanese food but I can't eat quickly because of my anxiety and past ed so I eat half and put the rest of the shworma in my bag for later. then he wanted to go to another store to buy drinks with like 3 min left until it started. RIGHT OMG when we got there FORTY MINUTES LATE he wants to go say hi to a friend who works in a store there LIKE???!!???????

fourth. I get that he was probably trying to be nice and give me compliments and I told him I was insecure about my tits because they're not that big. they're a size AA and A on food days I guess. but he said every time that my boobs had gotten bigger like, I'd have a F cup at this point if they actually were getting bigger and he noticed it every time. then however he started saying "your ass had gotten bigger" and it made me feel so selfcouncious. he KNEW about my ed and he KNEW I was still having issues with it so I don't understand why that comment was necessary???? I spiraled after hearing those comments and almost started dieting and skipping meals again because of those comments. and I know it's in and hot to have a big ass rn but o don't want one, love em on other people but I don't want one bc o feelnotd be disproportionate with my small chest and I already feel so uncomfortable sometimes with not being curvy and like it messes me up ......

and just being treated like a sex object in general. sure it was a sexual arrangement, but some respect please.....he would call me sexy even though I said I didn't like that comment bc I didn't see myself as sexy and didn't think it described me well (plus I look younger than I am so it makes me kind of uncomfortable). and saying only things about my body and how hot and sexy I am and it didn't make me feel good. ever. I don't think he ever complimented me on anything else but looks and it gets very boring after a while.

the end of it. as we know I'm in Korea rn studying and he knew this since months back and we hadn't talked since my bday in February and I avoided sc bc we almost only talked there but then I posted something and he replies around July/August and never stops writing even though I don't reply for 1-4 days. immature of me maybe but I was working a lot and didn't even think of replying bc it gave me anxiety to talk to him at this point.

then September. it's 1 month left until I leave and I have a LOT to fix before going and friends to say bye to. he says "can we meet this weekend" and I tell him I work weekends and I have other things to do almost every weekend up to when I leave and idk if I'll have time. he kept pushing again and again and I told him I didn't have time. then like a week left and he asks me to come over tonight and he knows I need to know these things I'm advance or I don't do it bc I'm not an impulsive person. and I tell him "honestly I don't think I will have the time to see you before I leave. I want to say bye to my close friends and my family" and he's like "wouldvevliked to see you one time before you leave though ://" butbi don't reply.

I talk to a few friends and they tell me to break it off but I only did it last week and BOY. I sent him a message on fb saying that I'm sorry but I don't think this kind of relationship works for me anymore, I'm not interested in it and won't be when I come back either probably and I say that I hope he understands. and he just replies "what kind of relationship is this?" and I say fwb at best. and he's like. .....well...I was hoping for more but I could sense you didn't want it.

A/N: I hope you guys like the ending. I had a bit of trouble wording this how I wanted, think it turned out nice. Incredibly fluffy, I know. But, I feel like when people write Male x Male it’s always angsty or smut, where all the fluff at, am I right? So hella fluff!!!! - Rosalie

Part One

Avoiding. That’s what you were doing; avoiding Peter, avoiding Daisy, and avoiding virtually everyone. It was surprisingly easy for you, you got focused on training with the football team and focusing on the upcoming game.

You knew you had ruined everything with Peter. You practically beat yourself up over it when you got home for being so stupid, why would he want to be with you? He had been crushing hard over Liz Allen! You could pretend it was just emotions playing on you, you had just broken up with Daisy, you needed comfort, that’s all. Peter was there, you were overly emotional, he was there and it just happened- emotions took over, that’s all- yeah, you could use that excuse if needed.

If you could go back and change everything you would; ask for a different partner, not break up with Daisy, and hopefully stop yourself from kissing Peter.

You were able to be yourself when with Peter. You had such a great connection, a strong friendship, you didn’t have to be anything but yourself when with him. He didn’t see you as the “popular boy” like most or treat you any differently, he was just… himself. He invited you to hang out with Ned, who is also your friend now, you were able to nerd out with them both. Plus, he always laughed at your stupid jokes, you loved puns and he never failed to not laugh at them.

“Y/N?” A soft voice brings you out of your thoughts, you glance up and see Daisy walking slowly through the bleachers to you, where you are doing last minute homework. “Can I sit here for a sec?” You nod as she slowly sits down.

Her glossy, wavy dark hair blows in Queen’s breeze, her blue eyes capture yours as she really looks at you. Despite everything Daisy always had an uncanny ability to know you, you had been friends for years before dating, if there was one person to know what was up… it is her.

“I know,” You frowned slightly, “Peter… I know,” you stop breathing for a minute, your chest tightening.

Has Peter told people what happened between you both a few days ago? Does the whole school know? Why would he tell people? Peter is the last person you’d think would out you.

“Stop!” Daisy sighs, placing a delicate hand over yours, “I’ve had an inkling for a while, I just thought you two were best friends and that friendship was making you distance yourself from me. But… the way you talked about, look at him, that was how you were with me and I kind of pieced it all together. What happened?” You exhaled slowly, nodding and looking out across the playing field, trying to collect your thoughts before speaking them to Daisy.

“You sure?” She just nodded, a smile pulling up on her pinks lips. “I kissed him… after I broke up with you, actually.” Daisy raised her eyebrows, scoffing at that, “Yeah, sorry. Should have waited, I was kind of… crying and… overwhelmed. Sunday was weird, everything sort of hit me in a few hours, I don’t know, ran out of his apartment and haven’t talked to him since.” You shrugged with one shoulder.

Daisy nodded, following your gaze across the field, “You need to talk to him, Y/N. As your best friend, foremost, you need to talk this out with him. Whatever you’re thinking in that head of yours, it’s not true. Peter… I  know he has feelings for you,” You scoffed, “I’m serious. He’s like a puppy in love, it’s adorable, yet disgusting.” She chuckled, slinging an arm over your shoulders, trying to pull you to her - and failing- “I love you, you’re my idiot boy still, okay? Nothing has changed, well, you’re gonna have to help me get with Kyle.”

You scrunch your face up in disgust, “Kyle? Hammonds? Gross. Daisy, please, you can do so much better.” She rolled her blue eyes, standing up and ruffling your (H/L), (H/C), hair with her hand. She waved, giggling as she walked away from you.

“Talk to Parker,” She points walking down the bleachers, “otherwise I’ll be talking to him in your honour.”

You didn’t talk to Peter, you actually avoided him even more because of Daisy. You sat on the roof of your house, staring at the neighbours' dog, barking into the night. It was almost two in the morning, you hadn’t been able to sleep, mostly due to stress. You had a million thoughts running through your mind all at once; how would the game go this Friday? What would you even say to Peter? How are you two even able to be friends after this?

“Hey,” you jumped almost falling off the roof but was stopped by a hand, you looked up frowning to see Peter beside you, “Saw you up here… figured you’d want company.”

“Peter!?” Is all you manage to get out, shaking your head, “It’s two in the frigging morning, what the hell are you doing on my side of town? How did you even get up here?” You looked around for a possible way he could have managed it.

He doesn’t answer, his eyes are cast forward and he has his arms wrapped around his knees, which are being held to his chest. You study him in the moonlight, longer than you should, but you can’t help yourself because in this moment… it’s peaceful. It’s perfect. You’re just two boy’s, nothing has changed or weird between you both, it’s nice; too good to be true.

Peter ruins it first, “Why did you run off?” His voice is soft, almost innocent and unsure like he didn’t understand why you ran away from him.

“I think it was pretty self-explanatory,” You mutter out, equally as quiet, “I had just kissed my best friend, ruined an entire friendship within a matter of minutes… the same day I had broken up with my girlfriend, I was a mess. Still am, honestly.” You tried to humour the situation, it didn’t work.

“Wait, you think you ruined stuff between us?”

You sighed, “Yeah, Peter, I did. I assumed wrong in the moment, I’ve made things awkward, I shouldn’t have gone to your place that day. I’m sorry.”

Peter shakes his head, mostly in disbelief at you, “You’re an idiot. You haven’t ruined anything, in fact, made it better. I’ve never… I haven’t really, yeah. I’m not good with emotions, I mean, ask Liz Allen. That went so well between us,” you chuckled slightly at the sarcasm, “I… like you too, is what I’m getting at.” Peter manages to stumble out, glancing at you from the corner of his eye.

You nod slowly, eyebrows furrowing as you look away and back to the barking neighbours' dog. Unsure and slightly confused by the conversation. Peter likes you? Peter actually likes you back? Peter was just too nervous to kiss you back.

“I mean, pretty much everyone finds you hot at school anyway. But I used to just ignore you, I found both you and Liz attractive… I don’t know what I’m saying anymore, then we were partnered, and you’re smarter than you seem - no offence, of course, just didn’t expect it, I guess. AND you like Star Wars, plus you like the same video games as Ned, it was just one thing after another, kind of ended up liking you… more than just finding you aesthetically pleasing.” You smiled as Peter rambled his reasoning like he even had to explain himself to you.

Peter blushed as he stopped talking, looking straight ahead, avoiding eye contact. “I’m going to take all of that as a compliment,” You chuckled nudging him lightly, “I’m just myself when I’m with you, a nerd.” He blinked, shocked and playfully offended as you laughed lightly. “So, does this mean you’ll see that Solo movie with me after the game Friday?” You asked shyly, looking down slightly, the fear of rejection still fully there.

“Like a date?”

“No, why would it be a date after you just confessed your feelings to me?” Peter rolled his brown eyes at your sarcasm, “of course, a date unless you don’t want it to be? I can ask Ned to tag-”

You’re cut off by Peter’s lips being pressed against yours, it’s an innocent kiss. A light brushing of lips, yet it’s the most intense and intoxicating kiss you’ve experienced. This should have been your first kiss, you think to yourself. His hand lightly holds the back of your neck, fingers playing with the short baby hairs there. He pulls away slightly, air mingling with you both as you breath hard.

“It’s a date,” he mutters, lips brushing against yours as he speaks softly.

Dean is starting at yet another new school. He has to get used to the new teachers, the new assignments, the new schedules, and his new classmates. Dean’s so sick of going through this process time and time again only to be ripped away once his dad is done with this monster of the week.

The only thing that makes Dean’s day tolerable is seeing Cas. The super smart kid who knows all the answers when asked in class yet never seems to talk to any of his classmates. He’s got the bluest eyes that Dean’s ever seen and messy dark hair. He’s also hot as sin with his eyeliner and black clothes.

Everyone in school talks about Cas. Talks about how shitty his home life is, how he’s skipping out of class early to go smoke pot out by the bleachers, how he’s different and should be left alone.

Yet Dean has somehow seen the good in Cas. During lunch he sometimes can’t keep his eyes away from the handsome boy as he sits in the courtyard reading. During class, Dean can’t stop smiling as Cas answers every single question correctly. When they pass each other in the halls they always give each other a smile meant just between them and every single time it gives Dean butterflies in belly. They wave at each other shyly and meet each other’s eyes whenever they can. There’s something there between them.

So many times Dean’s thought about quitting this stupid game they’re playing. He dreams about manning up and just going over to Cas so they can finally talk. But then he remembers they’re not staying here for long and that wouldn’t be fair to the other boy. He just wishes he could stop all of this stupid drama everyone keeps trying to pull him into. Everyone is convinced that Cas is bad news.

“Dean,” his dad says, breaking Dean out of his inner turmoil over Cas. If dad is back it must mean it’s time to leave, right? Dean’s heart aches knowing he’s leaving Cas behind before anything can even start. “Pay attention. I,” John pauses and looks away. “I think you boys should stay here with Bobby. It’s not good for you two to be on the road all the time. It’s not healthy.” Dean is stunned into silence waiting for the other shoe to drop. “I promise to call when I can and come visit any time a hunt brings me close. I love you, boys.”

“I love you too, dad.”

“Now get going. I’ll tell Sammy tonight when you boys get home. Then I’ll be helping you move into Bobby’s house before leaving.”

The rest of the day flies by in a blurry state of disbelief. He’s staying. He’s staying!

Dean races over to the middle school where Sammy goes to walk with him. He walks around to the back where some of the kids sit and wait for their parents to come pick them up when he’s met with the most amazing sight.

It looks like the reason Cas is always skipping out early is so he can sit with the middle school kids whose parents take extra time picking them up. Dean’s heart flutters as he sits at the outskirts watching Cas. He’s sitting in a chair with the kids hanging out around him. He’s singing random songs while playing a ukulele. His voice gives Dean goosebumps. It’s beautiful and the kids absolutely love it, asking for their favorite songs as Cas plays them perfectly.

When Cas is done playing for the day after most of the kids have been picked up, Dean finally makes his way over. This time, instead of hesitating and playing their little game, Dean walks right up to him. He’s staying. This bond that he’s felt since the moment he first laid eyes on Cas can finally be something. No more holding back.

“Hey, Cas,” he says with a giant smiles as his stomach does little summersaults.

Cas’ smile is breathtaking as he meets Dean’s eyes. Everything feels like it’s slotting into place. Exactly as it should be. “Hello, Dean.”
