Full Rant for Those who hated those Animated Series which were supposed to be the Gems, over the Years!!

Now, if you are thinking, why am I showing you this Screenshot, if you ask?? Then well, here you go!! Again!!

This is why, Real Good Animated Series don't exist or if it really exist, then all of them would be cancelled afterwards!!

Above screenshot is why Star Trek: Prodigy was cancelled and people are blaming Paramount and Nickelodeon for this!! This is why!! And this is not only the case for Star Trek: Prodigy, but for every single show, which should've deserved the love and Attention, but never got any!!

People will only love what other people watches, no matter how bad they are, and I am so afraid that this should be the new norm!!

When everyone are saying, that It's not Star Trek, it's Star Wars, you're just triggering people not to watch Star Trek: Prodigy at all!! And that's why impacted a lot for Nickelodeon and Paramount to Cancel this series we all loved!! And hence yet you're just diverting the audience to watch Miraculous Ladybug and PAW Patrol, and I'm getting back to those!!

I swear to god, whoever this person watched this series, that person is not only wanted This not to move forward, but hated this series outright from the very beginning!! Will you be happy, if you see any person or some person outright negatively reviewed your show, so that the production company behind closed doors, can cancel it?? And this argument of "Not Star Trek, it's Star Wars" just repeated so many times on the reviewing platforms, that Nickelodeon and Paramount forced to cancel this series, despite of renewing it to season 2!!

I'm sorry!! This just solidified that you just want people to watch Miraculous Ladybug and PAW Patrol and other Cash-grabbing Shows!!

And if you think this is the case for Star Trek: Prodigy alone, then you're wrong!!

This has happened same to Peter Rabbit!! Despite it was successful on Nick Jr in the US and CBeebies in the UK in first place, the cancellation fate of this series is no different to Star Trek: Prodigy, even way back in 2016!!

And now, we're on a state, where Star Trek: Prodigy fandom has to trend the #SaveStarTrekProdigy hashtag, just like The Owl House fandom were doing the same last year with #SaveTheOwlHouse, when The Owl House got Cancelled by Disney!!

Something we need to learn from the Cancellation of Star Trek: Prodigy!! First, Thomas Astruc and Jeremy Zag from Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, and Second, Jennifer Dodge and Ronnen Harary from PAW Patrol!! All of you, calm down!! You're not the Gods of Animation!! This is the Reality!! Maybe Your shows are Worldwide Phenomenons, and Make Billions and Gazillions of Dollars worth of Money by Merchandise Sales from your Fandom, but if you think you all would get away with this by overshadowing other shows greater than yours to get cancelled, just know that, we, the audience, have the power to bring you all down from your uprisings!! While I generally do believe in the idea of separating a creator from their creation, I don't feel like you can really do that with Dan Schneider/Nickelodeon shows because of how interconnected the creators and the creations are.

The young cast of these shows went through so much abuse, mistreatment, and sexualization from people involved including the producer/writer himself.

There's a ton of sexualization and fetish content in the shows, sexualization and fetish content of children.

I don't hold any judgment for people who still find comfort from these shows, whether it be due to a hyperfixation or something else. But I do feel it's important to, at the very least, acknowledge how the shows were influenced by the creators being predators. And I would encourage everyone to try to boycott at least any shows that Dan Schneider worked on.

I wanna recommend the Avatar TTRPG because A: its good B: it fills a niche a lot of people are looking for but I can't in good conscience recommend because its backed by Nickelodeon, who absolutely fits the "Not Indie" criteria? also there's a boycott going against them Rn, so all I'll say is buy masks (another phenomenal game by the same group) and get Avatar through... other means.

If you're British you may have seen that there's a lot of ROTTMNT merch around lately, specifically the stampers. However, I'm not entirely sure if these are boycott compliant??? They're really old, like from 2020, so I'm unsure if Nickelodeon still gets profit from them as I doubt they'd be putting out Rise stuff again now, but ive been seeing them at too many places for it to just be old excess stock that they didnt know what to do with, even if they are on clearance. If they do still get the profits then please don't buy them!!! If you're really that desperate for them then purchase them through a third party source where Nick or Paramount won't receive any of the profits, I've seen them a lot on ebay recently!!! As long as it's not an ebay account for a big business then you're all good!!!! Always check the account name before purchasing!!! It may be more expensive but I hope most people wouldn't mind spending a couple extra pounds if it meant not supporting Nickelodeon or Paramount.

Genuinely as much as I love Rise I promise you Rise merch is NOT worth supporting Nick and Paramount!!!! Even if it is a rarity, people don't deserve to lose their lives because of silly turtles!!! Supporting Palestine is way more important than supporting zionist companies.

I hope Avatar Studios will work on new Korra animated projects and let us enjoy more of Avatar Korra.

I love the show we already have and I don't mind most of its flaws. But Korra's role as the Avatar, at the end of the show that is, feels so lackluster? I thinking that's the word I feel.

What's the point of the Avatar if Korra kept the spirt portals open? What's the point of being the bridge between humans and spirits if Tenzin's airbenders are offering guide tours into the spirit wilds? Shouldn't Korra be doing more to have humans and spirits coexist now that they basically can come and go as they please between planes?

We went from koi juggernaut ocean spirit and centipede face stealer, to animals and creatures that feel more like a mystical zoo parade. I hate to compare LOK to ATLA, I VERY MUCH DO. But how did the first show handled mundane and mystical with ease while LOK barely gave us intriguing lore? I like Raava and Vaatu but they aren't great.

I so want to blame the short amount of episodes LOK seasons have and Nickelodeon for these shortcomings. Sorry for spilling my disillusionment to you.

why are people even hyped for the sonic movies? tbh they're kinda awful, and the only reason people even give a shit about them is that they feel vindicated about successfully cyberbullying paramount into redesigning sonic.

the characters don't even feel in character. robotnik is literally just 90s jim carrey. sonic has a weird backstory about an owl. knuckles doesn't even SOUND like knuckles. about the only redeeming factor is tails

Okay, now that I'm off work I can finally answer this properly.

Firstly - i'm just gonna let you sit on that first question for a minute and see if you understand that you just asked me why people are hyped for a movie series about a massively popular videogame franchise that has been around for literally 30+ years. Sonic is older than I fucking am.

Secondly - anon. I adore Shadow the Hedgehog, and he is my favorite character in the Sonic franchise and I will probably continue to post about him and share reblogs if his design is revealed, but I personally am not planning on going and spending money to see this movie after finding out about Paramount's support for Israel. I don't really post about it on my blog, but I have been participating in boycotts of multiple brands. Paramount, and by extension Nickelodeon, is now one of them. Please do not mistake my posting of Shadow hype for me saying that I'm okay with Paramount. I just like Shadow and think he looks cool.

Thirdly - i completely disagree with your take on the Sonic movies. The Sonic franchise was dragged through SHIT through the 2010s. NONE of the characters were acting like themselves. Look up videos of people criticizing Sonic Forces. Tails is horrendously written in that game, but the others are not much better. The Sonic Movies -Sonic Movie 2, especially, have absolutely helped to repair the massive damage done to the brand thanks to Sega being way too strict. Knuckles was more in character in Sonic Movie 2 than he has been in YEARS in any of the other media. The amount of fans I saw saying that Knuckles finally felt like Knuckles again was insane. I remember the older games, back when he was still taken seriously and wasn't just "big dumb musclehead" stereotype. And then Sonic himself is acting more like the older tv shows' versions of him. Like in Sonic Underground and parts of Sonic X. He's fun, he's childish, that's who they chose to make Sonic this time. His personality has been so all over the place that I'm really not too picky, as long as he isn't completely stupid. These movies feel like they were made by someone who LOVES Sonic. You can tell the writers and the director actually give a shit about this franchise. They got kind of fucked over in the first movie, but were given more freedom in the second.

Fourthly(?) - To be fair, people have a solid reason to feel vindicated for bullying Paramount into changing Sonic's design. That's literally never fucking happened before. Studios typically DO NOT LISTEN to what fans complain about. They scoff and say "Well we know better than you, so shut up."
