Also, I know I just mentioned this in an ask, but it’s crazy to look back at NWAACO and see how far it’s come. I wrote the first chapter of One for Sorrow over the summer of 2021 when I was working in food service and getting ready to start law school and now, almost three years later, I’ve written the equivalent of 5 full-length novels, found a job in my dream field, and am getting ready to sit the bar—not to mention the fact that I’ve made a ton of friends through fic writing that I never would have met otherwise

I don’t know, I’m just feeling kind of amazed today

In my head I’m actually bad at things, so when I do a grade 8 piece on the drums and mess up, or dying instantly after a pick in tf2, or make a few silly mistakes on my further maths exam, I beat myself up and tell myself I’m bad, even though I am literally playing a grade 8 piece, or top scoring on an uncletopia server, or still getting an A*. Basically perfection isn’t good, it’s perfect. You can still be imperfect and good.
